The only place so far that says walk in and allows walk ins and has doctors working. Amazing experience here from the doctors to front desk to the pharmacy. I got my issues treated right away. Highly recommend.

The clinic is usually super busy especially on Fridays but all staff are very efficient and organized. I’ve been seeing DR Hussain before I could find a family doctor and he helped us a lot during my first trimester of pregnancy. Thank you cloud care clinic staff!

With Dr. Gupta’s treatment plan I no longer require a walker to assist me. He is amazing and a great pain dr. HSL

The staff is professional and the doctors are knowledgeable. Make an appointment if you can.

Speaking as an occasional walk-in patient - have always had a great experience at this clinic. Competent, thorough doctors. By that I mean, *outstanding* in comparison to many I’ve seen. Dotting every I and t when it comes to assessment and bloodwork - I wish my GP were as careful. They also do hands-on skin stuff. Five stars for the quality of care provided. Office staff are pleasant. Maybe an email or two got missed or delayed, I mean, whatever. If it were that time critical I’d go to the ER.

The clinic is definitely a bit dated and run down inside. Hard to blame them as who knows what the funding situation is. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

It's been over a year now, I have become their permanent patient.

Dr. Shabbir Hussain is my physician, who is an extraordinary healer. His unique method of diagnosis is remarkable. He is very attentive, warmhearted, never in a hurry, but reaches to conclusion immediately.

Their clinical staff is also very professional Lyca, Sree and Gee are very accommodating.

Got stitches removed here, super short wait even though I just walked in no appointment and super nice and professional receptionists and doctor.

Very convenient location it's near the subway and public parking. Very good doctors. This clinic accepts walk Ins and by appointment the waiting time is fine.employees were kind and nice

I don’t even wanna give one star, the doctor isn’t professional, or helpful. I booked a week prior, and it’s canceled a day before due to the doctor’s convenient. I wanted to book even before since I have symptoms but I waited a week, and they even said I have to wait another week. They even didn’t apology. The receptionist put me on hold on the phone for like 10-15min to just check the schedule. I said I got a day off for it and it’s not nice to cancel in a last minute and she said they canceled a day before which means it’s not a last minute. But Mostly clinics don’t take appointments a day before so I didn’t get to make an appointment in other clinic. They don’t take me as human I feel.

It is such a hassle to book an appointment here. After multiple emails and call backs I got a phone appointment which was canceled last minute (1hr before appt).

This medical team is outstanding. Their service is the best. They get a bad wrap from people who do not understand how to properly use GP services. I want to commend them for what they do. I would have been in some serious medical trouble if it wasn't for them. THANK YOU, CLOUD CARE CLINIC!

In a past I had a good experience in this clinic but today a new physician Shabir Husain, was absolutely awful. Very poor customer service and aggressive behaviour.

Terrible. No one there to answer your call. Booked a request for my family doctor to contact me and no one reached out to me. I have contacted them several times in the last months and nothing.

Booking an appointment is such a hassle at this clinic. I have been coming here for almost 4 years and it's getting worse every year. I guess they don't want to see the patients anymore. That's how free health care looks like.

I've been trying to contact the clinic for 3 weeks now (their website booking system, email, and phone) - no answer.
I urgently need to update my prescription and I have no way of contacting my doctor, Dr. Jessica Yu! I also need to consult on a health issue that is gradually getting worse, and I can't!
What kind of medical care is it? Absolutely atrocious.

I usually have a very nice experience with this clinic, they became my number one in walk-ins but Dr. Cheema is one of the worst doctors that I have encountered. From waiting almost 1 hour to be rushed into the appointment, definitely not a good experience.

When I needed a new doctor I checked out this place as it was convenient to drop in before or after work. I've been very happy with Dr. Hussain and the staff in the past ten years. Have not had occasion to use their rehab services yet but may down the road as needed.

This place has the best pharmacist, Fast and efficient just how I like it, especially when I’m on a time crunch!

