Clera Windows + Doors Wingham

We had windows replaced in our house through the Greener Homes initiative and chose Clera Windows and doors from 3 estimates. Barry, Laura and their son were helpful, friendly, and patient with our many questions. Anthony was an excellent, efficient installer. He even came on a weekend to finish an attic window that needed finishing touches to be ‘done right’, and made sure everything was left clean, tidy and showed me how every window worked. We are very happy with their service and our windows look great.

Our experience with Laura & Barry they where great with communication emails & phone calls. We where very happy with our order of windows & are planning on finishing the windows up with them in the fall. We will recommend them 100 % to anyone who will ask us if we know of someone. We had new windows installed at the end of the 90's. Periodically, due to age and sun exposure the clips in the side tracks will dry out and break. I am pleased to say that there is no fighting required to have them replaced. This company stands by their after installation parts guarantee! Laura is very pleasant to speak with and arrange for service. Barry is professional and very knowledgeable about the windows themselves and their installation. When Barry came to replace a few clips this year I asked about the replacement of our patio doors and walk-out bay window. He took the time to speak to me about my needs and then suggested the products that would best meet them. He took measurement that day and gave me a quote and estimated time of installation. Everything ran very smoothly. This winter has been extremely cold and windy here on top of my hill and I am warm and draft free, due to excellent product and service. Thank you, Laura and Barry!

Barrry was a great person to work with. He's a veteran in the business and knows what he's talking about! Very professional. The installer was excellent and did a fabulous job. I can be pretty picky about imperfect corners, caulking that's not completely straight etc etc, but the new windows passed with flying colours! The windows themselves look great. We have large long windows in our century home and we went with double hung windows. They can be quite heavy, due to their large size, but I can get them up and down easily. We also had a door replaced and the new door is SOLID! Looking forward to NOT having wind/rain/snow blowing in the corners of the door this winter.

Barry and his son replaced my front entrance (door and sidelite), and two upstairs windows last fall and they did an excellent job. Barry is very professional and pays attention to every little detail.

This summer I had 5 other windows replaced by one of Barry's techs (Graeden), and he too did an excellent job.

This company did an AMAZING job, with our new window installations.

This was not a replacement job, as we were putting windows where we had no windows prior, and cutting out quite literally, 3 VERY large holes on the side of our home, and installing windows 4x5ft, 4x6ft and 2x6ft.
(concrete cut included)

They did an incredible job with the install, and actually finished 2 days earlier then we were told, and always cleaned up after themselves each and every day.

They were friendly, always Covid safe and Barry and his wife, were always honest, clear and upfront about estimated times for window delivery and install, and always returned our calls promptly.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company, if your looking for replacement or new install.

Barry and and his son did a wonderful job installing our new windows! They took there time in making sure they were installed properly while working very efficiently! They cleaned up after themselves and were on time, also answering any questions we had! I couldn't have been happier with the service and installation. The Jacklins are definitely the people you want to deal with. Right from the first sales consult all the way through to finished install they make sure you are happy every step of the way. The windows and doors are gorgeous and when they are done you wouldn't even know they had been there. Five stars for sure.
