I came in today for a treatment that was done by Sam and she was excellent! She was very nice, personable, very well educated in schooling as well as products at the clinic, and I felt comfortable speaking to her. My experience was extreamly positive.

This clinic is very knowledge of their products, services, and they are reasonable priced. Another thing I like about this clinic is the booking system. They will text you to confirm a booking after providing a few options to choose from, and they respond very quickly. It save me a lot of time and the new patient process was very easy. Then you book a followup two weeks after treatment to ensure everything is ok.

The location of this spa is extreamly convenient, and I would highly recommend to come here!

I went to Clarity Medspa since my friend, Rez told me that their facial treatments are exceptional. Lucky I am I was able to experience two of the facial treaments she was talking about, the acne and oxygen facial treatment. I wanted to have a facial because my face is already dry and my acnes are popping out due to the change of weather. The staff, especially Linda and Alena knew what I need and gave recommendations on how I can take good care of my face even better.

This Medspa deserves an effortless 5 star review. I did my first Intracel RF needling treatment with Sam. The booking process was easy when I was working with Linda who was very knowledgeable and set the right expectations for me going in to the treatment. Sam performed my treatment with such ease and the procedure was extremely comfortable to do thanks to the numbing cream they applied. It’s crazy this procedure took only 20 minutes after numbing! I cannot wait to see how my skin will look after this and I also cannot wait to see Sam again for future bookings! You have new (and loyal) client from me!

Clarity medspa changed my self confidence! Prior I would describe my face as having lots of crows lines around my eyes, marionette lines from the corners of my mouth and down creating a boxed in front chin, lines above my lip line, and forehead lines. I did botox to start with and noticed amazing results. No longer have lines on my forehead or eye area and the marionette lines are gone. I could not be happier!
As an addition, I did ultherapy which will take a few months to see results but glad I did! This will tighten my face up and do a natural slight lift. I have put money into my face so I am now putting an effort into my body. As the weight is coming off, the ultherapy will tighten up my loose skin.
The facility was very clean and bright. Chantel worked on me and explained everything very well. I knew what to expect that day and afterwards as well.
I highly recommend Clarity Medspa for your skins needs, and especially if you are looking for positive natural change. I wish I had pictures to show, they speak a thousand words.
BTW. I was one to be absolutely against any facial botox ect. Chantel explained that doing these 2 procedures will prevent any further wrinkles to develop as well as getting rid of the ones I already had. Now how can I go wrong? I jumped in and will never look back:)

Always a great experience at Clarity Medspa! I came across this wonderful place a couple months ago, and with Linda’s help my acne and pigmentation has cleared! I struggled to find the right products for acne prone black skin, and now I’m very happy with the safe and effective treatments at Clarity!

My experience at Clarity Med Spa has been pretty awesome. I initially went there for coolsculpting, which always works. During my last coolsculpting session, I showed her the hair on my chin (which I totally ignored and didn't care about, as I wore a mask everywhere I went). Linda explained how her ND Yag Lazer works differently than other hair removal devices and is ideal for dark skin types. I decided to give it a try because I was so over having to wax all the time. After four sessions, the hair on my chin is thinner and hardly needs any maintenance. I need approximately two more, but it feels great not having to take a razor everywhere I go. I asked Linda about facewashes and creams that would help with hyperpigmentation. She immediately raved about a cream that her black and clients with darker skin tones love because it takes away and prevents hyperpigmentation. Best decision ever! Over the pandemic, I went from a beard and hyperpigmentation to thin hair stands and a clear face. The best thing is that instead of trying to sell me the whole package, she told me that I didn't need to buy the particular cream used to prevent breakouts. She focused specifically on my skin issues. I want to talk about how cute she is, and all her good energy.but even she wasn't, "fresh face" in the summer is sooo worth my money.

