I was here on Mother's day and had a great time. The food was delicious with beautiful presentation. We had the poutine, the avocado toast, and the crème brûlée french toast. Service was quick despite how busy it was and the servers were very attentive and personable. I really like the plants hanging from the ceiling. I hope to be back soon!

Super cute spot! Came on a Friday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn’t busy. They have great drinks and the food is tasty! The blueberry mojito is very good, as well as the bacon jam chicken sandwich. Also appreciate the cucumber water, so much more refreshing than regular, it’s a great touch. The music was a bit loud, especially in the washroom (?) but overall a cute brunch spot!

Outstanding food, good service, good prices. We once had 1 little hiccup and the person in charge took the initiative to make it right even though we weren't bothered. Definitely recommend

Highly recommend! Food was really good, offering a nice variety for any pallet. The service was great! Nathan our server was knowledgeable, honest and just a sweetie all around! We had to wait a bit for our order but with all the other great things about the establishment, the wait didn't impact the experience.

Presentation is great but the taste isn’t that great, wouldn’t go back there again though.

My mom and I popped in on a busy Saturday and initially got seated by the door on a cold windy day. The hostess kindly offered us a different table once one freed up. The food was quite tasty but that's about it.

The food service was extremely slow. They had plenty of servers who stood around a bunch but weren't particularly helpful. We had to ask multiple servers more than once each to bring us one cup of hot water. My mom who has dietary restrictions had asked for a well done egg yolk and it still came runny. Service was so slow it didn't seem worth it to us to send it back because we had already been waiting a long time for the food to arrive. The music was so loud I had to shout to have a conversation. The tables were also so tightly spaced it was a bit difficult for my mom who has accessibility challenges to get to and from the restroom.

When we first got to Clementina, we were told there would be about a 30 minute wait for a table of 3, which is completely understandable, considering it was pretty busy. When we were sat, the server brought menus over and immediately asked if we were ready to order. Needless to say, we needed some more time to decide, since we were literally just handed the menu. She came back about a minute later, so we asked her if she had any recommendations. She proceeded to roll her eyes and tell us, "well I don't know what you like so I'm not a good person to ask". The entire time we were there, it felt like we were being a burden, rather than being welcomed. The staff seemed more annoyed to be there than anything. As for the food & drinks, it was pretty standard breakfast food, so it was nothing to rave about. The matcha latte was super grainy, almost crunchy, which was very strange. There were also bones in the smoked salmon, however, the rest was alright. When we were done, the server came over and cleared one of the plates (even though we were all done eating), and then we didn't see her after that. We tried to get her attention many times, but still nothing. Finally, after about 40 minutes since we were done eating, we had to ask the manager for the bill since nobody came back over to us. Now for the worst part. THE BATHROOMS.wow, these were super gross. The toilets were overflowing, and there was no paper towel or soap.yuck. Not what you'd expect here. We were not impressed with this place at all, considering all the hype it's been getting. Sure, the interior is kinda cute (minus the half dead plants hanging from the ceiling), but we left feeling extremely disappointed. We will not be returning to Clementina.

Very cosy place, with friendly staff. The service is really fast. I ordered soinach feta omellete and the taste was marvellous.
They have a fabulous customer service.

I have gone there two times and loved each one of them.
The food is delicious, the ambience and the workers are very nice.
Also plenty of free parking. I truly recommend this place.

5 star in not enough for this place, They deserve 10 STARS. Friendly staff, very clean place, welcoming atmosphere and most of all their food is heavenly delicious. I will go back for sure.

Food is ok, not fantastic. Coffee is great (Pigeon). More expensive than brunch places around the neighborhood. Service quality gets significantly impacted when at half-capacity.

Got a spinach and feta omelette which was delicious and shared the blueberry pancakes which was moist and fluffy. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a bit sour.

Pretty busy on Saturdays, and they don’t take reservations for groups under 10 but overall the meal was very good and I will definitely be back.

We went for breakfast on a Friday morning and we had the best time! It wasn’t too busy, the service was excellent, and the food was incredible. Everything was so tasty, we will definitely be back!

