Classic Alterations

I went to get a coat altered here and it did not turn out well. They charged me a total of $22.16 for the alteration. When I went to pick, it was not as expected. The stitches were so visible and I did not like the way it was. When I tried telling them that, the girls working there refused to hear me or do anything about it. They straightly told me that they cannot do anything else and that they are done with it. They act as if they are doing it for freely. Very poor customer service. Now I understand why they have very poor reviews here. Please learn to respect people and customer’s satisfaction is the key to any business. I personally don’t recommend going here.

OMG. The lady is so rude as well as his husband. She didn’t do her work. And she gave wrong measurements. When I took my stuff from her hand she became so rude.and I heard his husband swearing and used slang. He is older man but have no manners. Using slang in front of my kids. I thought it’s should be useless to answer his slangs.becoz I’m not belong to his categories but surprise by his ill manner. They are disrespectful to their customers. They don’t deserve any ratings.

Older woman who works here was extremely rude. She did not like the fact that we confronted her about the alterations not being done correctly. She did not expect us to have previous knowledge about hemming and tapering. In front of customers, she refused to service us further. The younger woman was much more respectful and patient. She was understanding of our situation but said the other woman doesn't want to do the work. This place is corrupt in that they charge more for same day alterations and say if we don't pay, our clothing will not be done for 2 weeks. She's not even doing anything but standing by the desk. She doesn't have any immediate projects. There's a reason why this place is rated so low.

My husband went to this place to get his 3 pants hemmed. They agreed that they will finish it after one week but only to find out they didn't do anything. The senior lady wasn't even apologetic. She offered to do 1 at that instant. She asked me to wait for half an hour and come back again after 5 days. I asked for an earlier date because my husband need them for work and she changed to 3 days. If they care enough for their customer, they should have offered to finish them immediately since they were the one at fault missing their commitment. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

If there was such a thing as a half star I would click it without a thought. The man guy was very rude to me and my mother over a petty issue and he has 0 to no patience. Never come here.

Went to get my pants hemmed. Got very poor service at this place. The tailor lady was extremely rude. She charged me extra extra in the name of "rush service" and even rudely commented with a carefree attitude "if you don't want to pay for rush service, go somewhere else". I had to pay because I had no choice. After all this, when I went home, I found that one of the legs was shorter than the other leg, which I am sure she did on purpose. Also, the stitches were already coming off and hanging out after just 2 weeks of wearing the pants. There was just one single stitch holding the hem which again I am sure she did on purpose. Highly "not recommended" business. Now I know where not to go in Scarborough for tailor service. Keep away from this place and save yourself some time and money. They make you pay and then ruin your clothes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I had read the reviews before going there.

This place is trash. Old people working 60+, dont even know what they're doing. Gave in a pant for alteration he might as well have made it into a pair of shorts. They're so old they probably can't see what they're working on. Avoid this place if you want to avoid disaster.

I hope there is less than one star to rate this terrible place.
The ladi and man are both rude. Very high price, messy work, dirty place, and no customer service at all.
They extremely disrespect customers. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I prefer to donate my clothes rather than go there again.
