Dear to whom it may concerns,

Hope everyone is doing well. I am emailing the company due to the concern about the shipping fees. I believe a lot of customers are paying a fair amount for their glasses or contacts. However, I don't understand why customers are not offered free shipping when they choose to do business with the company. It is not really reasonable for the company to say customers have to spend this much to get free shipping. Customers should get free shipping in general when they choose the service with you. Hope Clearly will take this seriously and consider taking away the shipping cost. In general, truly love Clearly and love doing business with. Hope to continue to stay as the loyal customer.

I went to Dr. Yuen (female) for a new prescription for glasses and contacts. OMG, she was so far off base that both prescriptions were far too weak; in fact, both prescriptions were weaker than the ones I wanted to replace! Additionally, as soon as I told Dr. Yuen I wanted a prescription for contacts, she charged me an extra $50.but when I asked 2 different staff members about it, they gave me 3 different answers- and they'd gone to Dr. Yuen's office to ask her. I still have no idea about the reason for the additional $50.00. Doesn't matter now as I urge you to find any other optometrist in town. ANY OTHER OPTOMETRIST! I have and now I can see.

There was a time where Clearly delivered accurately. The last 3 orders have been horrible. 1st time they sent me the wrong contacts 2nd the delivery was so much later then their window. This last ordered I had to cancel because I paid for expedited shipping under the impression I would get within a few days only to have to follow up twice with 2 service reps each giving me a different story. Sadly the company has gone downhill and it’s safer ordering elsewhere.

3rd 2023 update; the glasses arrived after multiple calls from ‘management’. Again, online told me one thing and the store said another. Online told me my glasses were ready for pick up. I go into the store and spend 40 mins waiting for them to find my glasses. None of the boxes come in labeled properly when you order online. The store gave me attitude about why I’m dealing with online customer service. I told her not to open that can of worms. After the attitude they found my glasses and fitted me. A complaint was made to their customer service email which no one addressed. I complained to the BBB and received a reply through the BBB 4 months later saying they were sorry.
2nd 2023 Update; Online promised me all these things to make it right, I just had to go in store to get it sorted out. I came from Oshawa to Downtown to get this sorted. The store told me they have no way to honour any of it. The store stayed past close to help me get it all figured out. I’ve been trying to deal with onlines lies. They basically kept telling me that they can’t do anything but give me online credit for things they are not capable of making. As we found out earlier. The online supervisor kept telling me that online and retail are separate entities but they were going to have the store refund more of my money. So clearly they are connected and not separate. They don’t want to help fix what their online representatives got me into. Now I’m waiting for the manager to call me since they apparently don’t work weekends.

2023 Update; I don’t know what happened but they have gone down hill since last visiting. Not a single sales person came to help and if they did, they left to help people picking up glasses then never came back to help. They would send someone new over to help and then the same thing would happen.
Because no one was able to help I had to order online. I called customer service to ask about how to enter the pupil height for the glasses and they advised that it wasn’t needed and that just the PD number would work.
I paid for express shipping and just opened my glasses to find they are completely incompatible. THE PUPIL HEIGHT IS NEEDED.
Now with their website I can’t even start a return because it doesn’t load.
2021: The Clearly team in the Toronto location are always super friendly, helpful and patient.
Travelling the distance to their store is worth it.

I ordered my contacts online on July 3rd. Today (July 17th) I asked customer service for an approximate shipping date and I was told that is not possible. I'm now out of contacts and was forced to order elsewhere. I have now asked customer service to cancel and refund my order and I'm being told that is NOT possible due to "system upgrades" and the inability to communicate with their warehouse. I've been a customer for well over a decade and this is unacceptable. I've been charged $145!

UPDATE: I’ve spoken with the store and the retail store. They refuse to process a refund, they keep telling me they’ll call me but ghost me. The store operators claim this isn’t their fault. Not sure what option we have as consumers. Can’t believe I paid 300+ dollars on this. Absolutely horrified with the customer service experience.

I've encountered some issues with my recent order. Firstly, a valid discount coupon wasn't honored during the purchase. Secondly, it's been three weeks without any confirmation, receipt, or updates on the order. Despite contacting the retail store, I haven't received assistance, and my calls to the actual store remain unanswered.

If anyone from the store sees this, I would appreciate help in canceling the unprocessed order and obtaining a refund. Thank you.

