Clean Water Works

Clean Water Works came to my home today to clean the sewer line. Although i can’t comment on ‘value’ as the city has provided this service, I can say the service itself was excellent. The team showed up on time (actually a couple of minutes early), very professional, polite, and took great care with their gear in some very small spaces. In addition, the front-office side of the business was easy to organize with, very accommodating and responsive. Overall 5/5 great business and service.

CCW quickly identified my issue, made some recommendations and scheduled the work within 2 days. Spencer was dispatched to repair a leak and install my new laundry sink, he was fantastic. Did a fantastic job, was polite and professional and left the space very tidy. Highly recommend CCW!

Toilet handle broke. They came, said needed to order a part and will return in 2-3 days. It's been almost 2 weeks. Ive called them 3 times and they always promise to call me back and don't. Doesn't seem well managed.

Update: Took 3 weeks. 1 star for business 2 extra stars are for plumber himself.

I experienced this company as sort of a bystander rather than a direct customer. My upstairs neighbour in our condo complex had no water in early February 2023 over a weekend. In order to troubleshoot the problem the plumbers from Clean Water Works needed access to our unit because the water pipes came in through our walls. Both lads were lovely and very apologetic about needing to disturb us. They came in and out a number of times sleuthing out where the heck the builders (Minto) had put everything, borrowed my garage key fob to check downstairs for piping, sawed through some drywall, and came back to clean up before they left. They were very polite, very pleasant, and my dog approved of them so they must be good people.

Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for my garage key back and they forgot too so I was without it Monday morning. Thankfully I have great neighbours who let me in to get my car, so I called CWW on the way into work and Trevor, a department manager, was absolutely excellent about getting it back to me. The gent who had my fob had worked all night on the Sunday and I know he had worked many hours the previous day as well. Nonetheless Trevor got it back from him and brought it directly to my office in the early afternoon. He was very communicative throughout and lovely to deal with.

The lads on site over the weekend worked as efficiently as they could with a plumbing system that looked like the subcontractors who'd done it originally had been on paint thinner when installing it. I've seen the pictures, it was a mess. All that despite being in on a weekend and working flat out to help many in the city with similar problems. As soon as an issue was flagged for them CWW were right on it, took full accountability, and solved it quickly with great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my first call should I ever need them.

They came and unclogged our main water drain so our basement stopped flooding when we did Landry, very quick and nice staff