I went to both a big name clinic on Avenue road and Clarity Medspa for consultations. My experience with the avenue road one was not good. I waited for a long time and was told in a hurry of a really expensive package by a consultant who was clearly extremely busy with here schedule. While I can understand that people have a lot work to do, I felt being rushed and sold.

I went in for my consult with Linda last month. She was very friendly and made my visit comfortable. We discussed the coolsculpting procedure and I ended up booking an appointment. The procedure was simple and mostly painless. The cooling doesn’t hurt at all because your skin goes numb. There’s a little bit of discomfort afterwards during the massage but that’s normal. Linda made the experience very easy and even checked up on me a couple days after to see how things are going. It’s been a few weeks since I did coolsculpting and my swelling has gone down. I think I can see some results already, but the full results can take a month or two. I would definitely recommend at least going in for a consult so you can decide if it’s right for you:)

Been coming to Clarity for years and I highly recommend them! Love working with Linda! She knows what her stuff and takes the time to make sure everything is done well (which unfortunately is not always the standard at med spas!) I also trust her; she only recommends treatments that are a good fit for me and they are always keeping up with advances and new tech in the field. Went in for an Ultherapy treatment. I was nervous at first as I’d heard lots of scary things about how painful Ultherapy can be. Chantal immediately made me feel at ease and knew exactly what she was doing. I was comfortable the whole time and felt little to no pain. Nurse Sam has done my Botox on several occasions and I have nothing but good things to say about her! She always walks me through the entire procedure and explains what and why she is injecting in a certain area. I have a history of fainting during facial procedures involving needles, so I was looking for a nurse that would be gentle and understanding of this. Not only has Nurse Sam always made sure to go exactly at the pace I need, she is so careful that I have never even become lightheaded while she is treating me!

I've also had my *favourite* filler results ever at this spa and won't go anywhere else now!

5 Years ago I was working in Alberta and I got some spots in my face because I had to work at night time and the weather there is extremely cold, so my skin got damage with a froze bite (beginning of froze bite). In 5 years the spots started getting bigger and bigger and started affecting my confidence. I tried lots of differents clinics and nobody did anything good to my face, but making my spots bigger. When I met Linda (finally) she listened and explained to me the process of the treatment, I just said, Im yours, I trust you and this will be my last try. This is my 3rd week with Linda and I'm extremely happy! My face looks different my spots are disappearing and give her 1000 starts, Thank you so much!

It has always been a pleasant experience here since the first day I walked in. Linda was the one who picked up the phone when I first called in for a microneedling acne consultation, she was extremely patient and knowledgeable and even offered to see me the same day just before she closes so that she could have a better look at my skin. She always takes the time to answer all my questions, gives me suggestions on skincare and even on diets too. Whenever I come across any problems, she is always very responsive and offers to checkup on me either in person or through phone. She recommended microneedling with Radio Frequency RF treatment for my acne scarring, it has been working so well and I can already see a difference after two treatments. The products they carry also suits my sensitive acne prone skin really well. I highly recommend this place if you have any acne concerns.

I have been to many clinics in Toronto which over promise and charge high premiums, however this place makes you feel right at home and delivers solid results. My laser hair experience was great and effective. The staff are super knowledgeable and will help you understand every step of the treatment. They offer nice facials and sell some great products which are not over priced. Overall if you are looking for a place where your needs will be met I recommend Clarity medspa. The ladies are also very kind and do not judge you in anyway but are there to truly help.

I recently had a Spectra Carbon Laser Facial to help treat my acne and tired looking skin. The Carbon treatment helped reduce the number of pimples sitting below the surface. Along with the Chemical Peel, which took off layers of dead skin and environmental pollution that has been sitting on my face for a long time! I look 5 years younger just from one treatment! The staff and service are impeccable and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Amazing experience. I went for coolsculpting after my cousin did a treatment via Linda for her double chin and I saw first hand how great she looked and her amazing result. Extremely professional staff - went in for a consultation for acne scars and felt like my problems actually mattered. I was educated well on managing my breakouts and scars with microneedling using a technological device.