Amazing in-store experience last week for both myself and my daughter. Gulam was so helpful and so professional, suggesting frames that we wouldn't have otherwise tried. We are so excited for our new frames to arrive, great experience, highly recommend going to this location.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely based on good PAST experiences. The company/store has gone majorly downhill in customer service and accessibility. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, buying many pairs of glasses and contacts with them and having my annual eye exam with them as well. The amazing customer service, attention on and value of each client are a thing of the past. I’ve sung the praises about Khan to all the people I’ve recommended over the years. Any issues, concerns or problems were always dealt with professionally and with the upmost courtesy to the customer.
My last visit to the store recently was anything but what I’ve come to expect from Clearly. As usual, I had my eye exam and then started to look around for new pairs of glasses. Khan was initially the one helping me, but asked another employee to help me while he took care of something. I saved photos of about 10 pairs I saw on their website, asked to be shown them. I was informed that NONE of them were in store - only available online. Including popular brands as well as their own Clearly Basics line. For my moderately heavy prescription, I am unable to purchases glasses online, needs to be done in store. Clearly suggested another option - ordering online, coming to the store once they arrive to have the measurements, etc fixed. Send the glasses back, and then have them be returned a few weeks later, corrected. At the time I was leaving for a trip abroad so I did not have the 5 weeks that this process apparently required.
I ended up finding just one pair of glasses that were acceptable for me and my prescription. A major disappointment, from the 10 pairs I was hoping to try on and preferred much more.
At this point, Khan returned in order to finish up the transaction. While we started taking measurements, a few customers walked into the store and I immediately stopped existing/mattering to Khan. He was totally distracted, focused on every single other person in the store, on where the other employees were, and who knows what else. It was the most disrespectful Interaction and such a shock from what I’ve come to expect from the brand. I was just another number. I couldn’t even ask the questions I had as he couldn’t even give me his full attention or eye contact - instead his eyes were darting all over the room. He walked away from our transaction several times to go deal with other things, while I stood there waiting each time to complete it. I said goodbye and thank you to thin air as no employee cared enough to acknowledge my business.
Cherry on top- once the glasses arrived, there was something seriously wrong with the left lens. Either the prescription was wrong (unlikely) or amidst all the distraction and inattentiveness, Khan marked the glasses in store wrong when taking my measurements.
I wore the new pair for a couple of days? Thinking it might be an adjustment issue, but only ended up with headaches and eye pain, blurry vision.
After that whole experience, I had to send the glasses back, leave with no glasses for my trip, and now that I’m not sure if my prescription is even correct, the store refuses to offer me a refund for my vision test, so that I may get one done where I can be sure it’s correct.
They offered me a small discount and help in ordering new glasses.
I always chose and was such a fan of Clearly because of their amazing prices, huge selection, and superior customer service. It’s such a shame, but without the last two, I won’t even be spending a dollar with them.

I loved the website for so long that when I noticed my contacts weren't working well for me I went in for a fitting here with Dr. Yuen. That was in December. First I received the wrong contacts and had to come back in for the right contacts after months because I was sick with covid and then just regularly sick. After coming in around February to pick those up I took what they gave me and started to try them on and eventually realized that some contacts were different powers than others. How am I supposed to gauge contacts based on different powers? Noone even spoke to me about. I tried calling the office but could never get through. Started calling the store number and could not get through there either but was able to leave a message but my call was never returned. I never received any callback abut finalizing my contacts perscription. After months I was finally able to get through to their office only to be told that if I want to try another set of contacts it will be another $30 for another fitting. Why would I pay again when I couldn't get a hold of the office for months and no-one called me to finish the initial fitting?

The selection of in store glasses are nice to be able to try on but they are limited.

After being told I will have to pay again to complete my contacts fitting I decided I will just go to a better optician. I know the store and the optician are technically separate businesses, but both are working under clearly.ca and I expected much better service then basically having to run my own fitting.

The sheet attached was in my contacts, noone followed up after 1-2 weeks, so I certainly shouldn't have to pay for another fitting when I have been trying to reach your office for months.

UPDATE: Dr. Yuen got in touch with me directly and rectified the issue. She ordered two other pairs of lenses for me to try and finalized the prescription. I was not able to get through to return her call via phone but was able to reach her via email.

