I stopped in to return merchandise which I had purchased online. The process was quick and seamless. I needed a different size, which was unavailable on line. However, the store did have it. While trying it on, the assistant came to check that the item fit and to offer assistance. I walked out with a pair of pants at a better price than I had paid online 2 a week ago.

I saw it online. I went to the store. They had my size. I bought it and left. I helped myself and they apologize for this but I knew what I wanted.

I visited the store to return a top I purchased on line that was too big. Unfortunately, the store did not have the same sweater in my size. The clerk also informed me that the item was no longer available on line. We looked at other possibilities but there was nothing in the colour I desired that was available in my size. Oh well.

Always enjoy shopping at Cleo. Great styles at reasonable prices and the staff are always so very helpful and friendly.

I have been to Cleo Devonshire Mall several times in the past 6 months. The manager Gina is top notch, always pleasant, great customer service and extremely helpful. You can tell when a store is well managed because the staff are very content. Thank you Gina! Keep up the great work! I wish more stores at Devonshire were as nice as you!
