Truly my experience was not the best service is slow and kind of off putting and when they finally did let me in to retrieve my belongings I could not bring my truck in to load up I had to carry everything to the front gate by hand so I ended up leaving a lot of things behind

My car caught a flat tire on the highway & Classic Towing was dispatched. Nelson @ Classic Towing showed up shortly after and was very helpful with towing & assisting in replacing my tire.

Am writing to file a formal complaint against Classic Towing, the third-party delivery company utilized by Lyon Heart Containers for container deliveries in September 2023. My concerns pertain to two separate interactions with this towing company, both of which have left me profoundly dissatisfied.
During the initial delivery, a Classic Towing driver, chosen by Lyon Heart Containers, caused significant and recurring oil leaks on our driveway. These oil spills, some as large as 2 feet by 2 feet, resulted in environmental damage and safety concerns. Prompt reporting of this issue to both Classic Towing and Lyon Heart Containers did not yield a timely resolution, raising concerns about accountability and responsibility.
What is more disconcerting is that Classic Towing was again selected for the second container delivery, despite the ongoing issues. Predictably, the second delivery resulted in a recurrence of the oil leakage problem. Additionally, during this second delivery, the Classic Towing driver displayed a terrible attitude and caused damage to our property by knocking over a landscaped light fixture. These repeated incidents demonstrated a lack of professionalism and cast doubt on Classic Towing's commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
Despite assurances from both Classic Towing and Lyon Heart Containers that the issues would be resolved, we have now gone two weeks without any meaningful resolution, communication, or discussion about a solution. This ongoing lack of accountability, inaction, and the terrible attitude displayed by the driver have left us in a state of frustration and uncertainty.
In summary, my interactions with Classic Towing have been marked by unfulfilled promises, a lack of resolution, and a frustrating absence of communication. The repeated oil leaks, property damage, and the terrible attitude displayed by the driver have caused significant distress and inconvenience.
I am submitting this formal complaint with the hope that Classic Towing will take prompt action to address these issues and provide adequate compensation for the damage incurred. Based on my recent experiences, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Classic Towing for their delivery needs.

One of the worst towing companies in the city.never ever trust their service.bunch of crooks who wants to sit on your cars and collect free storage fees.most probably they have good connections that they can survive with such bad services in this city.do not trust them.