Went it to the Queen Street store to select new glasses and was greeted by optician Gulam Khan. He was kind and professional and within 10 minutes had suggested 2 frames that worked well. I left very satisfied having spent exactly the amount I had budged for. Great customer service. I will most definitely shop there again.

I had a great experience at this Clearly store. I’ve purchased from the online shop before, wasn’t quite sure what I’d receive or how I could have the glasses adjusted. Now I k ow I can take them to this shop. When I visited the Queen St.shop Peter greeted me and asked if I had something specific in mind. I did - transitions for cycling - and he suggested a few pairs and explained my lens options. Then he mentioned the deal on a 2nd pair so I really got to go to town! I ended up with two name brand frames, using Clearly lenses. That being said, I’m wearing a Clearly frame as I type this and have no issue at all with their in-house stuff. Thanks Peter for help with the glasses and the cycling chit-chat!

Went to Clearly for contacts sales rep Gulum helped me. He knew exactly what kind to get me for my prescription. He fitted them and asked me to try them for a few days see how they are. They were great. Please when you go there ask for Gulum you will not be disappointed.

I went to the store to get my PD measured and try some frames I found online. The person who helped me said that all the 8 frames I liked were too big for my face and he didn’t even let me try them (none of them were in display in the store). He was trying to convince me to buy my glasses in person, he mentioned so many bad things about the experience of buying glasses online that he convinced me not to buy glasses at clearly.com at all. After asking 3 times, he got my PD measured, but there were so many “buts” in the process that I almost quit and now I can’t really trust the measures he took. I would have more to say, but I think I’ve made my point clear.

The best customer service ever! I was taken care by different employees in this location, and I had an amazing experience with all of them. Best! Went there for eye exam, order the glasses also repair them, and every time I was treated very kindly. They stand by their products and if there is an issue with them they will fix it or order a new one. I am very happy with Clearly'glasses.

1st visit was amazing since you are a new customer and all their attention will be on you.

2nd visit was a big disappointment. Spoke with a store associate about needing to exchange my pair. I did not get the attention or care that I received as my 1st visit. I was left confused on my own. No one asked if I needed help. Everyone kind of turned their back like I was a invicible (no joke). Everyone was kind of just sitting down doing their own thing on their laptops and phones, also some were just talking about plans and gossiping.

I guess once you have purchased your pair, a customer does not matter anymore? That's my view of it. This is my disappointing and unprofessional experience. Needless to say, I am moving on from this horrendous day.

I had a pretty weird experience here today. I came in for an eye exam to get contacts! My appointment was at 12: 30pm. I came in and filled out a form and I was told to take a seat and wait. I waited for 20 minutes. I was walked by multiple times (I think by the owner?) who kept looking at me like he should help but did not say anything and just kept wandering around the store. After 30 minutes I asked the woman at the front desk (who was very nice and working VERY hard as the owner and others didn't seem to be helping?) when they would be able to see me. I didn't get a clear answer and waited another 10 minutes. At this point it was 1: 10 and still nothing. It was just really weird I felt quite uncomfortable as I sat there and no one let me know what was going on. It was a waste of 40 minutes on a beautiful day. I wish someone would have just told me they were running late or something? Just very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend going to this place based off my experience today.

Had a great experience at Clearly on Queen street. I was assisted by Khan, who was very friendly, engaging, and professional. He made me feel welcome, and even took the time to ask the pronunciation of my name! A small matter but one that I appreciated, and one that goes a long way in making customers feel welcome. Outside of this, I was able to get the frames I want and the transaction went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Purchased 2 glasses from Clearly 6 months ago and loved them at first. After a few months I started to notice the shield was coming off my lenses. I took them back to the store thinking it would be a simple fix but was told it was not covered under warranty and they can’t replace the lenses. After some back and forth I did end up receiving a store credit that I was please with.

Clearly had been my regular provider of glasses. They are inexpensive but that is mainly because their frames are cheap plastic extrusions and they break easily.
Yesterday, Apr. 28,2022 I visited the Queen store with my broken frames originally purchased there.
The fellow I dealt with quoted me $174.00 to buy a new frame. The same frame cost me $50 at Clearly. Now the store clerk wanted a lot of money to let me continue wearing my Clearly glasses. I left upset because this was obviously a cash grab. I think another store will become my provider.
Clearly was a sheep in wolf's clothing and so I can only give my normal optical provider only a single star.

