Dr Jamal is great. Receptionists need to have a lot more empathy towards patients.

Dr Jamal is a great doctor but the receptionists are the worst people! While explaining the issues, the receptionist yelled out, omg. I don’t understand where is their basic manners and I wonder why the clinic doctors still wanna hire them.

So very pleased with my first visit here. I was greeted by friendly and helpful receptionists, and Dr. Jamal is a fantastic doctor! Friendly, warm, welcoming, attentive, and thorough. I look forward to many years ahead with my new health team! Thank you!

No one answer call not easy to make appointments on line too

Dr Jamal is great. Receptionists are the worst I’ve come across.

I’ve dealt with other clinics. Patients are treated with much more care, urgency and respect by the reception.

One star for the worst receptionists, very bad service and irresponsible attitude。My ultrasound reports was sent to them on June, 15th, when I came on July 20, they said they did not receive it, one hour later when I left doctor's office, when I called them again, they said yes, they have received the reports on June 15, and gave me an appointment next week. Anyway, Dr Jamel is a very nice doctor!

Worst receptionists. I need to tell them how to do there job and how to transfer prescriptions from one pharmacy to another. Its always an issue and I miss days, weeks of taking important medication because someone puts there work off until whenever they feel like doing it. I have to call them to make sure they are doing their work or it won't get done.
