The hair I brought from this place was absolutely awful, it was tangled and matted after two days I ended up taking it out after a week, what a waste of time and money.

Today was the last day I support these people. I was spending a lot at this store and the next because I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Plus, they have everything black owned stores don’t have and I can never get everything I need all in one at a black owned store. Any recommendations for a black owned beauty supplies with literally all the products let me know.

Same item online is literally double the price in-store. When I asked why, the rude cashier replies, “inflation”.

These type of stores just capitalize on black people. I am sure these saleswomen make minimum wage and all the profits are going to the Korean/Asian owners. Support Love Beauty Supplies down the road which is black owned and operated.

I love the selection of Black hair products! It's the only store that carries the Aunt Jackie hair product line I love!

Bad experience with the salon. The lady had my family waiting for over 4 hours after given us an appointment to be there. We kept to the time and she didn't as she told us she was on lunch when we got there. We waited for her to finish, only for her to start another person's hair and said to us we are rushing her and we can always leave if we can't wait. Seriously! She has no manners whatsoever.no business ethics at all.

Place is spacious, bright and clean, huge choice of skin care, hair treatment, wigs and hair attachments. Prices good compared to quality. My sister from LA went there and was happy get her stuff before departure.

It was my first time at the store, and I love the variety they have in the store. Braids, crochet, make up products, weaves etc. The things are easy to find with a nice layout.

I had to return some products, and the customer representative was really good about that. They only do store credit but the process was good

This is a great location. So big, great use of space. You can literally find everything in here! I Shop here often. The store is always clean and organized. They don't blare music like other stores. The staff is phenomenal my favorite is Candice. She's so sweet. I buy all my hair products and hair supplies here. During lockdown they had a seamless process for purchasing products but now I have returned to in Store shopping. Owners are very kind as well

One of the few places that I can go and be sure to get the product that I'm looking for. Whether it's for my hair or skin, I always find what I am looking for.

Yesterday my partner and I visited this location and the gentleman at the front door fulfilling the orders CLOSED THE SLIDING DOORS ON MY PARTNERS FOOT following his frustration when we exceeded their product purchase capacity (MAXIMUM 3 Items). This intentional action resulting in injury. His manager did nothing but defend him (the assault is indefensible) and therefore not remedied correctly. They have poor customer service and even poorer management. This incident is not only on camera but will be reported through the proper channels once their head office is open (the management “seong Lee” gave us the wrong number to their head office to top it all off). They treat people horribly at this location. Do not spend your money here.

Customer service is good. Great Social Distancing protocols. Great selection of hair, body and make-up supplies. Good experience as always when I make the trek to the store.

Went to this location today to purchase a wig, have been purchasing there for at least 4 years no one ever follow me, I ask the Chinese guy if I need help I will call him.he kept following me around, I will never shop there along with my family's i take my business elsewhere

The worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been calling for about an hour and nobody has picked up. I’ve been waiting 2.5 hours for a confirmation email for my curb side pickup. I get it’s a pandemic but is nobody available for an hour?

This place has changed.the staff members are rude.only one girl helped me, she was wearing a bright long red wig.she was busy but still stopped to help. All the other three girls, when asked for help flat out said they're busy? Horrible service other location at Warden and Eglinton is much better. Cause if the girl who helped me they will get 1 extra star

Extremely ignorant I called in to get a price for some dark Brown clip in hair extensions she told me the price i then said thank you and a pack was over 200$! I then said OK thank you and the lady hung up on me! Will never come to this location and its sad cause I do shop in these places alot! Your loss.

I love the variety that the store offers. There is always someone available to ask advice. The layout of the store is so despite covid it is not confusing on what you need to do. I have never had to go hunting for someone to ask a question and the customer service is so amazing.truly a pleasure visiting this store.

You must order online before coming to the place and you can get your stock after get a confirmation email. They called my phone and said it was out of stock and they tried to find a similar product for me and sent me a picture of the product and asked to make sure it was the same as the product you were looking for. However, it was not the product I was looking for, so I canceled the order. But I'm so grateful that they worked for me. Thank you for helping me.