As a patient you deserve proper care, and these doctors don't value you as a patient. They still recieve payment from OHIP whether or not they treat you well, and unfortunately they don't! I have had several subpar experiences here over the years. There were two major mistakes with my children over the years, and I quickly ensured I found them a qualified pediatrician. Sadly, I didn't find a new doctor for msyelf, as it isn't easy to find a top family doctor in Toronto that is actually taking patients. In my most recent experience, I attempted to book an appointment with my doctor, and to my surprise, they are no longer at the clinic. The admin booked me with another physician. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I stepped away from my phone and missed their call. No one answered when I called back, and no one replied to my emails. Three days later, I attempted to contact them again and once again, I waited by the phone for 2.5 hrs and this time never received a call at all. I ran out of my perscription meds that I have taken for years (their records show that) and they refused to refill my perscription without speaking to me. They don't get paid if they don't talk to you, yet no one could be bothered to call me. If you care about your health, find a clinic that will care too!

The secretary is the rudest & most incompidant person. Ive asked for Dr Gupta to call me about 6 times!

Dr Alinson is the best Doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of Doctors very professional and caring, knowledgeable highly recommended and very nice and friendly staff.

It is unacceptable that what they do the secretaries, the girls disk front (they have the attitude.my daughter is 1 year old, she does not want to give me the appointment, because the number of her health insurance card is new. I have to pay, without Tcheker an information, she has a response. I am disappointed.of service that she gives, they are very stupid.

Kept me waiting for 4 hours for a consult, need to manage time better. Appointment was handled well once they found the time to call.

This place is very bad with maintaining appointments. Never had a call or was able to meet the doctor at the appointment time. Takes minimum 30+ minutes than your alloted time. The doctors here are good though. But just tired of the waiting time. Why do they schedule appointments if they are always running late.

I was supposed to have an appointment, I was told the doctor was running late (after 45 min). Can understand 10 or 15 min behind but 45 min can not reasonably be said you are running late. This is the same clinic that in the past has told me I lost my appointment becausr I walked in 10 min late. Front desk staff are always rude.

Since covid their phone runs on a loop and you can't get through. They have failed to email me requisition forms. This place is a disaster

Update: my appointment was at 11: 45 and doctor called at 4 with an expectation that I was free and waiting for the call for 4+ hrs. What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment?

Enthusiastic staff and doctors. Dr. Kunal Bakshi is very calm and composed and listens to the patient's concern very carefully.

One of the best walk in experiences I have had in Ontario! They were efficient, great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed

Started well. Quick service. Then, after they charged my insurer, they stopped responding to my emails asking for my test results. I never received my blood test results from them.

Moreover, the doctor added STD tests to my blood test requisition, which I didn't need. He didn't even mention this when we spoke. In hindsight, I should have read the requisition more carefully it, but I also expect the doctor to tell me.

Be warned people! This place is absolutely brutal. They dont know what they are talking about. The Dr.is not trustworthy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

This clinic is poorly run.
The front desk staff are rude but worse than that the system they have in place for following up is shameful - they don't phone you with test results, and their lack of organization when it comes to phone consultations (because of Covid restrictions) has left me waiting for hours without even getting a call, on multiple occasions.
The male doctors have little interest in Women's health issues, I discussed serious concerns and what was written in my notes (that I saw in a subsequent appointment) was "issues with period". And again, no follow up, no referral as promised. Their quality of care is disgraceful.

Quick appointment available within a week, helpful staff and good doctors who are friendly. However, space is small

Friendly receptionist and doctor! Although doctor was checked over the phone because of Covid19, he patiently listened to me about symptoms for an accurate diagnosis. After I went back to clinic and got simple checkup to send lab.

Overall, I had a good experience.

Really good employees, we need a doctor note for the blood test and they say they are fully booked on Saturday. If we miss this doctor note we’ll miss the test and consequently we can not tie the flight (other clinics are all closing). The employees understood our situation and agreed provide a doctor approval right away! Great people and nice doctors!

I called to make an appointment for a displaced hip and the receptionist answered and said so quickly “can you please hold, thank you! ” Before i could say anything back i was on hold, and then i was left on hold for 5 minutes before he hung up on me. So disrespectful don’t bother going here.

