The store owner is racist and accuses any black person who walk through with a big of stealing. DONT SHOP THERE. Products are also very low quality and expensive for the price

My brother went to this store to pick up Castor Oil for me. He sent me a picture and the price was listed as 8.99. The cashier charged my brother 13.55 for this item. Prices should be honoured as advertised.

Mediocre store, convenient hours. I suggest checking their online website to see if what you need is in stock. Staff follows you around almost the entire time (without even talking to you!). Cashiers are unwelcoming. I've been here a few times. Once, I came in looking for black 1B 24-inch soft locs. However, they only had the 36inch+ and brightly colored (brown, purple, blonde). Ignoring the bad customer service, many other times, I've gotten the 1B hair I needed, extensions and tools here such as combs, conditioners, clips, lip gloss, hair beads, and elastics. Today, I went in to look for twists and spent 10 minutes searching before finding it tucked away BEHIND another stand. Aisles could be a bit bigger, but understandable with the stock.

A little pricy in here to be honest but the quality of the items are really good so I guess it makes up for it.

Terrible experience at this clore, was accused of stealing and when I shown proof, I was blocked from leaving the store because the old Asian woman did not believe me. She assaulted me by body checking me while holding her dog. This has not happen to me only, please do not shop at this clore.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop. The customer service was terrible, with one employee giving me permission to try on a wig, only to be reprimanded by another employee when I did. When I politely asked for assistance, the employee was incredibly rude and blamed me of being rude. Overall, I do not recommend this shop and will never be returning.

The cashier (specifically Tall black guy) is extremely unprofessional, creepy and rude. He mistreats customer and gives a narcissistic vibes. He is lazy and makes customer do his job that he is supposed to be handling as a cashier. Save your time and do not go here. Never have been this disappointment with such poor customer service!

So rude I went to that store with my sister. I wanted to get wig and asked for trial and one of them told us to select any of three and can select then we selected and was trying the wig and they were making faces and kept telling u can try only three yes we know that why kept telling they just wanted us to leave the store they also told us to put it back by ourself the only thing we just observed that cause we are indian that’s why got irritated and made faces

Had an amazing experience, food is fresh and very tasty, portions are great. Location is only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

SOOO RUDE! I came today (Sunday, March 6th, 2022) at 4: 15 PM. They close at 5pm. I go towards the back as I wanted to get a wig for my girlfriend and needed just help to see a certain wig. When I asked the staff at the back. Only 1 of 3 decided to help me. The man with dreads was very helpful. But the other two women refused to help me at all because it is closing time. The store CLOSES AT 5PM, IT IS 4: 15! Then why is the store open. Like why be rude and work in customer service. The two ladies in the wig section just kept talking the whole time to each other and when I asked for helped the claimed the were cleaning up when clearly they were not. Shame on you ladies!

I went to this location to buy a nice wig piece for my mom and all I got was bad customer service. The moment I asked one of the sales associates for help she turned around and looked at me annoyed. My mother enquired about trying the wig on and the associate said as per policy we are not allowed to and it would be final sale. She was very passive aggressive and her body language was poor. Yet, there was a sign that said we can try the wigs on provided that an associate will give us a new wig cap. I asked her about the sign and she said “I already told you, you are not allowed to try on the wigs and that sign was before covid”
1. CloreBeauty, why do you have a misleading sign that was supposed to be removed 16 months ago
2. Are customers not allowed to try on wigs forever and it’s final sale? How is this beneficial to your customers? A transaction with a huge price tag should be a win-win between merchant and customer, not win-lose. You should perhaps clean and sanitize the wigs. I mentioned this to the store manager and he seemed bored when I spoke to him.
