I have been a customer for years and years at Clothes Encounters. Monique welcomes every client that comes through the door. She has always been flexible and accommodated any special requests I had. I always feel at home when I am in the shop. I have purchased items and sold items on consignment. Monique prices items fairly, and works hard to insure they sell.

This store has amazing stuff, from designers and colours. I never left empty handed. Owner is great person to deal with and she has always awesome window displays. I wish I leave closer now because I would be in the store every week to getting new treasures. Highly recommend!

Not a cheapy thrift store if that's what you're looking for- if you're looking for quality, designer items or something you won't find at the mall you will love this place! Gucci, prada, LV so many fun items at amazing prices! I only buy designer on consignment its so fun, addictive and supporting a local business always feels good!

This is cute little shop but it seems pricey for vintage/consignment ($60-70 for a standard (not designer) vintage wool skirt?). It's a little hard to navigate as the space is quite tight as well. I totally understand that businesses need to make a profit, but at that price I think the curation should be better and the store more organized.
