We had a filter with a head that was leaking so we thought it would have to be replaced but Cory rebuilt our old head and it is working great after two weeks - saved us a lot of money - also Kim in the office called back with answers to my questions very quickly

They installed my water filtration system and it's been working great. Had one issue and they responded quickly to resolve it.

We have hired this company to service our water system annually and as required for several years now. This year, they broke part of the UV system while servicing it, leaving us without a functioning system. Nonetheless, they demanded full payment. They did offer to repair the system, for an additional $1,480, which included "system installation labour" of $460 plus
"service labour" of $190. We found the part they broke online for approximately $415.

We had our water system installed by CWS, and have it serviced by them annually. They all always been polite, professional and responsive. They do not try to upsell, and are always willing to take the time to answer any questions we may have. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for water system solutions!

Bought one of these systems from the Calgary office. Literally barely answer the phone, never showed up on any service call. As well the parts (the filters are only made by one producer and are expensive and always on back order. So you can't go outside of them to service the unit. I would have gotten them to come take this thing out of my house but I could barely get an answer let alone a service. Call. It's a scam

What a fantastic company! I called for service based on a reference from a friend and I was impressed from start to finish. They were polite, communicated well, showed up as requested, called when there were problems, fixed the problem with ease, ensured I was satisfied, and sent me the bill allowing many options for payment. This is true to it's word as it is our community's honest and friendly provider of water solutions! Highly recommend!

Our experience with Clean Water Solutions team was nothing but great from the technician/service crew to the assistance at the office. They provided us with explanation of what we needed as well as answered all our questions. Clean Water Solutions has been amazing since the first day we’ve dealt with them. For starters every staff member we’ve dealt with have been very knowledgeable and super friendly. We bought our home with Clean Water Solutions equipment already installed. We had a lot of questions as we had never owner a home in the country, so all of the equipment was new to us. We have a water softener, iron remover, UV light, and later had reverse osmosis installed at our kitchen sink. All of my questions have been welcomed and answered with clear explanations, even when a sale wasn’t being made. When we had an older piece of equipment (our UV light malfunction), which wasn’t even part of their initial install, they responded and resolved the issue very quickly. I love that they are family owned and operated. It’s clear that they take pride in everything they do. I’ve always felt like they go the extra mile to make sure all our systems are in tip top shape when we get them serviced. We tried to do this on our own at first, but quickly realized that having them come was worth every penny. I am so grateful that this company exists where we live. Otherwise, all of our sinks, toilets, etc.would be stained and we would also have to buy our drinking water. After moving to the country I realized how easy it is to take clean water for granted. An added bonus is that they have easy to use technologies to make scheduling, quotes and payments easy and painless. Love this company!

Very good response time and very knowledgeable technicians. I have now used them twice and both times the service was exemplary. Their explanations were clear, the technicians knew what they were doing and were very considerate and polite.