WASTE OF TIME! Very bad customer service- khan is a very rude employee. We waited 30 mins to have him attend to us but only having been sent off with no services. The salespersons seem to be chilling despite us waiting for them to attend to us. If you want to waste your time please head into the store.

I went to the clearly shop to select new eyeglasses after I almost gave up visiting many shops in the GTA.and with my high prescription the other shops’ prices were outrageous. Khan helped throughout the whole eyeglasses selection and was truly friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are very reasonable and they were delivered to my place almost a week in advance of the date I was promised. I ended up being a very happy customer! Can’t recommend enough.

One of my best friends had referred me to this place for their awesome deals and customer experience. I must say, from start to finish, I had a pleasant experience.

Dr. Hyeran Angella Lee was the optometrist that did my eye examination and she was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The person who really won me over though was their sales specialist, Soni Negi. I kid you not, she literally searched almost the entire store inventory to help me find a pair of glasses i really liked; and sure enough, i did. Soni was very sweet, kind, genuine and helpful. To anyone reading this, i would definitely recommend seeing her.

I will be taking my girl friend here to see Soni!

I had the best experience at Clearly! Peter was amazing- he's so friendly and familiar with the products. He helped me pick out the best frames + prescription sunglasses for me and my lifestyle. His sunglasses recommendation ended up being my favourite pair- I wouldn't have even considered the style before he suggested it!

Overall, the whole team was awesome. I got an updated eye exam and it was quick + easy. Once we decided on my styles, they arrived so quick (within a week and a 1/2!). I can't say enough good things! So so happy.

The folks at Clearly on Queen really helped me out! I needed new glasses and contact lenses after about 4 years spent without updating my prescription. They helped me through both fittings and were absolutely amazing with the contact lenses trials especially. Divya was really patient during the selection of new frames. I ended up very happy with everything, plus my new glasses came in the mail not long after and with a cute little gift. Highly recommend!

This is a really good store to shop your eyewear from. It's small but they don't rush you at all. Absolutely professional and patient with your inquires and good sanitization in place. Eye exam done by a really sweet doctor who made me feel at ease instantly.

I realized once home that the frame was too small for my face, my glasses keep falling off my nose and they are already scratched. I went back to talk about it but they just screwed the frame a little, which didn't fix anything. I also think the lens is off bad quality as now I'm squinting in the front of my computer and leaning down all day long. I bought them in march but wanted to give it a few months, thinking my eyes needed to adapt, I shouldn't have done that and should have gone back right away.

I bought a pair of glasses and sun glasses at clearly and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Peter the store manager helped me out and was very knowledgeable and honest. I ended up very happy with two pairs for $228! Plus for every purchase the give a free pair to someone in need. Overall a fantastic experiance, thanks Peter!

Since I arrived for my eye exam, I felt like home. Andrea was docile, meaningful and gave me all necessary assistance.
Dr. Melissa was fabulous. Clear, attentive, nice and always worried about my well-being.
Also, to end this with a flourish, Darci, who helped me out to define an appropriate purchase for my needs, was fantastic as well. Really incredible staff.
I highly recommend Clearly at Queen St W. Good prices, excellent products and outstanding customer service.

I had the oppertunity to be in this store twice for services and both times has been absolutley without doubt the best customer service experience.
You should be booking an appointment ahead of time both my first drop in was without and they were kind to facilitate my needs then.
Today I did the right thing and made my appoinment online their website and showed up for an adjustment to my glasses which was done to my liking.

The gentleman that looked after me was very accommoditing and waqs done without charge.
Full protocols are in place and check-in was a snap.
Great company, amazing staff.

Darci provided an exceptional customer experience! I told her I was working with a particular budget, which she understood and didn’t try to sell me add-ons that I didn’t need. She recommended some frames for my face shape and took the time to ensure I was happy with the order before placing it. Highly recommend ordering in store instead of online to make sure you get the measurements right.

Impressed with Clearly! I had my eye exam here. From the smooth online booking to the actual exam, I felt like I had a seamlessly positive experience. The staff and optometrist were all friendly and pleasant. Clearly's online website is also easy to navigate and the virtual try on for some lenses is just amazing. They have so many nice stylish frames in the most reasonable prices. Plus their customer service support is very responsive. Will always go with Clearly from now on.

