I have been to many Optometrists over the past 40 years…I have finally found ‘the one’. They did an amazing job with my 2 new pairs of glasses! I have progressive lenses and an astigmatism so it is always hard to get it ‘right’ and in the past have always had an adjustment period, which I (wrongly) thought was normal. Zaid, the owner, put on my new glasses and the first thing out of my mouth was ‘Whoa, I can see! ’. He was meticulous in measuring my eyes, and they (unlike most optometrists) actually cut the lenses on site. I am day 4 with my glasses and the world is a clearer place!
They have lots of high end designer frames as well as less expensive brands. I also had an eye exam done on the premises and she used very high tech equipment and apparently my new prescription is spot on. I don’t remember the last time I saw this well. Cannot recommend them enough. Look no further- they are fabulous.

Zaid, the worker at this shop was incredibly helpful. Helped us find a good deal for my glasses the same day. It happened all last minute, which was incredibly touching, since the urgency of the situation I was in. Said was Incredibly nice and I had an over all outstanding experience. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone in need of glasses. Looking forward to coming back!

I have been to this optical first time earlier this year, as I had an issue with my contacts. I was greeted and made felt welcomed by Zaid who right away assisted me. Zaid was not only kind but very knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. Because of his great service I felt this optical deserved my business and decided to purchase my new glasses with them. Once again today had an issue with my contact lenses and I was assisted by Zaid again who helped me and resolved my problem with the same kindness and professionalism. He is an example of what excellent customer experience is and Is places that hire people like him that deserve ones business. I highly recommend this optical not only for the quality of their products, but also for their honesty and help they offer to their clients. Definitely try to get Zaid to assist! He is one of a kind.

I don’t recommend this place. The gentleman who works there is so rude! I’ll never come back there. I did regret to get my eye exam there.

From start to finish, this is a perfect one stop shop; there is an on site Optometrist.

The store is very clean and is also up to date on all COVID protocols for ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

I got new prescription glasses and contacts lenses.

Mr Abdul has an amazing selection of designer name brand frames for glasses or sunglasses. He also has a keen fashion and is very patient. I never felt pressured during my visit and his customer service was exceptional.

Excellent service. I broke my glasses frame and the owner replaced it with a new frame.free of charge. No question asked. I even requested for a different frame colour and he gave me what I requested for.

The store manager/owner is nice as well as a female associate they helped me get a nice pair of glasses and a great eye exam but i did not appreciate the fact that they could not get me my contacts due to my coverage from work not being accepted and the fact i had to keep going back several times to get a sample for my contacts practically begging due to my prescription being very strong so i took my bussiness elsewhere for my contact lenses i thank you though for my eye exam and my glasses all the best

This place has horrible customer service. My girlfriend had gone to buy glasses and after bringing them home noticed a small scratch on the lens. It took them several weeks to address the issue as they were unsure of when the person who could fix them would be in. After bringing them in they noticed anothe small defect on the other lens that needed to be fixed. Overall a poor experience and avoid this place at all costs.
