Cleo Ottawa Trainyards Power Centre

I had wonderful luck finding some beautiful sweaters. The bonus was a few things were on sale. The two women that took care of me were terrific. They went in to the back room to see about sizes that weren't on the floor and came up with exactly what I needed. All in all my shopping experience was great.

Sales ladies were helpful and excellent.
System was down so cash or credit only not expected but happened

I have bought so many items from Cleo in the past years. Never been disappointed with the fit and the prices are absolutely wonderful. Rhonda at Trainyards was so helpful and I think we both enjoyed my recent shopping experience. Could have bought a lot more, and probably will!

The staff at the Trainyards went above and beyond. They were empathetic, caring, took care to find me sizes and styles that suited my unusual figure and after all that running around to help me they were still smiling at the end. The fact that I also got a really good deal with all the sales was a huge bonus. My Italy trip will be the best dressed ever. Thanks a million

It was terrible there were 3 people working and they were all chatting at the front cash. I had to yell in order for them to hear me that I needed help. She pulls down the item and returns to cash to talk. Also she had a pair of jean shorts so I did see her around the store a little but didn't know she was working there.

Cleo at the Train yard store always has an excellent selection. I enjoy shopping at that store everyone is very pleasant and helpfull. Have been shopping at Cleo for many years one of my favorite stores.
