The receptionist should be banned from talking to patients.

In her words: ‘If you call multiple times, people will get annoyed and put you at the bottom of their list’.

SHE HAS NO RIGHT to decide who gets medical treatment and who doesn’t. She refused to convey a message to the doctor. I was asking for help from these guys and this incompetent and rude woman decided to tell me off and hung up on me.

I am speechless at the kind of harassment that we have to deal with to get medical treatment in this country.

Let me remind you that my taxes pay your salary. Quite literally. The only thing I get free is your attitude, so keep it back in your pocket and do your job respectfully. Answer the phone, do what you’re told and zip it.

Came back to get my return to work papers signed, was told by the receptionist it would cost me $200! She was fairly short and rude, which was disappointing because the last time I came to see the doctor here he was great. Went to a walk in clinic on Bradley and got it signed for $50. Not sure if it’s just to make profit, or if she just did not understand what was needed, but sad to see this happening to our health care system in Canada. Especially when family doctors are almost impossible to come by these days.

Upon reading through reviews and seeing the receptionist replying to them, I’m concerned there’s actually a legal issue here. Taking people’s personal information from a review and “adding it to their medical files”? Seems really sketchy to me.

I picked my daughter up from school as she wasn’t feeling well… sore throat and achy. Checked her throat and was pretty sure it was strep. Called the clinic at 2: 30 as they closed at 3: 30 and they were able to take her no problem. Receptionist was very friendly, in and out in under an hour. Doctor was very good, throughly checked my daughter did a rapid test on her and confirmed everything. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Dr Mohammed is such an amazing doctor. Got a booster today a was given a sucker He really cares about his patients and does a wonderful job showing how much he cares.

The reseptionist is an absolute lunatic. She started verbally attacking me to the point the doctor had to come out and tell her to stop infront on my 2 toddlers. Do not go here if you're looking for professional care, you will not find it.

Absolutely scam in terms of making money. If you even talk about a resolved issue, he will consider it as an additional problem and would like to charge an additional $50 for each problem per visit. Receptionist lies about it's a walk in clinic and kept taking in people as they showed up. I had to wait 2 hours.

Me and my mother had to wait 3 hours when the lady told us to wait only an hour. There were some people suffering in there. People were so tired that almost half the waiting room left. Yet we still had to wait way too long. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Dr. Mohammed and his son are really great and very caring, friendly, professional and thorough. Wait time was not bad, and the front staff was very pleasant. They showed a lot of concern for my well being and I felt well taken care of.

Dr Mohammed and his son are amazing doctors. Very knowledgeable, friendly they listen to your needs and I didn't feel rushed been there a few times have nothing bad to say highly recommend this walk in just better to go early in the morning as they get a bit busy and might be a longer wait. Never in my life I have left a review for anything in my life. This one has to be heard. I had to worst ever horrible experience I could ever get in my life. The doctor was so rude, at one point I was explaining my situation and he told me shut my mouth. I was taken aback and I told him he was rude and he mentioned then I can leave.
I got emotional over my disease and cried and the dr told me that If I was there to cry then I could leave. I sat there for half a minute more to compose myself before I left, he asked me to leave so that he could treat other patients.

This was the worst ever behavior from not just a dr but from a human being.

When I came to the clinic I was told 1 hrs wait. First come first serve people went in that were at least 11/2 hrs after me. Terrible service and rude reception

Dr. Muhammed and his son, are both extraordinary doctors! Very good diagnosticians! Very effective receptionist, impressed with front desk customer service all the time!

Brought my wife there at 2: 45 pm on Sunday, no appointment needed. We only waited about 1/2 hour in the waiting room even though there were 2 people before us. The doctor called us into his office and checked my wife right away. He is straight to the point, he made it simple, easy to understand and gave good advice. This is the place that we go from now on. It’s hard to find a doctor like this nowadays.

Both the doctors are very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. The receptionist is really rude, sitting with closed window and not answering to anyone.

