The worst receptionist I have ever seen in my entire life. I hope I don't have to deal with them anymore. Please don't west your time to this horrible place.

Went for my routine appointment on January 12th Reception staff were extremely nice and Helpful and brought me right in. Too bad the mammogram tech had too many things to chat about with the housekeeper, making my appointment 30 minutes late and causing me to drive home in a ahitty snowstorm. I could’ve been home before the roads were too bad, but thanks for that. I have always used Clear, but will be looking elsewhere since this seems to be their usual service now.

This comment is specifically for the Howard ave. And Ypres Location…Worst service ever, you don’t have to be nasty to people, or give them dirty looks and mumble garbage under your breath we can still hear you. All you need to do, is what you’re getting paid to do. “ your job” 1: 45pm last Thursday, the ugly women with glasses who walked by and gave me dirty looks the whole time I was there and the lazy receptionist sitting next to her that doesn’t know how to search for a name in a computer. Instead try to brush me off to another location. The only questions you need to ask is what’s your name and do you have an appointment then search your computer database, it’s not rocket science. You both need retraining.

Had a mammogram there and Landah the technologist was wonderful. She was on time and I felt comfortable with her. Very good experience!

If I could give 0, I will give this rate. I drive from the country area and I am late 12 minutes (7 minutes late +5 minutes waiting in the line) with drinking at least 1L water before like what they requested. Then the lady said I cannot let you in as you are late. She said the booking slot is like half an hour…. Blablabla…. Sure, it is because that close to your lunch time. That is why! She finally said, ” I am not mean to not let you in. ” That is so great to hear from an old white “mean” person!

Best people ever my son was so afraid of getting his x-ray and refused to change his clothes or enter the room and many times he left the building still they were very nice and gentle with him till after one hour a very nice blonde lady came and helped him to get over his fear.such a great people

Unfortunately, the service is not good in a free country. Today I had a problem and this is the second time from the same nurse who did not want to book an appointment for my child, and she was waiting in the center for 1: 30, and at the end of the day, the nurse mistreated those who were interested in seeing this, and thank you for your cooperation.

Had an appointment at 9: 30 went there at 8: 45. Everyone in the waiting room went in except me and then a lady came in her appointment was at 11 she went in as well and me still waiting. I talked to the front end about what’s going on and all she did is start pointing her finger at me to be silent! And then she checked me in and discovered she didn’t put me in the system when I first came in! No appologie nothing! This is so unprofessional the nurse called me at 10: 30 to do my x-ray and I was late for work. On the other hand, if you want to book an appointment make sure you have all day off because you’re gonna spend all day on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, that’s if they pick up at all!

It is June 2022 and all your recorded message talks about it the horrors of Covid and how you are so busy. Tried to call the number to make an ultrasound appointment and was on hold for 20 minutes and when the recording said to leave a detailed message your phone hung up on me.
Terrible customer service. Also Covid is over, relax and hire more people if you are busy.

Extremely difficult to even get through on the phone. Called at noon on my lunch, said they’d call me back. Called back while I was working so couldn’t answer. I called 2 seconds after they hung up and no answer. I’ve called 3 times now throughout the day and no answer. Wish you could actually talk to someone and not just a machine.

Edit: they called me back a day later but I couldn’t hear a thing. No one said anything. I called back right away and no answer. I really wish my referral form wasn’t specifically for this place.

Can't get an appointment for 3 days. The phone messaging is horrible. Wasting time and no respect for patients. We would like to have another medical imaging service provider. If there is 0 star, they should get it

I am trying to get a appointment for ultrasound for weeks. It is very hard to reach them. Like previous review about their msg on and on is ridiculous.
They called me once but I work I cannot answer the phone when I am working.
Find a better way to manage this situation.

World Class professionalism. All staff during my appointment conducted themselves pleasantly, efficiently and it was apparent that they are well trained and know their roles. Excellence is the word to use here.

My mom had an ultrasound scheduled in the morning at 9: 00am. The nurse called a couple days beforehand but did not state my mother had to be there half an hour early. When my mother arrived, it was 8: 45am, but when entered into the building, there were 3 people in front of us. When it was my mother’s turn to be serviced, the nurse (older woman) was very rude and stated my mother was late and that she had to be there 30 minutes before. My mother tried to reason with her saying she had not been told to do so and that she arrived at 8: 45am but due to the lineup, was serviced at 9. She then proceeded to state my mother’s health card was expired, and when my mother told her she had renewed it already, the lady immediately stated “it is still expired. If it doesn’t go through, I will mail you the form and you will be responsible for the fee”. On top of that, she was quite rude that my mother would not be serviced due to her being late. My mother was late due to miscommunication. The nurse’s attitude and tone at the front desk was very unprofessional.

Walked in to get an X-ray, was advised to sit and wait for my turn, waited roughly 45 min due to the lady at the desk forgetting I was here. Wont be coming back

I have never had a bad ultrasound experience until this location today.

The student was nicer than the technician. I don’t want to go into full detail about what happened but no pictures were given regardless of being told they would be, no information given and I wasn’t even shown the screen.

I’m not from Windsor but having just moved here I was hoping to have a good experience but the health system just doesn’t seem to be up to par.

I won’t be coming back.

I have been here multiple times and every experience has been a good one. Today’s appointment the staff really went above and beyond. From the welcoming front staff, one of whom appeared to be helping her busy coworker while on her break by assisting me with my check in as multiple people entered at once. The ultrasound technologist Ikram was fantastically skilled and knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. She put me at ease during an mammogram ultrasound that could have been awkward. I’m very grateful for this experience and will return whenever I need imaging in future.

