Awesome experience! Greeted by various staff members. I had options suggested to me which I liked and my purchase experience was a breeze!

No one came to ask if I could be helped. I had to ask for a change room, the service in the past was much better. I had about 7-8 items on my arm and they used to come and ask if they could take what I had and put it in a room for me. Also for most of the time I was there at Heartland the three people working including the manager were just chatting behind the counter. However when it came to about 10 min before closing they were rushing to check people out and behaved annoyed about serving people. Guess what folks, you don't help people out and chit chat that's what you get. Terrible service. Going less and less because the service sucks now.

I had a wonderful shopping experience working with Tanya, who helped me to get the best out of my visit to Cleo! On top of that I love shopping Cleo online!

Terrible customer service! Don't go in here expecting to be treated nicely or fairly. The store is set up nicely from a merchandising standpoint but staff is not interested in helping customers. I walked out after standing in line to pay for my item long enough, only to have the cashier finish up with her customer and take someone who was not in line at all. Learn basic retail etiquette. Will never return to this location.

My mom and I recently visited this location, and we were so thrilled with the customer service. The store manager Olivia went above and beyond to help us with our needs. She saved us a lot of time and made sure we left the store with a big smile on our faces.

Hi I recently visited Cleo heartland on Sunday and the team was very helpful and suggested me exactly what I’m looking for as I’m over weight and it was hard for me to find sizes so they showed me couple of items and we ended up buy more than we thought.
