3 weeks after my daughter's Aunt took her to Clairs to get her ears done, she got an infection in both ears, even though we were using the 3 week rapid solution, do you guys properly clean your needles? I have heard nothing good about Clairs, if it had been upto me I would've taken her somewhere else

Poor quality! I purchased earrings for $30 sth, and the quality omg! The earring kept falling! I lost one of them the next day and now i lost the other one! This is how poor the product is!

I finally found the earrings I want high quality and they don't open and I am not going to lose them. The person who helped me was amazing so helpful and kind. A wonderful shopping experience.

Some different/neat stuff but poor quality and cluttered store. Friendly staff though

Most of the stuff sold here is overpriced garbage. A few things of quality will cost you $$$.
Never get your ears pierced at any Clair's.
This review is for Clair's in general, not specifically this location. I'm sure the people who work here are fine individuals.
