Civic Optical is super good. All staff is always very happy and very knowledgeable very helpful. And the owner Mr. Ali is a gentleman fantastic person. My experience in that store is awesome. Keep up the good work.

I have been this place many times, I made my glasses from there, but the girl by name LEDA was so rude to me, the other lady was trying to help but LEDA was trying to distract her, I don’t know what ware her problem with me, anyway if this girl is there I will never go there nether recommend it to someone else

Not only do they carry high-end products as well as mid-range products they have outstanding customer service. This is the only place where I buy prescription as well as sunglasses. I'm particularly fond of Serengeti as I am a professional driver and these have been rated the best driving glasses in the world. Serengeti has an outstanding warranty. I've owned several pairs and in 20 years, I have to return 3 pairs for various reasons. Every time they repair or replace them to my satisfaction. I can't say enough about this company and the high quality sunglasses they make and as well as Civic Optical for handling all my returns and any repairs; Great company!

I've been to many large chain optical retailers, but for service and quality I feel that Civic Optical is the best. There are no high pressure sales tactics, and the employees don't follow you around as you check out the products. The selection of frames is extensive, and the prices are good. So far, I have had my glasses for about 10 months without any issues. I would definitely buy here again.

My husband needed to fix his glasses asap as he was flying out of the city on the weekend.
We quickly drove to Civic Optical.it was literally just before closing time, yet Gandom, who is so lovely, was unbelievably helpful, kind, and reassured us that they would be fixed the following day. I can't say enough about how well we were treated, and, she didn't charge for the repair! Other people in the industry should take a page from her book as to how to treat clients. I am so impressed)
We are now all going to get our glasses at Civic Optical, plus I am going to spread the word for my family and friends to all go and see Gandom for their eyeglass needs.

Bought a pair of Versace glasses and the frame broke accidentally. Took it back and without question it was replaced on the spot. In and out of the store in 5mins. I get all my eye care needs taken care of here. Great service and selection. They really go above and beyond expectations to take care of you.

This will be my third pair of glasses in less than 5 years. I have to say that the ladies are amazingly polite and the service is great, not like other Optical Stores where you feel as if you are just a part of a piece - work production line. They take their time and let you try on as many pair of frames as you want until you are comfortable and happy with the frames that you like not the frames they're trying to sell or unload on you. Always keep in mind that you are the one that has to wear them every day and the people there will help you find the glasses you want.
