Kind, attentive, concerned, overall a drastically better experience than my sports doc at Pivot. For someone who's not been taken seriously/dealing with incompetence for over a year and a half it was like a breath of fresh air to talk to someone very professional. I see why the recommendation for here was high.

Ive been coming here off and on for years with various ailments. I must say that Jessica, the manager, is very accommodating, friendly and efficient: all conducive to influencing the client to return.

I might add that Chris Downey, Saba and Jenna are excellent physiotherapists as are the rest of them.

The office staff, especially Suzy, is
friendly, diligent and very compassionate.

The assistant PT, especially Serena
is very helpful and friendly.

Finally, Dr. Kraft is the epitome of professionalism. She really listens and displays a deep understanding of the client's needs. A very sensitive and compassionate doctor who never rushes you.

On the whole, my experiences here have been positive. But there's always room for improvement.

This place is a joke. They have notes on their emails saying that they are "one of the highest rated physio clinics, etc, " but when I went there for a critical shoulder injury, they charged me 150$ for a terrible experience.

I had two students in my first session, which I later learned is apparently against their policies and they should only have students in sessions with patients that have been coming there for a while now rather than the first time and the practitioner that was helping me spent at least half of the session mumbling medical jargon to them instead of actually giving me her full attention and actually helping me. When they asked if I was ok with them being in the session I agreed because I assumed they would just be observing and letting us get on with what we had to do.

The practitioner helping me that day barely gave me any information about how to recover from my injury, and tried to apply this tape that was apparently supposed to stay on my shoulder for FOUR days! But within the first moments of her applying it to me, I could feel it peeling off because it was obviously just some very old tape that they had and it lost its stickiness. Then proceeded to tell me that I would need to re apply said tape after the 4 days but; A) didn't actually teach me how to do this, and B) didn't provide me with the tape to do it anyways?

I'm attaching a photo of the tape only a few hours after my session with them.

I was as polite as possible during the session because I didn't want to make a scene there, but it was honestly a really embarrassing experience! So I later requested a refund after calling their managers multiple times and they kept on giving me one terrible excuse after another as to why they could not actually refund me for the session and dodging my phone calls repeatedly.

THEN FINALLY! They called me and were like, "okay, so doing a refund directly into your debit account clearly isn't working after trying for 2 weeks. We will just send you an e-transfer to your email address. " Like what!? All of my time that they wasted only to finally do the thing I suggested they do in the first place to avoid this headache? In my opinion, this pathetic practice should be owing ME money for the amount of time I had to invest in them.