Had a pair of frames from Clearly that needed a prescription update, and the staff in the store were so helpful and VERY efficient! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with my frames in good hands and new lenses ordered. Unfortunately they can't ship to any address other than their shop, so you have to go pick up your glasses when they arrive. For someone who doesn't live downtown, this was pretty annoying but I still think their service was great overall. Very pleased with my glasses!

Hello. My husband and I visited clearly store for new glasses for both of us. This was the 2nd purchase. We were assisted by Gulam. He was very knowledgeable and most helpful on all aspects of our purchases. Particularly with our finding the most suitable type, colour and style of our frames as well as measurements that were fine with great detail and precision. We highly recommend dealing with Gulam for anyone looking for great glasses with exceptional service. Be sure to ask for Gulam.

A few steps to the Osgoode subway station;
They provided me amazing service;
Quality of their glasses and lenses are very good;
I found them through the George brown college, my place of study;
Very friendly professional stylish staff ;
I had such a good experience;
It took less than two weeks for my order to get ready.
I would definitely recommend it.

Have ordered a total of 10 pairs of glasses from here. Every year quality has gone down. My last pair of glasses broke the side handle came off.
Now the prices have gone up drastically $100 for lenses. For the quality that I have been getting this is a premium price for a faulty product. Really debating if I will go back this year when my insurance renews for glasses. Just ridiculous

One of my girlfriends went to the clearly store some months back during our lunch break to get her glasses fixed. They weren’t bought from clearly and she made that known to the guy at the front. A short little optician (optometrist?) interferes saying absolutely under no circumstance can she adjust her glasses because they were not from clearly. She had an accent and was really really rude. I was shocked at how this woman not only treated my friend, but also her coworkers. As we turned away to leave, There was another guy optician/manager/optometrist named Gullam who was so kind and fixed her glasses. He apologized for how the short lady treated us, and turned our experience around.

Some nights back I decided I wanted to go back to buy some glasses. I scanned the store and Gullan wasn’t there, so I left and came back a different day. I’m so happy to say when I returned, I bought from Gullam. He measured my eye distance. He is one of the nicest and efficient people I’ve ever done business with. I don’t know if Gullam is the manager of the store, but the way he treated me and my friend was beyond words. He offered every discount he could. That’s a tru manager right there. He makes a lot of jokes and makes everyone around him (even his co workers) laugh. I recommended Gullam to everyone of my friends and all of my colleagues.

I work on Richmond st and it’s a short walk for me! 2 of my colleagues I’ve recommended Dr. Gullam to, and they have made appointments to see him next week to check their eyes and get glasses/contacts from. I would not buy from anyone else but him. He is the nicest manager ever. When my glasses are ready, I will call to see when he is working so I can plan my day around that.

Ps. He works Thursday (that’s when I went both times)

Dr. Gullam is the best optician. I've never had such good quality service. He adjusted several of my glasses perfectly, understood what I needed and even helped me when they were about to close. I've had adjustments made at several different big stores and none of them did half a good a job as him. He must really know what he's doing.

He knew how to make my glasses even, accomodate my crooked ears, and low nose bridge.

I've been a Clearly customer for 8 years, and have over 20 pairs of their glasses. Having a physical store is nice for trying on, and the website has so many different styles

Customer service is alright. Friendly but sometimes the representatives are not that helpful. But Dr. Gullam is the best.

Well, I've been using my ray-bans since 2014 and finally decided to get something new. I have a strong prescription, so I was afraid that they won't find anything with the aviator style for me like my last pair was.
I've been buying at clearly before, but that was the first time me buying glasses from them. Before that, I did only contacts.
The store looks very clean, (tho I found it kinda small).
I've been getting help from Renat, such a great person! (apparently really stylish guy too, very funny) who spent like a half an hour with me answering all the questions: ok_hand: We tried say 30 pairs at least, and I ended up buying the DK and J. Marc. Very much satisfied and would recommend the store in the future.

Hope the glasses will last: grin: : +1: Definitely will come back!

Even you made an appointment, they cannot make sure let you do the exam on time. And no one told you what’s going on. Everything you can do is waiting and waiting.