Huge selection of brands available, easy to find a wide variety of products for every hair type and need. I was surprised and really appreciated that this store carries my favourite curly hair brand Taaliah Waajid, which is very difficult to get ahold of nowadays. They also carry Olaplex products at a great price.

Found what I was looking for. I'm not certain they sanitizer the carts tho. I was asked to put mine right back where I hot it from, with all of the other clean carts.

Staff not wearing mask while doing cash absolutely horrible no manager on site just a bunch of teenagers gossiping and socializing.stay away from this location until covid is resolved don't put your life at risk for some Hair supplies. I will be shopping on line from here on in.

Im appalled after all these years of supporting clore, growing on the the products and spending probably thousands of dollars I decide to purchase a product my sister had gotten as a gift which is the mane choice edge tamer that she swears by as her holy grail. I purchase the product try it out to find that the product wasn’t doing exactly what my sister was raving about come to find out I purchase a fake product from clore at Markham and sheppard in Scarborough. The product my sister purchased was the real deal once u open the container the product was a light purple that u could not see through, however the product I purchased at Markham and sheppard in Scarborough not light purple it was in fact clear and I could see right through it straight to my fingers at the bottom of the container as you can see in the picture that I have attached as proof. Both containers say the exact same thing benefits and all but the one I got from clore at Markham and sheppard in Scarborough was a complete fake.the person who gave my sister edge tamer had told my sister they purchased it online from Walmart. Never ever ever ever ever ever Eva Eva Eva Eva will I Support Clore ever again y’all are done son I’m out peace n love

Received helpful service from one of the sales associate when I was looking for a particular hair product.

Reading all the reviews and there has been constant complaints about bad customer service and they are all true. So going back 3 yrs off complaints and to present I don’t understand why nothing has been done about it. I haven’t been lately but I just told my niece about it b3cause she has just gone through chemo and is looking for a wig. I truly hope she receives better customer service than I have and from what most people on here have experienced. They do have a large selection of products so if you don’t care how you are treated by all means go there. But they make you feel like helping you is an inconvenience.

Expensive but a black girl's go-to store. They have everything you need. This is why I always go back.

They are very friendly and help me get what i need for my hair type. This is the place to go because their stuff is inexpensive but there are some stuff that are a little expensive but it is worth is.love the place

You'd find almost any and every beauty supply you need. From extensions to face masks. You have to wear a mask before you can come in, which is the current norm and is totally fine. There are hand sanitizers at the door and disposable masks in case you forgot yours.
The products are also reasonably priced.

Not always the best service, tend to be unfriendly, but i always find exactly what i'm looking for. Such good variety of affordable products.

I had to buy a lot of stuff in order to colour my hair the way I wanted it, so I needed bleaching supplies.everyone in the store was super helpful if they didn't know they would send me to someone who did know! I love you guys for your knowledge and your positivity and your smiles!

This store got everything possible product and that’s so amazing. The only thing is is that one time I went they charged me with double an item even though I only bought one. Besides that great place, very friendly workers.

I love their products but the shipping price is way too expensive. I have shopped online a few times and I am always left feeling taken advantage of. Can't see the justification. When I buy products in the USA, I am never charged that much for shipping. I am currently out of my favourite hair product and I have been on their website 3 times to buy my products. However, each time I am about to check out and I see the shipping cost I just feel like a robbery is about to take place and I am the victim. Wrong I tell you just wrong. $12+ to ship for a location 20 mins away? Have a conscience!

My daughter and I spent over $500 between the two of us and was sold bad hair for weaving with closure. My hair burnt up when tried to colour it and it shed terrible! This hair was recommend by the sales associates! Never will I ever go back to this store!

Bought nigerian black soap here which is really good and medicinal. Helps me clear the rashes on my skin after spending so much money on useless expensive creams recommended by dermatologist and doctors

This location is well stocked, however the staff need to advise clients/people of their exchange/refund policy while shopping, and also if their items are not refundable they should advise clients/people before they get to the cash out. Once the clients/people agree to buying the receipt should be stamped final sale. It is not customer friendly when you return an item all to be told look up theirs our police above. Who ever looks up. I had a very bad experience at this store. Talk about bad attitude from the cashiers.

