Staff was friendly. Store was lacking merchandise. I bought a 2 for 1 t-shirt but there were few sizes available

Went here Aurora location for the first time today. I always thought it was styles for women 50+ I had been complaining about difficulty finding clothes with a mom bod and the crop top styles, prairie dresses and 90s styles that are in most stores and someone suggested rickis.

It was a great experience. Their sizes are for women so whereas I would be XL + in most stores. Here I was more s/m!

Their change rooms are more like a dressing room! Very big, good lighting and mirrors INSIDE the stall vs some places where you have to go outside in front of everyone to see your outfit.
There’s also no limit on items and they are very good at coming to swap sizes which I needed a lot of since I wasn’t used to their generous sizing.

The staff were also genuinely kind.

The staff was very friendly, I just wasn't impressed with the style of clothes this year and to many winter clothes still on the shelf.

I bought jeans a month ago used only three times and they are already ripped. I went to the store to explain the situation they didn't want to change it for me paid 80 dollars. I'm really upset and very angry I won't go into this anymore shop. 10 dollar chinese jeans are better.and better not buy jeans in this shop.really bad experience i won't go anymore.

I can usually find something that fits nice and is unique. They usually offer discounts or have sales. Heidi is very helpful and wonderful! Deanna, Fariba, Gladys and Wendy were also very helpful and patient during subsequent visits. The parking is free. The points system is worth it. My only issue is the text I received the next morning following my last purchase saying that I was entitled to additional discounts, however, after enquiring I was told I had to return to the store for same. Thank you anyhow!

Decent clothes, prices are ok but don't always match quality, but there are usually sales. Staff here (404 & wellington) are very friendly & helpful.

I had an amazing experience here with Wendy. She was accommodating for sizes and appreciated my stress of shopping. I will go back here!
