Had water leaking from the roof into my bedroom light which damaged my bed mattress I asked them to replace it they refused

It’s like living in a construction zone. We’ve been here since November of 2020 and the entire time there’s been construction on the building. We have a baby now and it wakes him up CONSTANTLY it’s ridiculous. Also, we’ve had water pouring down our walls and out of from behind light switches and bubbling under the floorboard from the apartment above and told to “let it air out” and now you can see the water stains on the baseboards, we had water coming from the ceiling in our dining room and it was damaged for months before someone came to look at it, it got so bad they had to cut a chunk out and re do the ceiling and wasn’t done right, in one spot you can clearly see the damage as it wasn’t sanded before re-painted, and another area is already bubbled again.
Although they are nice they do not seem to follow through 100%, it’s a lot of “good enough”,

Dawn, Kevin and Todd made me feel welcome at 255 Capel right from the start. They promptly answered any questions I had between lease signing and move in day. They are excellent!

When we were looking for an apartment n Sarnia from the UK, I emailed most of the properties in Sarnia, and the general response i got back was to call the property manager, that was impossible giving that we were in the UK at the time, there was only Dawn and Kevin that answered my e mail, and constantly kept in touch with us until we arrived, I can not commend them highly enough, extremely helpful, and guided us through everything until we actually moved over to Sarnia, too bad all the other property managers do not have the same attitude, thanks again Dawn and Kevin

Hello.
I just want to let you know that the new Assistant manager of the building Todd is so efficient, he put up my new blinds the next day after I requested it be done.
I am so glad Dawn has someone so reliable to assist her now.