I do believe Dr Muhammed is the best doctor, he is super patient, understanding, professional. I have some issues caused me super tense and he helped me relaxed and tell me that I could conquer everything. I would really really appreciate his help.

The reception is patient and polite as well, I saw her explained about how the insurance work for another patient specifically.

What a lovely clinic.

Arrived on a Sunday morning 30 minutes after opening. Waiting room already full and a steady stream of people coming in to register. Seen in less than 45 minutes. Despite being very busy with a steady flow of patients, Dr. Nadeem was extremely thorough and kind. Very pleasant and took the time to discuss findings and explain treatment plan. With the healthcare system being constantly overworked and short staffed it is not uncommon for the healthcare workers to be burnt out and impatient, short and less than hospitable. Dr. Asas Nadeem - Top ratings for his manner, assessment and care.

Don't recommend, Mohammed is the worst Doctor I ever had, very rude, not to mention the long waiting time.

Really good experience with the doctor. Walked in on a Saturday and waited like ten minutes. I'm not really going to comment on reception even though it was fine, for me the experience should be with the doctor I don't care about the "service" plus I've seen plenty more rude and irritable patients than I've seen rude reception not to say they don't exist. Got in the office, did some tests and was given a prescription as well as an explanation as to what they did. Was out really fast. Good stuff.

I don't know why people are complaining about the receptionist, I was polite with her and she was polite with me. I didn't have any problems with her at all. As for the doctor he was so caring and he answered all my questions. I can tell he actually really cares about people. There isn't a ton of parking but you can park at the Timmies or shoppers.

Dr. Mohammad and Angelina are real Superheros in Medical field. They are helping families during toughest time whenever anyone need treatment.

Being there yesterday. Receptionist is excellent very friendly and helpful Dr. Mohammed is knowledgable and friendly. This place can accommodate atleast 10-12 people in waiting area. Dr. Mohammed is very quick.

No parking. The building itself and inside were quite sketchy, and the doctor was very rude and ignored some of my concerns and requests. The reason I gave 2 stars is that I got what I asked for in the end, but I will definitely not return.

The doctor is very sweet, soft spoken, and kind. Wait times are good, I never wait more than an hour, and the receptionist is such a sweetheart.

The lady at the front was nice and kind to us. The doctor is very knowledgeable and seemed like a great guy. Grateful that they took us in and I got the right antibiotic for my daughter.

The best walk-in in London, the doctor actually cared not just trying to push you out for the next client.
Wait time was 45 mins Wich was not bad given its flu season.

A doctor with attitude problems and zero compassion for ill children.
It is sad Canada has such Walk-in clinics.

As per OHIP Policy, a Canadian citizen needs to see a walk-in clinic doctor to get a referral to a paediatrician GP. This should not be considered a problem, it is how the system functions.

I called lots of time to book an appointment for my mom to get prescription for second visit it’s sucks even the voice sms is full, i can’t leave any voice sms and i went there and explained all of these at front desk but she still telling me to call back again to book an appointment she didn’t even help me and I got a call form doctor after 2 days, he is being rude to me and even didn’t prescribe medicine for my mom, at the end he said this is just a walking clinic I don’t do any prescription and cut the call. Very rude both of them that I have ever seen in walking clinic.

The sign outside literally says "Walk in Clinic" but unfortunately you still need to call and make an appointment before you show up as they wouldn't even open the door for you. I went there after looking at the big bold sign but unfortunately didn't work out.

Oddly this is called a walk in clinic but they require bookings by voicemail as they don’t even pickup their phone. The bus from my house to this to this ‘walk in clinic’ is nearly 30 minutes and when I finally arrived, I was told at the door that I must book an appointment in advance. How is this a walk in clinic if patients must book appointments weeks in advance?

Reception is rude and did not help can't belive this is a walk in! I had a choice to take a picture which was unable to do stated all over body eczema she said go to emergency then. Unbelievable so now have to suffer longer. Thank you for nothing!

