The sales associate caught as I was walking out of the store to check I knew most items were 50% discount. I returned and purchased a cute little top for $25:)

The sales lady was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
If it was not for her knowledge and suggestions I would not have found and purchased my pants.

I was just passing by Cleo in Burlington Centre when the fall colors caught my eye. Upon entering I was greeted by a cheery staff member, then allowed to browse in peace.
There were a couple of items that interested me so I thought I would wait until they were on sale, as Cleo has different specials almost weekly. I did a very quick turn around when I noticed the 30% off sign almost everything at the exit.
The sales ladies were very pleasant & helpful; especially mentioning that if I was a loyalty customer I would receive 40% off my order… loving my new pants & long cardigan sweater!

As always, it was a pleasure to pick up my online order at the store. I could see all the new clothes nicely displayed. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

My Cleo experience was quite good, delivery not so good.the parcel was supposed to be there but couldn't be found anywhere. I don't know who received my order but it wasn't me.

Jacqueline was very helpful and attentive during my browsing time in the store, suggesting sizing alternatives, and efficiently checking me out at the end! Very good experience!

Hi there,
The sales associate at this location (visited on Sunday) is attentive, caring, friendly and professional. The items which I was planning to purchase were in stock (unlike some other locations).
Will be back to shop at this location next time I am in the area.

Absolutely fabulous! I was greeted, the associate was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and engaging. I ended up buying beautiful blazers. She made it fun, and it was the best experience I have had at Cleo. Exceptional service. She was very attentive, asked questions to find out how she could help, found the sizes, colours I was looking for. Highly recommend!
