From stepping into the dealership to driving out of it in a beautiful used vehicle, my whole experience at Classic Honda's Brampton location was superb.

In particular, Sales Consultant Krish and Finance Manager Loredana. They both made the entire process of purchasing a car smooth, informative and very memorable. They were extremely friendly, very knowledgable and I will definitely be sending friends and family their way!

I recently bought a new Honda CRV Hybrid from Classic Honda. It was my first time buying a car from Classic Honda, and it ranked amongst the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership. They provided honest and transparent advice, exemplary customer service and made the process easy and enjoyable. The great experience did not stop when I picked up the car. Every time I have had a question or follow up I received a timely and helpful response. A special call out to Kwame Gachinga who was the face of Classic Honda during the process. I would recommend Classic Honda to anyone looking for a Honda and a great experience. It is worth the drive to Brampton!

One of the worst dealerships for service. This was my first time visit here. The girl at the service desk try to force me to get some services. I told her no and then at the end, i choose 2 services with oil change then i changed my mind and called her Right way. She said, she can’t change it. Then my husband called her and she said, i will not change it as I have your Wife signature here. At the end, they took the service out. At the end, they parked my car at the back in another parking and they didn’t even inform and I was finding my car from last 15 min. And then they came to help me. I will never ever go there…

I purchased a Honda crv hybrid in May 2023, i was not satisfied with the delivery experience but the main issue i got is that in my purchase agreement they included the all weather matts which costs around 280$ but they haven’t put them in my car.
I contacted my salesperson and he told me that they are out of stock and will let me know as soon they have it.
After a month I contacted him again and he told me that its not there yet. So i asked him that issue me the refund so that i can buy those from outside.
Now i tried to contact him couple of times but didn’t even bother to respond.
I contacted your tech support and they also told me that someone is going to contact me but no one contacted me.
Its almost end of july.
So my after sales experience from you guys is horrible.

Listen to me, if you need the best service, an amazing vehicle, just go to Classic Honda and find Asif only. Do not waste your time anywhere else. They still by far has the best experience we have had and continue to have. Not only have they given a full service experience to us 3 times now, but after we walked away with our beautiful Accord Touring, they also serviced our friends and coworkers in the same way they did for us. Asif will be very sincere and put everything in perspective for you financially so by the time you meet with asif, there effeciency shines through brilliantly and the experience just keep getting better. When I came to pick up the vehicle, Trevor was so lovely and DETAILED. He was so kind and left us with a smile when we took the key. We will continue to tell everyone this is the place to be! Thanks again, our Accord is amazing.

I was looking for a vehicle, something that was reliable, good on gas, and not overly expensive. I went to Classic Honda after work, as I work in Brampton, to browse a vehicle I saw online. I received a message from Sunil (Sunny), a Sales Representative there, in regard to the vehicle I was looking at. When I got to Classic Honda, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Given my situation that I explained to Sunil, he did his absolute best to try and work with me and really help me out. I could not be more thankful, and grateful, for the service that I received. He truly cared about my wants and needs and did all that he could for me. I was also dealing with Rajiv, the Financial Service Manager, who was so sweet and informative. He explained everything with great detail, and informed me of everything that he would try and do for me regarding financials. He succeeded, and was extremely caring.

My experience at Classic Honda was fantastic. At the beginning, I was inquiring about a vehicle. By the end, with the wonderful service and care from their employees, I found the perfect car that matched all my criteria. I would highly recommend Classic Honda, and more specifically Sunil & Rajiv! Thank you again, Classic Honda!

Eddy provided excellent Honda valet service; he arrived at the arranged time in the AM to bring my vehicle into Honda, and then delivered my vehicle back to me in the PM at the arranged time. So that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced by having to step out into the blustery-bitter-cold wind, Eddy was very considerate to hand over my vehicle keys, inside the foyer of my building, which was very appreciated! The entire valet service that Honda offers is a very positive experience; thank you Eddy and thank you Honda!