Terrible terrible service! Worst location possible. Never in my life have we ever waited almost 2 hours for an X-ray to be taken. And not to mention you go in and ask where you are in line and they tell you 3 people are still ahead of you and then you go back 45 minutes later and you’re told there are 5 people still ahead of you so clearly not first come first serve. Walker, Manning and ouellette all in and out in minutes regardless of how busy they are. Get more staff or figure it out.

Had a great experience at this location. Ekhrat is a very caring tech and makes sure you're comfortable and aware of each step during ultrasounds. Only criticism I can give is how long it took to get an appointment. Hopefully it will be quicker to get in going forward. Overall very professional and kind service.

Everything was fine at this location in and out quickly staff were great
But unfortunately they never decided to send my x-rays to my doctor
Went on a Monday first or second patient only find out by Friday they never sent my results after they specifically said they would send by Tuesday
Quite disappointed with that

I was at Clear Medical today to have repeat mammogram pics taken as well as an ultrasound done. The staff here is amazing and so so sweet. They take the time to explain everything to you and make you feel very comfortable. A special shout out to Lindsay, the mammogram and ultrasound technicians. Amazing young ladies!

Very friendly staff. Clean environment. I just wish waiting times were shorter. I wanted to get an X-Ray and I had to wait 1.5 hours, but I didn't make an appointment, so maybe that's why. As for ultrasound, never had a problem. I recommend to always call in advance to avoid waiting times.

It was a horrible experience. I was hurt by the so called experienced technician.
I had an ovary ultra sound, and had my skin pulled and pushed so hard I cried out, and had to leave. Worst medical procedure I ever had done. My skin is still burning from yesterday!
Will not be back and getting appt from Dr. To go somewhere else!

I went to Clear Medical Imaging today. Positive experience from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by a "good morning " immediately. I was only seated a few minutes before being called in. I had 2 different technologists and both were so kind and friendly. They were thorough and professional and we had good conversation. Every girl I walked by on my way out was even very friendly. Koodos to the staff. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish.

I usually refrain from giving such low ratings, and I think this is probably my first time doing so. However, the experience was truly 1 star. As soon as we walked in the secretary was rude and barely said hi. The ultrasound tech was also rude while in the room. I, personally, will not go back to this place when needing a service they provide. This is a health care place, workers there should be more compassionate. Hopefully this will improve and other people will have a better experience than I did.

Have used the Essex location in the past and they have been great: on time and polite. Recently had to use the Tecumseh location. I took my 12 year old son in for an xray of his ankle. The tech noticed a concern and encouraged me to follow up with a doctor that day which for that I am grateful for. The team there was professional, kind and caring.

I had an accident in early pregnancy and the DOCTOR ordered an ultrasound after it was determined I had uterine bleeding. The ultra sound tech was very ignorant and kept telling me my ultrasound was pointless and I felt like she was fat shaming me. When I told her why I needed the ultrasound that. Doctor ordered she was very rude and slammed the door TWICE! And has an attitude the entire time. I felt super uncomfortable the entire time and never wanna go back. She was older with brown hair!

I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service. I have been to this location 4 different time in the last 5 months for different tests and have found that the staff has been polite, friendly and very helpful when you are older and need the support and help. I would recommend this location to everyone that needs their service

I have never had a bad experience here, they are clean.polite and helpful! The only thing one should consider is to contemplate possible traffic issues. I ran into a traffic problem and arrived 7 minutes late and they had to reschedule me. You should try to arrive 10 minutes early, FYI.

The front desk staff are fast, accurate and efficient for registering. Every ultrasound and xray techs I had were super friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Clear Medical Imaging.

At 5: 30 PM on a Thursday there was almost no waiting. The x-ray, for which you unfortunately can't make appointments, was completed soon after the ultrasound appointment. Employees were kind and accommodating to a difficult patient. The place looks clean and new. The only disadvantage is that you have to pay for parking in their lot, but there is sufficient free street parking nearby.

What an excellent experience at Clear Medical Imaging on Ouellette. Very professional and efficient. I was having a standard, no appointment necessary Xray. The reception staff quickly took my information and the technician was calling me in a short time later. The building itself is new and the office is conveniently located on the main floor as you walk in.

This is supposed to be a professional medical facility. I went in for an ultrasound at the Ouellette location, and was appalled at the behaviour of the staff. There were five women behind the reception area behaving like 13-year-old girls, yelling, socialising loudly, laughing, squealing. One of them was LITERALLY jumping up and down, clapping her hands, shrieking and giggling. This went on for the entire time I was there waiting, nearly 30 minutes, and they were still at it when I left after receiving my ultrasound.

People are here for SERIOUS medical evaluations, potentially life-threatening, and the front-line staff are carrying on like they're at a nightclub, not a professional environment. Do you really think patients want to have to sit and listen to that racket while they're waiting for serious medical tests? There is absolutely ZERO professionalism in the front-line staff. Perhaps the owners should consider cost-cutting by reducing the staff size. Clearly there are too many people on staff there who have nothing better to do with their time than treat a medical office like a frat party.

Very polite and very effecient in time management. I had three test and was there less than a hour. Both technicians were very caring and made me feel comfortable in some invasive tests. Thank you keep up the great work:)

Clear Medical Imaging is an outstanding imaging center! They get you in, out & on your way! The staff is very friendly, very clean, and the doctors are also very friendly and professional. The services are convenient and accessible with minimum wait times. If you are able, make this your first choice for your all your diagnostic imaging needs:)
