Was lucky to have been recommended Claremont Vet Services for my cats Neuter.
They are a small and passionate operation who clearly love what they do! Worth The trip out of Toronto.

Fantastic vetrinary services! I had a litter of puppies last year that needed first shots and deworming medication. Claremont Vetrinary Services was exceptional! They were very efficient and knowledgeable, even gave me information on what momma dog needs to maintain her health during the whole breeding process. Not to mention their prices are very competitive! I have a second litter of puppies coming soon and will be using Claremont again for all of our puppy shots and medication for sure:) I am very happy with Claremont and will continue to use their services any time I need them!

They always go above and beyond for me and my pups. Whether i'm away down south or on the other side of Canada, they still help us out and take such great care of my dogs. Highly recommend.

I've been bringing my dog here for ages as they have better priced than the vets in Oshawa and Whitby, the services are good as is the staff. I always feel as though my dog is getting excellent care. The medication pickup system is also very useful.

They were not able to take me on as a client, but I'm still giving a good review because they communicated to me more efficiently than any vet I've been dealing with has. They apologized for not being able to take me on and explained why. And suggested a different vet that may suite my needs. From the reviews I saw many poor ones more about communication than anything, but I now understand it was because they took on more work than they could handle, and to me that sounds like a good heart and not a reflection on poor quality of service.

When the appt was made, I answered all the questions poised to me in the email booking format and made my dog needs clear. Arrived into the parking area and texted per the email instructions. A lady in the next car told me that they do not allow you in with your pet. They do not know me so how can that appointment be complete if I am not there to answer questions. When I went in through the blue door, I was not even greeted. The person started drilling me on the information I had already provided. Then proceed to lectured me on my decisions. Meanwhile never looking up from the computer. I stood there for a little bit as I was totally taken aback. Besides been side blinded by the rudeness I thought, if this is how they treat humans, I am not taking the chance of handing over my beloved pet to them and especially with me not been there to supervise. I told her I was leaving due to her ill mannered approach towards us. I have never had an experience like that before. The vet I am told is excellent but I will never know. Some serious customer service training is needed.

So unprofessional no one answers the phone they make you email for an appointment make you wait half the day for one and then pass you off to another clinic when they don’t want to do their job. Leaving me to find a new vet in a time of need.
Will never take an animal here again

Brought my kitten to them for a spay. They were friendly and professional. I feel my kitten was well cared for.

The best Vet I’ve ever been to. Worth any drive and the quality was amazing. Cheaper to fix a male & female bengal plus micro chipping and pain meds! 20/10

Claremont just did surgery on my dog Frank. They removed a tumor and in my opinion was very reasonably priced. Staff is also friendly

What a great place and doctor. Always there to take the time and explain as they live their patients. My sister and i both take our puppies there and never ever would change our vet. My rusty got natured today and he is well.

We had our 11 month old puppy neutered here - Laser surgery. The staff were amazing and answered all our questions. Pup's recovery has been extremely easy due to the great care he received. Highly recommend.

Used to luv this clinic more but after Covid no personal connection. They won't see patients in person. Corral you in the parking lot. Text u when to bring up in your pet then wait in lot. Now that restrictions r lifted they still operate the same. Dr Travers is amazing tho. Performed surgery on my fur girls and always successful.
If you r willing to b separated from your pet during visit then I would recommend.

We recently switched vets to Claremont Veterinary Services and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The team is wonderful and showed us nothing but the best care for our senior pup.
