Paul in sales is an amazing resource. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it willingly. Ken in finance is equally as talented and thoroughly discussed every detail of the purchase agreement and financing options. Together they made the purchase transaction seamless. True professionals.

Wife and I Walked in, 8 staff members standing around talking to each other. Got a “hi” from the lady behind the merch desk (without looking up from her phone).
Walked around, the wife sat on 3-4 bikes (loved the fat-boy) while I also sat on a a few. We drove from Oakville to Clare’s because they actually had a ‘23 Breakout on the show floor which has proven to be a rarity.
After about 15-20 minutes we left.
Not a single staff member acknowledged us, we will be purchasing two new bikes in the spring, won’t be from here.

No pressure atmosphere. Went in to look, sales rep Nick talked with me about bikes as I was interested.
Asked for some numbers and walked out without being told to buy or pressured in to anything.
Loved the spot, emailed them 2 weeks later. They got the bike I wanted in from another dealer, did everything through email and over the phone as I was away but knew what I wanted. They did absolutely everything I would expect a customer to receive and gave more.
Literally drove up from out of town, signed my documents, got a t-shirt and was given a brief on the motorcycle and rode away wicked happy.
Great experience with Nick, great sales manager, great dealership.

Will be a long time customer.

Pretty big Harley store. I wish they had more things with their store logo on it. I can buy harley clothes at any store or online, tourists, which is probably most of their retail clothing business, go into the store to look for a souvenir with the location on it!

I can never leave here without buying something.lol I could literally spends hours here. Great selection of bikes, clothing and accessories.

Went to clares harley today for some warranty work and best service I've ever had, also fixed a few things at no cost, gotta say they were awesome

The worst dealer I have dealt with all across Canada! Nickel and dime you, my god, I think the service mechs are paid commision! Get a tire changed and its need a liner, need a tube, bla bla bla. You havn't even taken the old tire off yet (which you installed) no need for this blatent thievery!

Stopped in for an emergency repair. The heel/toe shifter linkage came loose and prevented any shifting at all. Being that we had been on the road for almost 4 weeks, coming from Las Vegas, Nevada USA, and riding across the country, we were very concerned about needing repairs. The service department stepped up and quickly fixed the linkage, and we were back on the road in less than a half hour. What any Harley-Davidson owner would expect from a service department plus that extra effort. 2015 FLHTKSE CVO

Service department is a nightmare there. I have my bike there since September 2022 from an accident and now is May 22 almost June 20023 and they are still finding out issues every week and not at once. I called and no return calls, I asked to be up to date since September and I had to go there start in December to find out and get information. Was told multiple times will get done soon and I would expect to be ready by the end of May now. Today I got a call saying they need new handle bars after all the inspections done and me been there. My first time there and last one. The reason I don't go there puck up my bike and go somewhere it is because I have the insurance paying for it, if bot would be in somebody's shop.

Very nice layout. Friendly efficient staff. There is a restaurant inside. Come get your ride here!

Friend of mine told me this was a great dealership. Met the owner at the Bike Show, she was nice. Decided to get my first service and some new parts for my new Harley. Booked an appointment 4 weeks out letting them know i had to go to work so id be waiting for my bike. Rode 1 hour and 15 minutes in 5 degree weather arriving at 9am. They had another bike on the hoist and I was told I'd have to wait till 1: 30 pm. The owner of the other bike was not expecting his bike back for a few days but I had to wait.

I left that store immediately and will never go back. I've never been treated with such contempt.

Nice building with lots of stock. I'd like to see the cafe open on the weekend however.

I'm an American - there are things the Canadian Techs can get that I can't get in the states - ask for Andrew Florian - he'll help you out.

All the staff are extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Amazing clean store love the red and white deluxe in the front as soon as you walk in.

I bought my husband a gorgeous Harley Davidson cappuccino cup set for his birthday and the one who worked there (Sandi) she was amazing, very friendly, helpful I will definitely be back.

Very nice shop. Beautiful machines in the exhibition. Leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to clothing and accessories. Great and very nice team.

The right thing for motorcyclists.

I had ordered apparel and received email saying it was in. Called to see if I could get it delivered. Woman told me yes for a fee and I agreed. She then told me she'd drop it off to me, when she got off work. We agreed to meet at gas station on the corner of Niagara and Vine. I thought she got off at 5: 30, but it was 5. I got there at 5: 20 and she was still there, waiting patiently. What a sweetheart! I never got her name, but she has black hair and drives a dark grey truck (don't know make). Thank you again, so much appreciated.