I GOT MY BLOOD TESTED HERE AND THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. First, front desk people just give you judgy looks and attitude from the jump. Second, they messed up my test so they asked me to go to a different lab (after already poking several needles to my arm btw). Also, they were closing so they probably wanted to make it quick and not deal with anyone during the hour. So, I visited a different location which got the test done in 2 seconds. The only things I got from this very unwelcoming place is a bruised arm and a doctor that tells me the obvious lol. Will never visit here again.

I have been here over a handful of times. My medical records clearly state that I highly am allergic to ASA. However, they prescribed meds with ASA.upon filling the prescription, I asked the pharmacist to be sure and they canceled the prescription. There was no apology.

I've been to this location several times - have always found the doctors to be kind and thorough and staff to be compassionate but efficient. Long wait times for walk-in are to be expected, I try to come in around 8-9AM if I'm not physically able to sit for a long period of time (I have frequent UTIs). I work in healthcare as well and notice that there is great communication between the staff and doctors.

Moved and called half year ago to have my family doctor enrollment cancelled. Found out today I am still enrolled till today.

The worst unprofessional receptionist ever!

I just need to book Ultrasound for my 12 weeks pregnant! I have been asking them to send referral to the ultrasound when I was pregnant in week 5! But until my week 9. I still cannot book my appointment because either the form missing or unclear label. So, I went there to get the forms by myself and drop in off by myself. When I got the form. I am not surprise why the Ultrasound place said the forms are not clear. It’s half almost white.

When I was talking with the receptionist, she said that’s the most clear one she could do it. She asked me to come back another time to ask my family doctor to give me another one. However, in my 5 days off, I am calling them to do the things for 3 days. I went to the clinic for 2 times It’s just a simple forms. Why they couldn’t do it properly?

I got angry honestly. I really think if they cannot do their job, please quit! Don’t waste patients time.

One lady came out from the pharmacy said what a hell to me! Because I did using my loud voice! But anyway, using those words are unprofessional! They need to solve the problem not been rude or ignore the patients. We all have jobs, how many days we can keep taking off to help them to do their jobs? It’s just simple fax! They even cannot do it! If you are me. What will you do?

In the end, I threw the half unclear form back to her because she can keep the garbage! It’s useless for me! And I am not regret!

Had a great experience here getting a walk in check up then my prescriptions from the pharmacy here. My doctor was really kind and helpful. The doctor at the pharmacy was also super helpful and kind. Overall recommend this place to people will small, slightly urgent medical needs.

Very disappointed with my experience. The doctor had provided incorrect antibiotics for a bacterial infection, which due to a delay in getting the correct medication, my infection grew into pneumonia. I had to visit another doctor and was even requested to get an x-ray done due to their concern. I also noticed that this clinic likes to up-sell you on products that are not covered by insurance. Twice they had tried to upsell me on a gargling solution for my throat.

No way to make appointments. I’ve been calling them for the last 2 days, always goes to voicemail and nobody call me back even I left message in their voicemail.

The incompetent lady at the front told me to leave and book back and then wouldn’t let me book back. I had a serious issue, I came at 7: 45 and they told me “come back in the morning, we were done at 7” EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEIR OFFICE HOURS ARE 8-8. Now I need to go to emerg bc the very lady wouldn’t let me get a prx that I’ve taken numerous times:) Way to care for your patients.

I tried going to the clinic one hour before closing on the weekend. Bad idea. They usually have a long wait during that time. I went on a weekday before noon and the wait was nothing. I forgot the name of the doctor but he was really nice and I got my ear unclogged by him. Got my hearing back, thanks Doc!

This clinic has amazing doctors, especially Doctor Shabbir. However they have the absolute WORST receptionist and front desk workers. They are rude, arrogant and they do not listen to you. If you call them, they will pick up and constantly put you on hold even though you are in mid sentence asking to book an appointment. I was literally put on hold 7 times (for a total of 23 minutes) and then hung up on while trying to book an appointment to meet doctor shabbir. When I was finally able to request an appointment with doctor shabbir they told me that he doesn't do appointments and to just walk in, then proceeded to hang up on me!
I know for a fact that doctor shabbir does appointments as I have been going to him for the last 4 years!

