Sara and Closets by Design delivered on what I wanted! My TV unit was a custom design and they were able to create it to my specifications. Installation was a breeze. Mardo was super nice, patient and clean.

I am not surprised, since the professionalism of this company's employees was evident right from the start, with Ms. Abby's visit to my home for the purpose of design and cost estimate.

The consultation process was quick and easy. When installation came the wrong parts were brought and a second trip was requried. After the second installation trip the final product was not the greatest quality. The finishes were not up to my standards giving a poor finish.

Closets by design has since reached out and provided a solution. I was impressed by their commitment to their quality of their product and professionalism.

I highly recommend Closets by Design. They were helpful, professional, courteous and accommodating from the sales advisor (Sarah) to the installers. They waited for months for our new build to be completed before coming out to measure to the installation date. Their installers worked 2 hard days straight to get all 4 closets completed. Very responsive!

The designer Georgia, was friendly, efficient and accurate in designing and measuring the closest - she’s the best! Install day was a breeze, in and out with no mess left behind. We were so happy with our master closet we set up an appointment to do the rest of the closets in our home. Highly recommend!

Closets by Design was AMAZING from start to finish! Worked with my budget, created a beautiful product, and installed beautifully!

We hired Closets by design to install our custom closet. We had a large space in which ikea and other closets were just not big enough to utilize the space efficiently. We had a design rep, Rasha, come to our home, take measurements, and show us samples of the material. After discussing the design we booked the same day as they offered a discount. The installation service team was very polite and efficient. The closet was installed in a few hours, the parts came pre cut and sized, no mess was left in the house.my only concern was with a few damaged drawers, however i called the company and they rectified the situation with replacement pieces.

Right from the first consultation, our experience with Closets by Design was fantastic. They helped walk us through options that fit our space and budget, and were able to install closets in two bedrooms with very fast turn around. The installer was very nice, clean, and super efficient and finished the installation of both in one day. The quality of the closets is amazing, both in the actual products and hardware as well as the workmanship of the install - lines are clean and plumb, and trim was installed perfectly making the closets look like they were always there, negotiating the semi-sloping floors we have in one room in our older home really well. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience and finished product. Closets by Design came highly recommended and we will do the same! Thank you!

Closets by Design were great to work with from start to finish. From sales/design to final installation, they were professional, efficient, and professional. We made a few changes post purchase and CBD accommodated these with no problems. On the day of installation our installer arrived promptly and all three closets and cabinets were installed quickly, efficiently and he was so tidy! We love our new closets and highly recommend Closets by Design!

I had previously had a difficult experience with this company lasting a couple months and wrote a bad review. I had 3 closets installed and was unhappy with 2 of them. Within a couple of hours of posting the review I was contacted by the owner of the company personally. I explained my issues and he came to my home on the same day to assess the situation. We decided on a solution that I was happy with and installers were there the following week to execute it. The owner called me after the installers had left to make sure I was happy. I was credited a bit for inconvenience which I really appreciated. I think the way he solved my issues deserves a change of review to 5 star- he coulda just ignored my original review but he turned it into an opportunity to make it right. Thank you:)

Wow! I’m so impressed! From contact to consult to installation. Brilliant. I was advised honestly for 2 reach in closets. The installation was timely, smooth and clean. Unbelievable space for clothing and footwear. Every space is used efficiently. I did not get another quote. I had a gut feeling I didn’t have to. I need to buy more shoes.

I requested a consultation, I was told due to my location, a virtual meeting would come first. No one contacted me for over a week. Very unprofessional.

Quality definitely not worth the price. Don't bother! Installers were efficient but miscommunication about baseboards that needed to be removed that were clearly there when designer came. Other closet baseboards weren't there when designer came and painfully had to be removed on install day.

I had two closets designed and installed by Closets by Design and I couldn't be happier about my new closets! I had the pleasure of dealing with their rep Sara Tafazoli - she was amazing! It took her no time at all to provide me with a proposed drawing of the two closets - one of which was a challenge because of the height. She made fantastic suggestions to improve the closets and stay within my budget. She was pleasant, professional and very responsive when I had questions. Throughout the entire design process, it was always discussed that I needed a filing cabinet/drawer. The designer's notes and cost breakdown were unorganized and hard to follow. At the end when the unit was installed there was no filing cabinet. When I questioned the designer he basically said I have changed my mind too many times and he misunderstood. The filing cabinet was never off the table, he was just unorganized.
It is too bad that I spent a considerable amount of money to end up with the incorrect design.