I really this location, most products are available here. The best part is really helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I went to this location on Dec 29th 2019. I was looking for ponytail extensions and had to look for help as it is my first time buying hair extensions. They have many hair extensions so it is easy for someone whose never purchased hair before to be easily overwhelmed as I was. The store was not crowded at all, hardly anyone in there, so you'd think I'd get excellent customer service. Wrong. I saw two employees talking to each other in the aisle and asked them wear the ponytail extensions are and they just looked annoyed that I was there and pointed in the direction of where they were, obviously could not be bothered taking me there themselves. Anyway, I see the ponytail and there are many, and I had questions about the synthetic hair. I've never worn extensions so I wanted to ask about how much they tangled and how long the hair lasts. I felt like I was bothering two workers who were just talking to each other, clearly busy, so I asked a Asian girl working there to help me. I asked her about the ponytail and she took me to them. I also asked her if she's worn them before how are they do they tangle easily etc. She could not answer my questions because she's never worn them before, so she got the same girl I asked originally to come answer my questions. I proceeded to asked the same questions I asked the Asian girl, and asked the girl how are the extensions have she worn them before. She answered rudely that "do you think I wear fake ponytail with this hair? ". She had her hair in little long braids, which was fine, I was asking if she's ever worn a ponytail extension in her life and what was her experience with them that's all. I did not realized she's never changed her hairstyle ever according to her answer. I was taken aback and just asked how long does it last etc. I then asked where are the human hair clip ins and she just pointed and said they're at the back and then walked away. I went to the back and was overwhelmed by the large amount of selection and did not really know what I was looking at. I left the store because of the horrible customer service experience. Normally, employees walk customers to the isle and ask if they have any questions which I did, and help explain the difference between the hair and what would work best for beginners etc. I've been in this store before briefly, not for hair but for products, and have seen employees talking to customers about the hair quality and such, so I do not know why I was treated so differently. I also do not know why no one could help me considering the store was empty and they weren't doing anything but talking to each other.
The girls who worked Sunday Dec 29th around 4pm have zero customer service experience and make you feel unwelcomed in the store. I will never go back to this store and will purchase my extensions online from now on.

Wigs are over priced so I purchase elsewhere but there is a large selection of other goods for hair and skin that's very reasonably priced.

This place has everything you need and more! They have awesome sales, I always check the flyer online. However half of their staff are ghetto and rude. Theres is one cashier that nearly started arguing with me over the points card because she didnt ask me prior to me paying, and said she didnt know to redeem them or had anyone in the store to do so. The owner then came from the back and did it for me, ridiculous service.

I've been to several black hair stores in T. O & this one has the best variety of products. There is also always an abundance of staff.

They usually have a nice array of quality and stylish wigs. You also have the option to sign up for their discount card and get points.

The braiding hair is getting more and more expensive, and the establishment is hiring floor staff that have no knowledge on the inventory. I asked two employees for help locating braiding hair on clearance. One said she couldn't help me and the other just brought me to the weaves. Word of advice: if you're going to have someone on the floor interacting with customers, please let it be someone who knows what they're talking about.

Nice, clean store, I think all beauty stores are relatively the same, the prices are generally the same, best place for hair products, especially for minorities, so your gels, leave in co conditioners, there's makeup, hair products, skin product, hair extensions, wigs. There is something there for everyone.

I have been going and getting my hair done for 5years at the salon. I absolutely love the hair stylist Natasha and Gloria who always make sure that I look fabulous on my way out. They are very knowledgeable and should be commended for they professionalism and styling advice. No one has ever be able to make my hair grow so fast and healthy looking than the two main stylist mentioned above.
The salon is clean and very well equipped.
Salon stylist are always there to help with styling questions however, I believe this should be left to the «  beauty advisors on the store side » to show the various types of products as it can get quite busy in the salon and let’s face it, it really is not the hair stylish duty to be walking clients through the aisles when the beauty advisors should be the ones doing so.
Overall best beauty salon I have ever been too ️Thank you Natasha, Gloria and Sue
