(2nd) last month I dropped off a few pieces of wood with my grass clippings and they charged me like $10 for the wood and the regular 1.50$ per bag of clippings. Today around 3: 30 Oct 28th I was told it was going go cost me $27 for the 6 pieces of wood I had in my little crossover: p she said is the minimum they can charge for "wood" I'm all for recycling.but there a line, why do good to just charge people outrageous prices. This wood will be going to the landfill now cause it cost to much to use your facility's. I'd definitely suggest finding ways to lowers prices. Probably why landfills are do popular. Recycling just cost to much.
(1st) Last year it opened at 11, but I'm guessing due to covid they changed this to 12 noon. What a joke what business doesn't open until noon, and a brush drop off at that, frig what do you need one person there? Like come on people.

The staff there give different quotes on dropping off garbage. Not sure what kind of process this is, but seems very sketchy. We dropped a load today and they quoted us two different quotes. When we went back to drop a second load they came up with three different quotes. When we told them we what we paid for the first quote they said pay it or leave. They refused to let us drop the load even after we agreed to the higher price. What kind of stupid system is this and who does the city of London have working there. Will be placing a formal complaint to city hall Monday.

I’ve been going to this dump for a couple of years now and I question the validity of their pricing?
One day i go there and it’s $5 cash, next visit is $10 cash. I visit there today and the attendant tells me that will be $27 (all I had was some wood and cardboard) and we don’t do cash, only debit or credit? It’s a good family/Dump, however I am Just wanting to see some sort of consistency.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. A very well organized group of employees.
