I have been a customer of Clark pools and spas for many many years. They are amazing! Always very prompt and very reliable with our pool and hot tub. We have used them twice this week and both times were fabulous! I would recommend them anytime.

I used Clark Pools to help me find a slow leak in my underground, vinyl pool liner. Chris Hawton, their leak detection specialist, was most professional and located two pinhole leaks in the bottom that had alluded me the entire season. I have now arranged for them to perform an underwater patch repair next Spring which I am confident will provide me with many more years of service from this amenity.

We’ve been using Clarke Pools for about 2 years now for drain, clean, fill and chemical balance and every couple we get them to bring in water instead of the well water. The service is always top notch, as weekenders it’s such a load off to be able to arrive and have the hot tub sparkling clean and ready to use. Took a while to get a response, but once I did they performed the work effectively and efficiently.

We called Clark Pools as our hot tub wasn't working, after a brief discussion an appointment was made. The repair guy (Chris?) had brought the part he guessed was causing the problem with him and had the tub fixed in no time. Very good service!

I've had great experiences with Clark Pools over many years - most recently a qualified technician showed up on time, fixed my Hot Tub concern and was both fair and complete in his efforts.

I have been buying chemicals and using Clarke to open/close my pool. The gentleman on the desk is always so helpful and knowledgeable regarding my various inquiries.
