It so bad service and scam for 4 yeard bin mix soil and concrete they charge almost $720 I don’t really recommend this company

Toni-Lynne set up my bin rental so quickly and easily! She was very professional and very polite. The driver Brandon was amazing. He called me to make sure dropping it off a little earlier than we planned was ok. I really appreciated that.

The text updates as to when the bin was being dropped off and when it was picked up were very helpful.

I would recommend Clean Er Up to anyone that needs to rent a bin!

Great experience, came very quickly and picked up very quickly once we were finished. Needed a bin in the Hamilton area and they delivered very quickly. I would use them again. Rates are competitive with other companies.

Bin was delivered on time and picked up on time however we were charged an additional $102 as they claimed our bin was over 1 ton (2000) pounds. Our bin was half full and mostly filled with wood and yard waste, a little bit of rock but with everything we did not come close to the 2000 pounds. We honestly feel this was a scam.

Quick and friendly service. We called on a Saturday and they were able to have a bin dropped in about 60-90 minutes. Fees are reasonable. We loaded up and they picked up as scheduled. Overall good experience.

Contacted company, and in 90 minutes bin was in our driveway. Pick up was just as easy. Would highly recommend using this business and plan to use them again in the future when we start renovations.

I had called for the smallest Dumpster Bin to dispose 128sq.ft area of tiles and 500 sq.ft area of laminated wood. This must be about 3/4 ton. I wanted for only a day. This company policy is that, will rent only for 3 days 1 ton with the largest bin. The total fee is $310+15% tax= 356.50
I had requested them to charge me for a day or pro rate it for a day as am a Senior with limited pension. They said that is their policy and can’t do anything. This shows they are ripping OFF seniors or any one with their monopoly policy. Because of Covid or for any reason, should not do business like this. Try to make little adjustment in the policy. I believe as people cheat like this there will be another Pandemic to teach a lesson for this type of companies. Wait… don’t recommend any one to use their service.

Enjoyable process, from first call to scheduling to drop-off and finally pick-up. The team was friendly, the bin arrived as planned and on time! And would absolutely call Clean Er Up again for future needs.

I was in a situation and needed a bin on the day as our first bin was too small. Clean er up were super responsive and professional. I love all the automated workflow based notifications and responsiveness over email. Also, their driver was really friendly and helpful. They were also careful with our driveway. Definitely keeping their number saved for future bin needs.

From the sales rep, driver and the owner himself were all experienced professional and competent in dealing with my expectations. Open even on Christmas day.

I got a 12ftx2ft i paid 350$! For 3 days.
All the 3 days were rainy the bin had no were so the water can drain. I put probably about 900kg they took the bin they charged me 440$ more! Which's not goof they charged me 790$ for the smallest bin!

Great value, lots of communication reminders about when they were coming, how many days I had left with the bin, on time nice and early on both Mondays for pickup and drop off. No complaints whatsoever. I’d use and recommend this service 100%.

Booking process was very simple and staff was helpful and friendly. Rates were very fair and clearly stated. My only complaint is that the new system sends way too many emails just to complete one simple transaction.

This company is outstanding! I called at 5: 10 PM and spoke to Toni who saved the day by arranging to have a bin delivered to my house in Burlington the same day. By 6: 30 PM the bin was in my driveway, in the exact spot I requested.

This was our first bin rental and it was great for cleaning out the house and a small bathroom demo. Ordering was easy and professional. They delivered on time and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. We called for removal and they came on a Sunday shortly after we called - the owner was even kind enough to wait a few minutes for us to dump some last minute flooring we decided to throw away. I found Clean Er Up online and decided on them because they had a great rate on a 3 day rental, which is all I needed it for. I also liked that I could get any sized bin for the same fee. I booked online and the bin arrived exactly on schedule on Friday. I filled er up on Saturday and they picked er up on Sunday. Great service, I highly recommend.
