J'ai fait une demande de remboursement de mon vol avec Air Malta-Paris sur leur site Web, quelques jours après, j'ai fait une autre demande de remboursement avec Click 2 Refund, ma demande a été acceptée par Air Malta et la demande de Click 2 Refund a été rejetée car ils ont traité ma demande en 1 er.
Click 2 Refund me demande quand même de leur payer 28% du montant du remboursement même s'ils ne m'ont pas aidé et que leur demande a été rejetée par Air Malta.
Conseil: méfiez vous d'eux, ils mettent des conditions subtiles dans leurs contrat qui vous font payer dans le cas où vous obtenez un remboursement avec d'autres services, essayez de récupérer votre argent par vous-même avec une simple demande sur le site de la compagnie aérienne avant d'utiliser le service de Click 2 Refund, ce n'est pas si difficile.
Et bien sûr, ils ne recevront pas un euro de ma part.

Useless company.
I have used them to claim wizz air flight delayed 24 hours. They made me sign all certificates, I did of course. In two days they asked me to do the same thing. I provided all tickets, everything needed but they did nothing. No compensation, no updates. When you e mail them, they don’t even know what you are on about.

Glad I sought help from Click 2 Refund. I didn’t think I’ll ever get compensated because the airline turned me down when I directed to them. With Click 2 Refund it was a success!

I filed a complaint with them on July 10 2021, they were nice and responsive to get all the documentation necessary. But since then more than 6 months have passed and I never heard from them again. Not one update on the case, not a reply to an email inquiring… if anything changes, If I do hear from them and actually get a refund I’ll be fair and change this review.

Great customer support and of course totally worth it. I received my money one day after they told me they solved the issue. I got a 5 hour delay flying from Bogotá to Paris and received 460 euros in my bank accountfor it. This company managed the claim for me just after crossing a couple of mails. Moreover, I tried contacting the airline and they said they did not compensate for that situation, liars, they were just tryin to demotivate me from starting a process like the one I won with click to refund. If you give them your case by looking robotic fake positive reviews, you will be disappointed. Don't ignore the negative feedback like I did. I appointed them in Feb 2020 to handle my case due to a flight delay due to a technical error. Initially the response was prompted and Simon confirmed that the claim is legitimate but after providing my document no update whatsoever. After several emails, they reply that our legal team is dealing with your case but never provide any kind of communication with the airline. Not recommend

Click2Refund was a HUGE help in getting money I was rightfully owed by TAP Portugal. It took TAP over a year to refund it. In other words, had I not had the luck to work with Click2Refund, there's no way I could have remembered to stay on top of it and get the 600€. With Click2Refund, I sent my info in initially regarding the flight, they confirmed I had a right to the 600€ compensation, and they took care of the rest! I cannot recommend their services enough, ESPECIALLY if you're fighting TAP for this money (I've had other luck on my own with a 2-week turnaround with AeroMexico, but with TAP it was impossible).

We had a great vacation in Europe last year except the return journey back home. We were told by Eurowings in last minute that our flight to Newark from Zurich has been cancelled and they re booked us on another flight through Frankfurt for next day. Unfortunately that flight also got delayed and we finally reached our destination 2 days after our supposed arrival time. I requested Lufthansa for refund of food, hotel and taxi expenses which they eventually paid but they refused compensation of €600 under (EC) 261/2004, saying these cancellation and delays were beyond their control. After exchanging emails for sometime and repeatedly requesting Lufthansa, I finally found this company “Click2Refund” and I couldn’t believe if it’s for real but after checking their reviews online, I decided to give it a try in January, 2020.

I was dealing with Simon and he was very professional and knew his job well. He guided me through the application process and assured me to sit tight for 3-4 months and I will get what belongs to me.

Then Covid-19 happened and I thought I won’t be getting anything this year because travel industry is in turmoil but to my surprise I got an email from Simon in May, 2020 that our first refund has been approved and sent the money to our account within 2 days. It’s hard to believe that there is a company like “Click2Refund” exists, Who have been honest with every thing they promised.

They are still fighting for our second refund for another flight delayed by Lufthansa in same journey and hopefully they will succeed in that as well.

This institution is very reliable and fast in ensuring that passengers who in one way the other needs assistance to claim/reimbursement from Airlines can rely on. My wife and I recently travelled with KLM and were delayed for more than 24hrs during our departure. Click2Refund is a great and easy service to use if you are delayed on any flight leaving Europe for more than three hours even if it is an American carrier. Last year we had a bad experience we a flight from Norwegian airways. We reached out to the company for compensation and they argued that the flight got delayed because of exceptional circumstances - and as such we would not be eligible. I contacted Click 2 Refund about a delayed flight over 4 years ago. I had a copy of my flight itinerary. The process was easy to apply for. I received the compensation in about 3 months. My only suggestion, if it is even possible, would be to give some element of an update as the process is proceeding.

Amazing result for my family! We had our flight from Scotland to Halifax cancelled at the last minute by Westjet. They put us on a flight 27 hours later, so we lost a whole day of our big trip to Canada (that was only 10 days long to start with) so losing a whole day felt really sore. I could not be more happy with this incredible service.