Secretary is very rude. I was trying to explain to her that my son was going to be a new patient (I received a mail from Health Care Connect Program that he was accepted in Dr. Mohammed office), and she said she didn't know anything about it and hung up the phone. I have tried several times to contact this doctor, leaving messages in the voice mail, but I haven't had any response. I'm glad that Health Care Connect Program is very diligent and help me to find a different family doctor. Definitely I don't want to be patient of this office!

Great Experience! The doctor cares about you and your wellbeing. He listened to me and provided me with right treatment and also explained everything. The secretary is phenomenal! She was super nice on the phone and really helped me out with my previous family doctor. This clinic has restored my faith in our local health care.

The receptionist is the most disrespectful, ignorant, and inconsiderate person I have EVER had the displeasure of speaking to. Fire the degenerate and hire someone with social skills. She will hang up on you, call you names, and then block your number. Extremely unprofessional for someone working in the medical field… matter of fact, it’s unprofessional for any field. Straight up entitlement! Please don’t waste your time with this clinic. Go somewhere with respectful staff.

Completely useless doctor and his assistant named Angela. $100 for a requisition form which took liek 5 mins and another $100 just to know how the results are. What a rip off! I wish I could give them negative stars. Please avoid them at any cost. I went to the office to collect my report after calling them during regular hours but they are not opened. I called and no answer what a waste of time

I had a good experience at this clinic. I showed up, not aware you had to have an appointment. I phoned the receptionist from outside the door. She let me in (she was quite pleasant and helpful for me). I had to wait for a patient to be seen ahead of me, then I saw the doctor. He was very pleasant as well and helped me with my medical problem. I would recommend this clinic, but it is best that you phone ahead.

Very good doctor, shows caring attitude and explains things well. Treated a puncture immediately when we walked in.

The Dr is absolutely fantastic but I have never in my life seen such a horrible, rude, ignorant receptionist. This Woman has no business working with People that are not feeling well she actually told me I had to leave because I had no phone! Shame on this Woman! No I don't have the wrong clinic I was sent away she told me I had to call and I had no phone I only wish I had been able to speak with Dr Mohammed because he is amazing.

The receptionist barely speaks English and is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. She should not be working in health care let alone on the front lines of a medical practice. I work in upper management for multiple practices throughout London and I can’t imagine any of my offices having staff that conduct themselves in this manner. Absolutely appalling service.

Dr Mohommad is the kindest Doctor I have come across. He truly cares about his patients and makes you feel so comfortable.

I am so grateful to have him as my family doctor. He is an incredibly caring and compassionate person and takes what you say seriously. When I start to visit his Walk in clinic, I already had a family doctor but The difference between the 2 are day and night. If I feel ill, Dr.makes sure to get to the bottom of it immediately.consider me and my family extremely lucky because he is the best doctor you could possibly have, hands down!

Got blood work done a month or two prior to " covid" which they said I'd get results back quickly. Not a word from them. Just went to this walk-in to get blood work results and get my son seen, and the receptionist basically slammed the door in my face after saying i had to call for results.then rejected my call when I called back.

I've been here twice, and both times receptionist have been rude and not informative.

I would recommend this place, Dr Mohammed is truly a gem. He is caring and wonderful to deal with also the receptionist is warm and welcoming.

This is a great little practice with friendly doctors and reception staff. Fantastic with kids!

The receptionist have the worst of the attitude, she is very impolite and rude. The doctors are best but she is the reason that will push the patients to go away

I started to get an infection in my eye and when I called and described it to the doctor he got me in the same day. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen in the waiting room and he handled the issue professionally. His receptionist was very polite over the phone and he set up follow up phone call sessions to see whether I was improving on the medication. I did not have difficulty finding the location. Very efficient compared to my experiences at other walk ins.

The patient care I received from this clinic was outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Mohammad called me in the exact timeframe she specified. I felt all my questions were answered and had my consult, picked up my prescription from my pharmacy and was back home within 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

I have seen this Dr.for years. His clinic is busy because he's good, knowledgeable and listens when you talk. People return because of this. His receptionist has always been kind and honest about wait times. If you need a good doctor, it's worth the wait.

