Clickon Mac Solutions has helped me many times over the last several years with purchases, repairs, transfers, and upgrades, and they not only do excellent work but they are also great people to deal with.

Nick and his team of expert technicians have been a central point of sales and repair of Macs in Toronto for decades. Their used Macs and phones are top notch. Highly recommended. I have been a customer for the last 12 years and have never been disappointed.

Stopped by with my Laptop as I was having an email issue. They had done some great work for us before and without hesitation the technician took a quick look and fixed our issue. I offered to pay but they said it was easy and didnt take much time. Great Staff Very Friendly Will definitely use them for repairs and will likely purchase my next Laptop from them.

I recently visited Clickon to get a new computer for back to school, and I am really glad that I stopped by this store. I was looking to upgrade my older MacBook Pro to a newer model and the staff were very helpful in helping me pick a good computer for me. They have a good variety of refurbished and new computers that are good for a wide range of uses and budgets. I will definitely be back to Clickon in the future if I ever need any service done on any of my Mac products.

The Staff at Clickon Mac were extremely helpful and knowledgable. I was impressed with their superior customer service both on the phone and in person. Best service center for apple devices outside of Genius Bar. The people working over there know more than a thing or two about hospitality and customer service. They treat your device like their own and go beyond what Apple Store will ever do.
Highly recommended for anything to do with apple devices. They do have a lovely store as well with lot of cool stuff at good prices laid out there. A store walk helps figure out what you may need and get those clearance prices working for you as a consumer.

Highly recommended for service and turn around time, not to forget hospitality offered being a customer service center for apple devices.

Had an issue with the microphone on my iPhone X. Everyone I called mentioned that my voice sound muffled. Checked online and it said it could be the microphone slots are filled with dust. Justin at Clickon was friendly and helpful and they resolved the issue within 10 minutes. Great service. I highly recommend

This place is amazing, and they saved the day when we had a MacBook Pro conked out. Very professional, and very knowledgeable while being able to explain the issues along the way. If you need an apple product worked on, this place is where you should go.

I took my totally dead MacBook Pro to Click On Mac. Expected that I'd have to do an expensive replacement of a logic board or keyboard. They fixed it quickly, professionally and for way less than I would have had to pay at a Genius Bar. Great example of why taking your Mac to a local authorized service center is better than taking it to Apple. They've got me as a customer for all my Mac stuff now. Thanks again.

Super friendly and knowledgable. My 8 year old Macbook now works like new! Maybe the best part is how clean my laptop is now. Don't remember the last time there was no crud and dust between my keys.

I went there to see if information could be retrieved from a broken phone. I expected that to be a long shot.turns out I was right. No Go. The issue I have with them is that I then asked if they could assist me to simply set up my new phone as my iTunes seemed to be syncing incorrectly. Their response was, no, call apple.
They didn't even try, look at the phone or assess the issue in any way. I had my computer and new phone with me as well as the new sim card.
Nothing.actual blank stares.
Normally I wouldn't write a review but this exact thing happened with the fellow in front of me in line as well.
I've been there before and gotten good service but this experience was not what I would expect. Sorry to say I'd rather go downtown, stand in line and fight the masses in a pandemic rather than walk around the corned to these guys and get shrugged off like this.

Great honest customer service that’s fast, reliable and done right. I highly recommend these people to take care of your Apple needs. They even went so far as to not sell me a Mac they had in stock to recommend something better for my needs that would require me to wait to order but they clearly care to make the customer happy first and that goes a long way. I am trying to write the best, most persuasive review ever written. I have been a very happy customer of Click On for almost a year - but my recent experience demonstrates that Click On is the ONLY place that you should take a sick or struggling Mac for repair.

After being mandated by Apple to take my MBP to another repair place closer to my home for a “simple” firmware reset, I had to wait around all-day to be met by the service manager who said “bad news, you know this model is obsolete (a point they mentioned about 15 times) your motherboard is fried”. BUT.it was working fine when I dropped it off. He appeared flummoxed and couldn’t explain what happened “we can’t get it to boot - just one of those things. ”. Needless to say, the prospect of having to shell out $2000 for a replacement - my Mac is my “office” - without warning was not a happy moment. Especially, when it was there not for repair but because I forgot a second level password and needed a software reset!

On a hunch, I brought my apparently “dead” MBP back to John at ClickOn. He listened and immediately said “we got this. I don’t think it’s the motherboard”. 3 hours and $50 (incl HST) later, my MBP is purring like a kitten. It was a software patch issue (a matter I repeatedly told the “other” place to consider). Once the patch was fixed, PRESTO!

John and his team at Click On are honest, fair and loyal. They truly understand how much we depend on these machines and will do the best work possible to help you get back up and running. FAST! Finally, as my experience taught me, other shops are either less competent or worse, prepared to tell you your machine is bricked in the hope they can leverage the emergency to sell you a new machine. NEVER accept a diagnosis that your Mac is dead unless you hear it from Click On. Make these guys your first stop or second opinion.

Amazing Service! These guys are awesome no different than apple genius bar, actually better (sorry Genius Bar) very honest! I recommend anyone that has apple product to give them a try if you ever need service. Even if you have to pay diganostic charge (which is very reasonable). Oh don't forget easy and free parking. John knows his stuff!

Thought I would have to replace my aging 2012 MacBook Pro after I got the dreaded flashing question mark at boot up.but nope! They were able to get my computer working again and make some solid upgrades to the memory and SSD. Definitely worth it and saved me the expense of getting a new MacBook. Thanks guys!

Even though this place is in a off the main location, it's by far the best Mac resource and repair shop available. They have on site consulting, who has over 25 year experience working on Macs.
If you are looking for refurbished units for university/College student, this is the place.

The customer service was professional and prompt. They even phoned me a few days later to ask if everything was ok with their work.

If you are needing support for professional editing, photography or general administration applications, they will have you covered.

I cannot begin to tell you how thrilled we are with the repairs and upgrades we have had done on our Mac Book Pros.

Recently.we consulted with Apple at the Eaton Center and they sent us over to Click On Macs. We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and how organized everything looked. John filled us in on the timeline of our repairs and they delivered above and beyond. They were ahead of schedule and were able to DRASTICALLY increase the speed and memory of our machines that we use for work.

Highly recommended - 5 star plus 5 Bonus stars! I had some "issue" with my Mac, so I brought it in, hoping I could get it recovered, rather than wiping. Amazing customer experience. John got it done and was on time, on budget and got approval from me at every step and clearly explained everything at each step. I was even able to get a rental, so I could keep working and not slow down my business.

The best in the city hands down. The owner Nick always takes care of us. Often persuading us into less expensive solutions! We have been dealing exclusively with them since they opened. Working in the film industry there are times a computer crashes in the heat of a job and Nick's team has gbstayed late to fix no exrtra fees.
