Great services! Brody is truly an expert in jaw pain/TMJ issues. I developed jaw pain shortly after giving birth and was very stressed as I could barely chew. After seeing another physiotherapist in my area who was completely useless, I decided to see Brody after he was recommended by another mom. Brody was great- he did a VERY thorough assessment of my jaw/neck and really tried to understand the nature of my issue. He created a treatment plan with targeted exercises to help with my TMJ pain. I swear my pain improved a few days after doing the exercises he recommended and was basically gone after a week. I am so thankful to Brody for helping me with this pain and would strongly urge other patients seeking TMJ/jaw treatment to give him a try!

I started my massage therapy with Tanika Briggs after visiting a few therapist. My neck and shoulder consistently caused issues since I started breastfeeding. Tanika was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in elevating my pain. She gave me exercises to do at home and targeted the issue. After a few sessions and doing my exercises my issue went away. But I continued to visit Tanika because of how well she does her job. I highly recommend her! Unfortunately, I am moving cities, and she went above and beyond to find me a referral close to my new place.
Also, the clinic is very clean and the receptionists and staff are friendly. I’ll missTanika greatly! Thanks for the excellent service:)

The Physiotherapist I worked with is excellent at her job and very personable (Tanika Briggs). However the Management/Administration is poor and lacks basic Customer Service. No email notifications of appointments booked and no courtesy reminders close to the date. It seems there is new Admin staff or perhaps a new system because this didn't use to happen a yr ago.

I came here with what I thought was a rotator injury which turned out to be a scapula issue! Chintan was very thorough in his tests to determine the source of the pain and worked his magic to fix it. With weekly visits and stretching at home I’m feeling much better. Chintan is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk are fantastic too.

Excellent location, and the RMT Kevin is incredible. Knowledgeable, accurate and effective. I have been a patient/client with Monica since my skiing injury. They have completed miracle work on me.

My physiotherapist is Janelle. She certainly knows her profession. She physically rehabilitated my knee replacements and now she has been helping me with a wrist injury. The centre has everything and all the staff for your needs. Thanks

I highly recommend this clinic! Physio folks are top notch and I got one of the best massages of my life here. The administration staff is super friendly and helpful! They’re a wonderful addition to our community.

Edited to add: I have been coming to this clinic for a couple of years now and I wanted to update my review with more details.

Dr. Kim (chiropractor) : I cannot rave enough about Dr. Kim! The care she provides to her patients is top-notch! She not only makes sure you leave her office feeling like a million dollars she makes sure you leave with tools/exercises to make sure you can maintain that feeling. She truly takes the time to understand where you are feeling discomfort or need help and makes sure you know what she is doing and why. She is also so collaborative! She recommends other services when needed and works with them to ensure you are getting the solution you need to feel your best. I absolutely adore her!

Tanika (RMT) : She has magic hands! (and elbows) She is professional, caring, and sweet as punch! After a session with her, I walk out relaxed, and all my aches and pains are gone.

Janelle (Physio) : Janelle is a miracle worker. And her client care is next level. She is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and respectful.

My Physio Therapist Janelle and Chiropractor, Kim are both great! They are worth the drive here. Convenient as my commute was about an hour away to another place.
They’re so personable, professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff! I continue to come because of their service. Give them a try, I’m genuinely satisfied with the service I receive.

Just recently, I had the opportunity and privilege to be a physiotherapy clinical student for 6 weeks at this facility. Whilst I cannot comment as to what its like to actually be a patient receiving treatment, I can provide an insight into the "back-end" of this centre. Let me just tell you, this is one amazing team! Everyone, including the front desk, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, etc, are 100% committed towards helping their patients. Providing quality care and achieving patient goals is absolutely their #1 priority, and this was very evident to me from the first day I walked into the clinic. I truly consider myself lucky to have been part of such a knowledgeable and professional team. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking to optimize your physical and mental well-being. I'm confident that you will enjoy your experience!

Kim is very thorough and has fixed my back on more than one occasion. Best chiropractor I’ve experienced and I’ve been to many.

Went to see Dr Kim after having some hip, elbow and neck pain. She was able to help locate the issues of concern, provide exercises and give advice on workouts to help counter and speed up the healing process. She is very good at explaining, demonstrating and making you feel comfortable. Would recommend her services to anyone.

I go here for a multitude of orthopedic issues as I have a rare genetic disorder. Brody (physio) was amazing and knowledgable on my condition, very thorough in his exam and history taking. He referred me to Kevin and RMT who also did research into my condition and was very respectful and relieved the majority of my back pain after 1 treatment. Highly recommended!

I have been to this clinic for physio and massage. Both were excellent. Very clean facility. Staff is friendly and professional.

I started seeing Janelle for physio after some knee problems. She is amazing. I was so impressed at the variety of services: ultrasound, acupuncture, they worked great. 10/10.

Jeff is an excellent RMT. I went for a visit recent after starting a very physically demanding job. 99% of my muscle aches were gone when I left. I've seen a few RMTs over the years but Jeff has been the best yet. 10/10.

One small note, the physio area is next to a dance studio so there were some thumps and noise. But hey, I left with my knee feeling better so who cares?
