First off, PAID PARKING, thats Ridiculous
LaSalle is probably one of the smallest towns and paid parking is non-sense.

2nd, they dont start until 8.30 AM and they booked few appointments including mine at 8 AM, Why wasting ones time?

They ofcourse dont care and value other people's time.

Annoying Staff!

I visited this place just to drop my mom off for an appointment. At first glance, the place seemed decent, but my experience quickly soured. When I arrived, I noticed a sign indicating a $2 fee for gate access. Assuming I wouldn't have to pay just for a quick drop-off, or even if I did It's only 2 dollars. Was I ever surprised when I walked up to pay & it was change only? Not at all previously indicated anywhere else on the property. Side note it’s 2023 how many people carries change? I sought help to open the gate, I went to the reception area for the doctor's office, and where I was informed that the gate fee applied regardless of the duration of stay and only accepted change!

Frustrated by this outdated payment method, I expressed my annoyance to the receptionist, asking if there was a way to obtain change as I only had a debit card. This idiot looks me in the eye & says you need to walk to the gas station to get such change! What is wrong with these people? They were unhelpful completely I just couldn't believe my eyes. I pointed out the lack of clear signage about the need for exact change, only to be met with dumb comments " there is a sign" that's all these idiots have to say when the sign don't represent what you actually need to get out. This experience, particularly with the staff's attitude, left me with a negative impression of the place, despite the professionalism of the doctors. In contrast, my experience at the Windsor branch was much more positive, with a straightforward paid parking system.
I do not recommend the LaSalle location due to these inconveniences and the unaccommodating staff.

The ultrasound technician was professional. The secretarial staff was standoffish and would not answer questions clearly. It made for a very uncomfortable visit and almost resulted in the need to reschedule.

Technician put me at ease during uncomfortable procedure. Was attentive to my hearing disability and made sure to talk calmly. Like that the office is located on main floor, no stairs or waiting for elevator.

Went for an x-ray. No appointment necessary. Walked in, with my requisition, finished in 5 minutes. Couldn't believe how efficient they were.

Not at all happy with the experience at Clear Medical Imaging, Lasalle.
Nobody mentioned about the $2 dollar parking fee over the call, I specially booked appointment in the morning at 8am so I could resume my normal work day and since I didn’t have $2 coin (also they don’t have the pay with visa option set up) so had to wait till the doctor’s office opens at 8.30 and they gave me change to use at the exit. This caused a significant delay for me to get back to my work on time.
Overall, not a great experience.

Very unsettling how a medical clinic can forget to send an ultrasound to my family doctor. It's been since January 10th and several weeks later I finally called my Doctor to see why I haven't heard anything. Turns out they just "forgot" to send it.

I have been going to this clinic for years and always had good experiences. This summer, I had health concerns come up that required a lot of imaging and repeat ultrasounds. September, October, and December. They have always given you a patient access portal after your exam so that when your doctor does a phone follow up, you can see what they're talking about. Not anymore! You have to PAY a third party APP to have monthly or yearly access to your records. You have to give them your CONSENT to get YOUR medical images. No other option if you want to have access.

Why the change? Well, they were bought out by Clear Medical imaging? Think that's the name of the new company. This among other changes have been very disappointing. Longer waits, last minute cancelations leading to even longer wait times. Was given a number to call to talk to a supervisor. Left message. They never called back.

Clear Medical Imaging, or whoever owns it now, DO BETTER!

Your patients deserve a higher standard of care than the corporate medical model you're using. Inform them of changes so that they can book elsewhere if need be, don't hoodwinked them. (My appointment was booked through CMR, phone and sinage still says cmr, this Google description still says cmr. But when I questioned the new policy, they said they were bought out back in April.if that was the case, why was I given free access the previous two visits?)

***** Worth noting that the technicians were GREAT. My complaints are completely based on the sketchy changes they're making and the sneaky way they are doing them, and the utter lack of customer service from the parent company*****

The woman who both works at the front desk and answers the phone is so rude. I would almost say she ruined my first ultrasound experience, I can only imagine how the people that have to work with her every day must feel.their faces when talking to her say it all-what a horrid woman.
I can honestly say, I have not been treated like this by and other Canadian customer service employee.
This rating does not apply to the techs or manager-they all seem to be wonderful so far (***** stars)

Came in today (10/2022) woman at the front desk was pleasant! I doubt it was the same person but rating updated to reflect the positive experience.