Wow, amazing service! This is the first time I have had the chance to interact with Clearly staff in person. I always previously ordered my glasses and contacts online. Both times I went, first for ordering my new glasses and second to pick them up and have them fitted, the staff were amazing! Very professional, super supportive, and went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal and had a great experience!

I have visited the store 3 times at this point - first to place my order, then to pick up, and once more to re-adjust. The first visit went well, but when me and my partner both went to pick up, the woman that helped us was not very friendly and was rushing us. I told her we were there to pick up our orders, and she proceeded to only ask my partner for their name. I told her I had one too and when she finally brought it out, the fitting process was super rushed. We left and both my pairs were poorly adjusted so I had to make my way back a few days later, on a weekend. I know it was busy, but they had one person who could make adjustments for me - the same woman. She hastily made some adjustments for me, barely checking how they looked or how the arms looked in the back and just asking me if it was ok. I expressed some other concerns with her regading the fit and she simply offered their return policy. I sat for 5 seconds feeling the glasses, and she left to go help someone else. Figuring she'd return, I sat and waited.she did not. She walked by me a few times and looked at me, but did not ask if I still needed anything. Finally I approached her asking how long the wait would be for another little tweak.she said she thought I was done, and she would be 30 minutes until she finished what she was working on. I told her I was in a bit of a hurry and just needed one small fix, and she just said they were short staffed and I would need to wait the 30 mins. Upset, I consulted another salesperson who apologized and offered to relieve her so she could help me. When she came back she was very rude and was not fixing my issue properly. She does not seem like she is good at it and does not take care to make proper adjustments. I told her that they still weren't fitting and she very exasperatedly told me, "Ok, there's only so much I can do here". She made some rough bends and the glasses looked funny, but felt ok so I said thank you. She said OK and just walked away.
Now, the next day, I can say for sure my glasses are still giving me pain. If I choose to go back for the adjustment, I will be making a return because I am so unappy with dealing with her making my adjustments that I would rather not have to. I had a rough time with communications regarding the shipment of my order and updates on my insurance receipt as well. Overall a very poor experience. I will not be returning.

I haven’t been to their store yet but I did ordered some sunglasses from their website, my sunglasses arrived super fast, within a few days.
I can’t vouch for the quality yet since I haven’t tried them on yet but so far I’m pleased.

Went online to get an order of contacts like I always do but this time after ordering, an automatic email from the CEO sent email to say they do not have stock because of the brand not shipping out new stock of the contact and here is 10% off if I give them a second chance. I ordered another brand but Clearly ended up sending and charging me for the orgional order. I have sent multiple emails back asking what is wrong on here with no reply from the CEO and customer service.

I decided to try Clearly because I detest the high pressure tactics employed by independent optometrists and big corporate chains. My optometrist appointment with Dr Yuen went great. No complaints there.

The problem happened when I asked the front store staff for my PD measurement. The two people at the counter said they don't disclose that information. The optician will only do the measurement if I was purchasing glasses in-store.

I'm on a very tight budget and can't afford expensive glasses. I also didn't want to have to travel back downtown to get them. I wanted to order them off the Clearly website and have them delivered to my home. After some back and forth, they finally relented. The optician measured my PD and I left. I did order a couple pairs off the Clearly website and am awaiting delivery. If they are decent, I plan to order at least three more pair - driving, sunglasses, office/computer work.

Clearly, you shouldn't play these games with customers. I went to Clearly because I don't like how the other guys play these games. I expected you to be better than this.

If I order my contacts online, they come warped and bent. When I come to the store, they never have it in stock.

If you need a quick prescription renewal this place is perfect. Friendly staff, easy to book a next day appointment online, and often have deals on glasses. Unfortunately they are not able to price match contact lenses.
Also would not recommend if you need more than a prescription check.

The staff at this store are very warm and kind. Not pushy. Unfortunately, the selection of glasses leaves much to be desired. I've been watching their sales for a few years now, and always want to take advantage of them. But finding the right glasses to fit your face is really hard to do online. This store should supplement that. Unfortunately, their displays are more fancy boutique-ish, than practical. I didn't find anything I liked. Lots of plastic.

I love the frames I bought from them in March, after 7 months of having them - not even wearing them everyday. The arm piece broke off. This does not fall under warranty and I am being told to buy a new pair.wear and tear is not the case here, how can they fall apart after only having them for 7 months! I would recommend buying glasses elsewhere with better customer service.