I rate it as zero. Very disappointed. Wasted my time for nothing. I book an appointment at 9: 45, they said that the car will be ready in 2 hours just for oil change. Ok. When I came back after 2 hours apparently my car was not ready and also it was 2 more cars in front of my car… They apologized and explained that they are very busy…. I was shocked, I had to be at work in Toronto in an hour. That is very unprofessional. How do you book your appointments if oil change taking so long time? I just canceled service and left. Wasted my time.
I don’t need any apologies, just want to let public know. Very unprofessional, pls fix your time management.

Thank you to the Classic Honda team for making my recent vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. Specifically Wally and Ray for their hospitality and patience. I recently purchased a CRV from Classic Honda. Krish was great in making it an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. Krish is a very kind, patient, experienced and most importantly an honest salesman. Unlike other dealerships we went to, he did not use any pressure tactics or manipulation. He was straightforward and had a very pleasant demeanor with my entire family. He even helped us move our winter tires into the trunk of our new vehicle as my husband's leg was injured. The finishing touches for the vehicle purchase were very much appreciated.

I have never written a review before. I would not hesitate to recommend Krish to any of my friends or family. He answered our questions and gave great advice as well. We are very happy with our purchase and will return when purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I just had a winter tire change, and the process couldn't have been easier! From the Service Dept booking me an appointment for the following day, to the Service Valet team picking up my car in my driveway and dropping it off once done (Eddy was very pleasant and professional), to the simple way to pay online. And, not to mention, they are cheaper than their competitors - which you have to drive to & wait an hour for any service!

My family and I were looking for a used vehicle to serve our expanding family. We located a Honda Odyssey at Classic Honda via AutoTrader. From the moment we walked in Krish was very helpful showing us the van (which was on the showroom floor), letting my wife take another model out for a test drive and giving us some honest advice on the current used vehicle market (November 2021 new vehicle shortages). Krish made our family feel comfortable through the whole process, including allowing us to final test drive the showroom model we bought prior to completing the sale. Krish was great with my kids, and got our whole family excited about our new (to us) van. I would recommend Krish and Classic Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

I have had an extremely smooth experience with Classic Honda for Servicing my vehicle. The valet service makes them stand out from their competition. Their valet pick up and return were prompt and the follow ups by my advisor, Nilaaj were brief and helpful. I would recommend Classic Honda to others and would definitely come back in the future. They were honest in their assessment of the vehicle w.r. T my concerns and did not try to gouge the customer like a few other dealerships in the area.

I cannot speak with regards to the sales department, but the service department is an atrocity.

I have gone to this location 3 separate times over the last few years and the experiences I have had are as follows:

1) First visit, they lost the key/fob for my vehicle. They then called me to ask if I could come back in and bring another key. As I did not have another key on me where I was I told them no, and after a bunch of hemming and hawing over the phone they finally agreed to make a new key for the vehicle.
2) Service went well and in a timely manner, albeit, I was made to feel pressured not to have them look at an issue that was covered under a recall under the guise of if the problem was not that I would still have to pay for a diagnostic.
3) Brought vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation with a 7: 45am scheduled appointment. At time of drop off was told there would be a 1.5hr wait for the service. I agreed at the time as I would just go for a walk nearby. I returned to the location after 1hr and 15min and noticed my car sitting outside. Figuring it may have been done, I went and asked for an update. At that point in time was told that the vehicle had not even started the scheduled maintenance. Asking how much longer it would take I was told it was still going to be at least another hour and a half. I was advised that if I just went with the oil change and forego the car wash service that is included it would be faster. Because I had errands to run that day I told them to only do the oil change. All in all it took 2hrs to complete an oil change and only because I went and checked back on the progress.

I really believe they need to do an overhaul of the way they operate the service department and should give more accurate timeframes for service. They try to claim it as a function of covid, however, it would appear that the problem is taking in more vehicles to service in a given time period than they can adequately handle.

