Recently, someone recommended Dr. Bai and we thought to give it a try to her dental clinic.
From the start, Dr. Bai⁩ was a thorough professional and very accommodating. She went beyond to stay after working hours to see us. After meeting first time, my wife and I got connected with her, she is very generous and happy person MashaAllah. Explained everything regarding the steps of the treatment. She treated extremely well and did my wife’s treatment very patiently.

The best part of all is that she charges very reasonable if you don’t have insurance.

I was terrified to go to a dentist, however, after breaking not one but two (yes you read that correctly) of my wisdom teeth that had decided to wake up after 35 years I was left with the decision of either bearing the pain or going to a dentist, (and trust me I tried to take the pain as long as I could) I checked multiple websites in the Clarkson area and remembered that I had come across a new dental office during Halloween in the village. I emailed them and received a phone call by Fatema who is amazing and fit me in that day to have a check up. As nervous as I was, I was greeted calmly and reassuringly by Fatema and shortly after by Dr. Bai who almost instantly made me feel at ease. After checking me out (and calming me down) I had to have the wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Bai was able to schedule the extractions quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She talked me through the entire process and made sure that I was ok, her priority was her patient (me) at the time and you could tell how much she genuinely cares. Thank you Dr. Bai and Fatema for taking such great care of me, I truly appreciate all you have done and look forward to you being my family’s dentist going forward! If you need a dentist or are looking to switch dentists I highly recommend seeing Dr. Bai!

Dr. Bai is awesome! She is so precise, straight forward and very gentle with her approach. Im someone who has never seen another dentist besides the one from my childhood and moving to the local area was daunting as I needed to find a new dentist. I have visited her 3 times now and we have done multiple fillings that I needed and it has always been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this friendly, wonderful dentist!
