I Went to Cleo yesterday to purchase some clothes, the sales associate Hanan helped me very much. She was very cooperative, knowledgeable, and her customer service was excellent. She helped me in choosing very good outfits.

The Customer service staff was friendly and gave me reasonable advise that made me feel better as customer.

Rude employee Andrea. Very unprofessional and condescending. She also kept gossiping with her other coworker friend (she wasn’t any nicer) about how she needs her days off. If you’re not happy with your job then you shouldn’t be working there. Didn’t like her vibe at all.

Lack of customer service skills. Im waiting here currently in line. Another customer just passed me in line yet nothing was done. No acknowledgment no nothing. I have a child with me as well. Definitely avoiding this store at all costs.

Excellent experience with a very friendly seller even on boxing day when it is crazy busy. Thanks for giving me the best customer service experience.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Nicole! I came into the store feeling discouraged as I had already visited several stores with absolutely no luck in finding something suitable for a corporate Christmas party. Nicole went out of her way to help me, bringing over several dresses for me to try. The dress I ultimately went with was one I had not noticed before, and had Nicole not found it, I likely wouldn't have made a purchase. She was super fun and upbeat! She deserves a raise! Thanks Nicole!