Suffice to say, I do not believe I will return to have my vehicle serviced here again, and will instead opt to travel to a further location that can provide timely and appropriate service for my vehicle.

After a long research I decide to Purchase my First car (Honda Civic EX 2019) from Classic Honda mainly because the sales person agreed to match the deal which was offered by another dealership which is three hours drive from my home. Honestly, I’ve had the worst experience of my life from Classic Honda and its staff. They insulted and humiliated me.
As per the verbal agreement and text message confirmation with Sales Person, I visited the Branch on 11/15/2018 and was asked to pay a refundable deposit of $500. After paying the deposit I was asked me to meet the Finance manager Malek Chourbagi to proceed with credit application. Mr: Chourbagi explained about the extended warranty and other paid options which I was not interested. Without giving me the time to think, Finance manager asked me to sign the Purchase agreement. When I asked him if I can sign those papers later, he insisted me to sign it stating that he will initiate the credit application process and that I can change / remove the extended warranty and other paid options the next day if I am not interested. After reaching home and going though the Purchase agreement I realized that he added a 7 years of extended warranty and rustproof coating and something else which I am still am not sure of and the bi-weekly was way ahead of the promised amount and that I also have to pay a down payment of 3500. Sent an email immediately to the finance manager requesting him not to proceed with the credit application process since the price he provided is not the same as agreed by the Sales person Sunil. I was informed that as per deal I signed my down payment is $3500. I was shocked and requested the sales person to refund the deposit. He advised me to meet his Sales Manager Tan Tran the next day.
Mr. Tran who is the most unprofessional and impolite person I’ve met in my life. He made me feel as if I was there asking him for the car for free. When I explained the situation and told him that I never agreed for the extended warranty, Mr. Tran replied “Did the Finance manager had a Gun pointed to your head or did he hold your hands and made you sign? ” Manager Tan insisted that I had to either choose the deal with down payment of $3500 or I can walk away but the deposit will not be refunded and I have to pay other cost for them to cancel the process.
I have owned cars before and been to other dealership where they had the treated me with respect. I do not expect anyone to treat me like king but I deserve some respect. Mr. Tran did not even had the courtesy to apologize for all the troubles even after I agreed to go with the deal. He should have made the situation much lighter if he had treated me with some respect and talked to me politely. Mr. Tran was rude and sarcastic and threatened me of legal actions if I don’t agree to their Scam. They Scam customer and later force to proceed with the deal to avoid legal actions. I expected my first car purchase experience to be a pleasant and enjoyable one but they made it the worst that I could ever imagine. I never expected such a horrifying experience from Honda employees and that too from a Managerial Level Employee. When I told them that I will move with legal actions for this scam and after the sales person explained the deal he agreed on multiple times, Manager Tan Tran had to remove the extended warranty and reduced the bi – weekly payment but I still had to pay a down payment of $1000. I was left with no other options other than accept it to save the deposit amount. For all those who still decide to purchase from Classic Honda, here are few advice
1. If you agree on a deal, ALWAYS get that on Paper (signed) before you walk into this dealership
2. DO NOT sign the agreement unless you see exactly what they agreed– If you see a mistake and if they promise to make the corrections/changes that’s a Trap – DO NOT sign it unless and until they correct it
3. Avoid dealing with Finance Manager Malek Chourbagi & Sales Manager Tan Tran if you expect you to be treated with some respect

Went to did an oil change my appointment was 12: 30pm.guy took the car in I did the paperwork with the sale adviser she said it'll take an hour so after an hour I went to her ask her if it's done she said no, I went back in the waiting area I waited for another half hour I went back to she said no it's not done when the car was actually done 45 minutes ago so she literally made me waited an extra hour for nothing.

Absolutely terrible experience! I cannot believe that I am writing it but it is what we got. I have never expected anything like that from Honda. And I do not even know where to start.