I was skeptical due to the reviews of the other London walk-in clinics, but this place treated me really well. I arrived not knowing that they are only providing telephone consultations in light of covid-19, I explained to the receptionist that I was outside already and she handled it really well. I handed my health care to them while maintaining safe social distance, and was inside within 5 minutes. I only waited to see the Dr Muhammad for maximum 10 minutes, and he took really good care of me. I explained all of my symptoms (muscle pain from a prior car accident) and he said what I should do next, and wrote me a note for a muscle relaxant. Really good experience, would recommend if you're looking for a competent walk-in clinic within London.

Went to this doctor two weeks after I had stitches put in to have them taken out, and the doctor was very kind to me. The issue is that for some reason, he decided to stop taking my stitches out, and left about half of them in my hand. It's been over three months of trying to heal with these stitches in, and I'm currently waiting for the scab to fall off in order to go to the hospital to get the rest of them taken out, as they are now embedded in my skin. That being said, I also am not able to move half of my hand and will need physiotherapy in order to get my hand back to normal, because the stitches that were left in prevent me from moving two of my fingers completely. What should have been a two week problem ended up being a huge problem and will probably take me months to get back to normal.

Clinic is very nice, receptionist is patient and doctor is kind and attentive. They recommended and referred me to the London Scoping clinic, who then called and announced on my voice mail that apparently it is believed I have intestinal cancer and that I have to call back immediately - a scary thing to hear on your voice mail - especially when the doctor said nothing about this during the 5 minute talk at the clinic. When I call back the Scoping clinic offer me an appointment in November 2020 - 9 months away. When I called this clinic back I was told not to contact them again until I had completed my referral.

The lady at the front desk is disgusting. Came in 30 minutes before closing with my son who had a high fever and strep throat. Just needed to get a prescription and literally took 3 mins when we went to another walk-in the following morning. She turned us away telling me they were at full capacity (which they were not) she then proceeded to tell me they were “technically” closed, I told her the website said open till 8 and then she asked if I read the small print! What small print is she talking about? Horrible experience would never go back or recommend to anyone! Doctor maybe good but the lady at the front is terrible! AVoid avoid avoid!

Received excellent care from Dr Mohommand and his staff. He was quick and thorough. The receptionist was friendly and I didn't have to wait any time at all. Next time I need a PCP I will be going to see them first.

I called at 10 20am today and asked for hours and if it was busy. I arrived at 11 02am after getting lost trying to find the place. I parked after finding it. I walk up to the back door to read (out loud) the sign saying use front door. As it semi opens and closes. K cool no problem. I get to the front door a sign say they will be back at 3 00 pm. Wasted gas, money and time to get to a place that all of a sudden closes for 4 hours. And couldnt even tell me on the phone or when you opened the door while I was reading it. Then the receptionist and doctor just drives off like nothing.i I wouldn't have been so displeased if they had just told me.

Good doctor however the waiting time is over 2 hours. It’s ridiculous. The receptionist should let patient know how long they might have to wait, then we can decide whether we want to wait that long or not.

They over charge for a medical note. $ 40 dollars. I have never paid that! 20 maximum. Luckily I get it back but how about the people that don't get it back.plus there is not register receipt. I felt taken advantage of. Horrible really!

It's a long wait when you're not there before it opens due to the excessive amounts of people who come in, but it's so worth it in the end. Dr. Mohammad is hands-down amazing, and I'll gladly wait a long while to see him.

As someone who grew up fairly afraid of doctors, and as someone with anxiety, he managed to get me out of that fear with his gentle manner, and his concern for every patient he tends to. He also knows everything about health, and what's right for whatever it is you come in with; he even saved my 86-year-old grandmother's life last year by staying after closing hours to assess her to a hospital.

Amazing doctor, amazing service.albeit the receptionist is sometimes on and off depending on her mood. Highly recommended nonetheless.
