Yesterday was the first day I had to use CAA, The overall experience was difficult I was sent out a person that had only 3 days experience which wasn't an issue until I asked for someone more experienced. Ashton was who was sent out he was out promptly he was professional and very helpful. If i every need a tow or flatbed I'll definitely be giving classic and Ashton a call everytime!

Terrible service and drivers. Tow truck driver though it was appropriate to drop car on the side of the rd in a bike lane nonetheless because he felt he didn't have room in a parking lot that u can turn a transport truck around in. Driver dropped car in the bike lane failed to notify anyone then left the keys in the vehicle. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Driver nearly ran me off the road! Just started honking while switching lanes…nobody behind me!

Driver for this company tried to force me to impound my car for storage for 6 days because it was night time. The collision centre was not gated and allowed for after hours drop off. I waited for 1.5 hrs for them to arrive and when i refused to impound my car they left me stranded at 4am. This company is run by scammers avoid at all costs.

It was boxing day (Dec. 26th). My car was stranded at a gas station with a flat tire. It was about -10C and snowing lightly. My tire iron had broken when I tried to remove the bolts. The first CAA driver to arrive told me he can't help me because the bolts were stripped. He called me a tow truck before he left. I was expecting the spend the next few hours dealing with a tow truck, repair shop, and hitching a ride home.
Ashton, from Classic Towing, arrived with his tow truck. Before towing the car, he took a shot at removing the bolts. With a clever trick with a hammer and his tire iron, he had the tire changed in under 10 minutes, and I was on my way. Ashton was professional and extremely helpful.

I had a rear wheel that seemed locked in place today during a terrible storm, and Kaitlyn from Classic Towing came along promptly for a tow. She worked quickly and professionally. I feared the worst, but by the time we got to the mechanic the issue had resolved!

The wheel was just frozen in place. I really appreciate the service, saved the day.

Got to work this morning and my tire had gone flat. Called Classis and spoke with Mary Ann, she put me at ease and got everything arranged. Out came Ryan, such an amazing young man. Turns our my Caravan is NOT equipped with a spare OR jack but he managed to get the leaks stopped and followed me to the tire place on Nebo. You 2 people made my day. Thank you so much for your compassion and help.

This morning had to move a Fiat 500 with a dead battery and partially deflated tire, Mohammad was GREAT. Patient and very Helpful.there should be more people like him. Thank you Mohammed

The driver of the tow truck badly damaged my car and lied about it. The driver failed to submit the original pictures from my driveway that showed no damage. Then the driver took my car to the wrong dealership! The driver and company took zero responsibility for this. CONSUMER BEWARE!

We had Henry called out to our place to tow our vehicle to our mechanic shop. He was really helpful, friendly and took great xare of our vehicle. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Henry!