1. We came for our first maintenance appointment on a new car - oil change and tire rotation. Such service usually takes less than an hour to perform, no more than two hours on a very busy day. When we arrived to the service we were informed that it will take 4-5 HOURS to do, which is ridiculous! We had several plans and meetings for the day, so we requested a rental car as a replacement since it will take them that long and we were not notified about that ahead of time. It is common practice. The representative declined our request and offered us to use free shuttle. As a result, we had to pay Uber half of the day for attending meetings that we had. However, almost 4 hours later we got a call that our car has to stay in service till NEXT DAY! And after that we were offered to get a car that we REQUESTED RIGHT AWAY. 2 MORE hours later we finally got a replacement for our car. As a result, we were more than an hour late for important meeting. Not only we lost money commuting we also got problems with our schedule and a lot of stress because of that.
2.24 hours later we finally got our car back. Only oil change and tire rotation was done. IT TOOK THEM 24 HOURS TO CHANGE OIL AND ROTATE TIRES! Unbelievable.
3. When we scheduled an appointment for the service we were informed that our car is on the list for recall of a unit by manufacturer. So we scheduled this service as well. However, when we arrived for the service the representative DECLINED EVEN TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC OF THE UNIT THAT WAS RECALLED BY MANUFACTURER. She continued to decline it even after learning from us that our car has one of four issues that should lead to replacement of the unit. We had to speak to three different people before we finally got an approval for diagnostic. As a result, it took us a lot of time just to be approved to get simple diagnostic not even replacement of the unit that we were scheduled for.
4. Of course, the diagnostic showed that our unit that was recalled by manufacturer has to be replaced. However, WE HAD TO FIGHT FOR GETTING EVEN DIAGNOSTIC for that. If we did not insist that much our unit would not be checked at all and the problem will persist. Absolutely unprofessional.
5. In order to get our unit replaced we had to book an appointment for that 48 hours in advance. It is reasonable, no questions here. We made our appointment THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE and THEY DID NOT MAKE THE CHANGE because they did not have the detail in stock. We were casually informed that now WE HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT when the detail will arrive. Again, it is just frustrating and ridiculous. And this additional appointment COULD NOT BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE - WE HAVE TO CALL THEM BY OURSELVES and ask if we can come or not.
6. We scheduled our appointment several weeks in advance. We got several reminders about the appointment via emails. However, when we arrived for the service the representative was not able to find our appointment in their system and we had to explain over and over again who we are and what we need.
7. Complimentary car wash was not done. Moreover, all our documents and other stuff in glove compartment were dirty because mechanic took wheel lock from there with dirty hands. We offered to find the lock by ourselves but they declined to let us do it because they have already took our car a block away.

This review is based solely on experience with the service department. On the plus side, the waiting area is modern and well-appointed. On the down side, dont be fooled into thinking you have an appointment with someone to look at your car. If anything (?) you have an appointment to repeat to their intake agent everything you already said over the phone when booking the appointment. The relationship between the time of your 'appointment' and the time someone starts working on your car is tenuous or non-existent, so dont make the mistake of thinking your 8: 00 oil change will be done by 9: 00, or even noon. Long story short, dont plan to wait for your car and dont expect to use the car before close of business.

Everyone is friendly in both my experiences going there.i personally witnessed 4 employees go above & beyond their job to make sure their customers were well taken care of! I would 110% reccomend checking it out for your first choice!

Bunch of scam artists in their service department. Charged us 220 for brake servicing. Two weeks later we hear some crazy loud screeching coming from my tire area, turnsout our brake pads and rotors were done which they failed to mention. Went to my family mechanic who told us there was no way any one had serviced our brakes. Crooks.

The kicker - before going to family mechanic we went back to the dealership to get the sound checked out.they were going to charge 1300 for the same job (2 pad 2 rotors changed) my mechanic did for 300.