If you think walking to the clinic and speaking to them would be easier, its NOT! If you go up to the desk to speak to them, they tell you to wait one moment, and then gossip in tagalog about filipino movie stars or about the appearance of the patients. Stating in tagalog things like how one of the patients stink etc etc. I am also filipino so I understand what they are saying when they are talking to each other.

The only reason I continue to go to this clinic is because of the amazing care given by the various doctors specifically doctor shabbir! This clinic REALLY needs to improve their front desk/receptionist customer service.

I wouldn't' be surprise that since I am posting this negative review that the next time I come to see the doctor or book an appointment they will treat me even worse.

However this MUST be said so that the managers can help improve this clinic.

Please note that this review is for the downstairs medical clinic and not the upstairs paramedica clinic (Chiro, naturopath etc etc). The upstairs clinic is amazing. The receptionist are kind, helpful, and an absolute delight. I also recommend Frank (the chiro) he has really helped me with my various back issues.

Wait time was very short 15 minutes (on a Wednesday at 8: 00) and very good evaluation and treatment of cut I got.

I’ve been going here since my undergrad and I’m now in grad school, give or take 4-5 years now. The quality of this place has gone down tremendously!

Their wait times keep getting longer and longer because they have less and less doctors available at the clinic. Doctors keep changing.just let me see Dr. Hussein! (My original physician who was amazing).

I had to leave halfway into waiting because I couldn’t miss work. I was there for an infection on my leg that is in severe pain but of course there are no seats available to sit in!

Like most of the reviews, the receptionists are SO RUDE! They need to fire ALL of the front desk nurses because none of them are competent.

This is probably the best walk-in clinic I've been to. The physician is nice and patient. Came here around 12pm on a weekday and literally no wait. But as I walked out, around 12: 20pm, there started to form a line-up. So I guess early lunchtime is the best time for walking in.

I sent an appointment request with one of their physicians, through their web portal but got no response from them regarding appointment confirmation, it seems like they do not at all care about their patients and their medical needs. I’m very much disappointed with them.

They are a welcoming group of doctors and staff who will help you until you get to the root cause of that problem and fully recover. They believe in leaving no stone unturned when it comes to health. Really helpful. Just take an appointment and you won't have to wait in any long queue, cz sometimes it's busy.

The level of sheer incompetence in this clinic is astounding. I am a physician myself, and came in for my yearly TB test. The 'Doctor' had absolutely no inclination what a positive test looks like, and barely looked at my arm for 1 second.

Avoid this place like the plague.

Awesome doctors. But the front desk play’s favouritism. They allow some people and delay others based on race.

I been to this clinic several times. I had all good experiences in the past. But I had to give a review today. Do not go to Dr. Elancheliyan Ambalavanar. He rushed my services didn’t even ask me a questions. Gave me a prescription and told me I needed a X-ray meanwhile he never explained why. The doctor note I asked for work purposes did not make sense grammar was clearly needed. I asked to re write it and he did not want too. Even though I paid $25.00. I don’t know if he was being rude because i came in at 2: 30 when the clinic closes at 3am. This clinic needs to know that doctors like him makes patients go else where.

The wait time is quite reasonable for a work day noon time. I waited for just 10 minutes because there are 4 doctors on duty. The doctor answered my question clearly and patiently. I'm very happy to have a good walk-in near my office.

Dr. Elinson has been nothing but incredibly attentive and supportive. I'm suffering from chronic pain in various locales, and the treatment I've received and am receiving at Cloud Care has been top notch. Could not recommend Dr. Elinson enough!

Phillipino girl at the front desk is very rude. They charge extortionate rates for doctors notes. Nice to see a clinic gouging sick people for cash. Disgusting.

Nice staff. Sometimes busy if you're walking in, but usually not too much of a wait if you make an appointment.

Had to wait 1.5 hours for a walk in because receptionist staff forgot to put my name down on the wait list.