Not only do they not answer their phone, but today they were sold out (as they didn’t get their delivery), and didn’t bother to pick up when customers called, or even put a disclaimer on their social media. You had to drive all the way there in the freezing cold, only to be sent home. Absolutely horrendous management/customer service.

Food, drink and service were all excellent. I had the shakshuka, my wife had the sausage and onion omelette. Both were good, but the shakshuka (with sausage) was the winner.

Very bad food, bad service, is a brunch place and coffee machine was down, food terrible, avocado is fake avocado and all grease full of cholesterol, , terrible

Everything tasted so fresh. Portion was quite big. The vibe was very lovely. Would recommend!

Oh my god! This is just taste of heaven! Every single piece of it just so delicious! The biggest different from this place and others is that, every thing tested so fresh! Every thing seems to just cooked and made it from scratch just before you order! I love the Espresso Martini and my tasty fresh Benedict! This is my favourite spot for every weekend! This was unfortunately a horrible experience. Although the restaurant is visually appealing (it is the same as the the former restaurant Hello 123), the restaurant was clearly understaffed and based on other reviews this is a major problem that they need to address. While waiting to be served, tables got up and left and many others looked impatient and frustrated. After we were seated, we waited over 20 minutes to be greeted by our server and we immediately tried to place our orders. After informing our server of a gluten allergy, we were informed that the waffles were no longer made with gluten free batter - this should be crossed out on the menu or tables should be informed again when given the menu or seated. We waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive and 2/3 dishes were good, but the Cobb salad was not edible; it had reheated dried rotisserie chicken and it was missing the bacon. Once the food was dropped, the server did not come back to do a quality check and we had to wait 15 minutes to send the dish back with another employee. At this point, everyone else was nearly done eating and there was no point in ordering a replacement meal which was not even offered. If the restaurant plans to stay open they need to take the negative reviews on service seriously and improve before people stop coming.

Solo guest seated at bar. Busy lunch crowd, all seats taken. I can understand service challenges when it's busy, but in this case,
service was terrible. Had to ask for menu after sitting for a while, completely ignored by several employees (literally sat where they pickup drinks at the bar). Barista was so busy he couldn't acknowledge guests at bar. Drink (capacino) and meal (lox Benedict) took a long time (25/40mins). No guest checks or follow-ups. No hospitality standards in place. Had to request cheque. Pricing is inflated. Food is standard. Feels like a classic greasy spoon with nicer decor and an expensive laminated menu (which you need to request). If you have all morning to sip overpriced champagne and wait for your cold eggs, this place is fine. It was such a disappointment, as the reviews and images are very inticing. Open kitchen/bar, disorganized and on display. Kitchen is understaffed. 2 cooks/chefs, no uniforms for a dining service of approx 50+ guests. Not a recipe for a fine dining or elevated service. Kirkland/Sysco products everywhere. Really nice shower curtains at the entrance which nicely contain waiting patrons and guests attempting to flee this disaster.
I never publicly review places, and really appreciate when restaurants get things right, but this experience, should never happen, though seems to be the standard. Hopefully this review can cut through the fluff for patrons that want a quality dining experience. Best of luck.

Came to Clementina for brunch since its really close to our dealership.

It recently opened, even though the outside looks pretty blank, but the INTERIOR DESIGN IS 5/5! Super cozy vibes (actually! Since they have tones of pillow to snuggle with). If i have brought my laptop, i would def.work inside!

Service was a bit slow, i guess coz they just opened. And the coffee machine was broken, so we couldn’t over any alcoholic drinks or coffee. But they literally just opened, so i dont think its right for me to judge.

Food came around 10 minutes, not the fastest, but everything is made fresh since they kinda have a open kitchen concept.

Flavour: 5/5, highly recommend their avocado smoke salmon toast. I literally couldn’t finish everything. ITS HUGE AND OMG PICTURE MOMENT FOR SURE!

Will defineitly come back to try out their drinks, and something different on the menu~

This is my absolute favourite brunch place. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my food! The whole experience from start to finish is great. Waitresses and chefs are always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are so fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great brunch.
