We had a great time, great service.great place to watch UFC matches. Lot of screens.it never wrong to try a lounge and bar more than once.

Had the Christmas party here. Was an excellent choice. Will definitely do some more visits.

Very cool bar and grill, almost like a local Boston Pizza. We had the company Christmas party here and the next day we were all trading stories about how good our entrees were. Also got the appetizer platter for the table and it was hot with plenty for everyone.

One of the dinner guests is a Spinach Dip Afficianado and the dip here was so good he declared it the best in Durham Region and mixed a half dozen tablespoons into his coffee.

The coleslaw is excellent as well. Not too heavy on the mayonnaise and very crunchy.

Incredible variety availible on the menu, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also got our food quickly and it was hot and well presented. Bathrooms clean, massive drink selection, great location and plenty of parking.

Note to Ownership - you gotta get a spicier wing sauce in here. Had the hottest option and it was about 50% as hot as I was hoping.

Visited on a Wednesday night and it was nice and quiet for what we wanted that night. Local pub grub with friendly staff.

What we really love…the main cane with fries and a salad, and the salad is a good size and quality. So you can be good and bad at the same time! No ordering a separate salad, or negotiating to substitute your fries with half a salad. Nice touch.

My experience at Cloud Nine Bar & Grill was delightful! The food truly lived up to the name - it was heavenly. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service deserves a round of applause too; it was impressively quick without feeling rushed. It's worth noting how the music and atmosphere combined to create a cozy and inviting ambiance. It's the kind of place that sets the tone for a perfect evening out, whether for a casual dinner or a special occasion. While it was a bit noisy at times, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Solid 4 stars – I’ll definitely be returning!

I was curious about this place. Lived in Ajax all my life so I thought I’d check it out. Just went for a couple drinks. The staff treated me well and Aj the manager did too nice guy. Very cozy atmosphere maybe try the food next time. Thanks for making me feel good and sorry about later in the night.

Had ordered calamari and ceaser salad with chicken
Calamari was decent but the bowl is half lettuce. Salad was great except for my chicken. It was super dry, all the manager could convey is that the chicken is grilled, that is why it's super dry. That's no excuse, when you are cooking chicken especially after grilling it, put it on a plate and cover it with a microwave lid or loosely wrap it in foil to let the juices back into it. Never press down on the chicken when cooking it, that squeezes all the tasty juices out.
They gave me a discount to make it right. Food is good, just needs some minor adjustments

Was back recently. My dessert was small for being almost 8 dollars, my drink was 60% ice. It looks like they put the ice tray in my drink.

Amazing food and service every time I come to Cloud Nine. They have a wide variety of delicious food as well as daily specials at an affordable price. All the waitresses provide exceptional service and always ensure you have everything you need. To top it all off, they have karaoke every Tuesday and Friday night which always makes for a fun evening! Love it here and will definitely keep coming back

Went here on a whim and wasn't disappointed! I had the chicken souvlaki and my daughter had the butternut squash ravioli. Both were great & we will be back!

It was our first time here. The food was wonderful- juicy burger, lovely lamb shank, excellent salads, beautiful bruschetta. The service was TERRIBLE. And it wasn't a busy night, so there was no excuse for it. Slim young man took my partner's order and left without taking mine (I wasn't ready to order yet), and it was brought to our table long before mine, so he was eating before I even got my salad. After we had finished, our empty plates sat neglected on our table for so long we had to put them on the table next to us to get them out of our sight. Our water glasses weren't refilled, and no dessert order was even asked for. So we saved money on no dessert. But when we asked for the check? He was back to us quick as a flash with THAT, which I correctly predicted would happen. It's like we didn't exist until payment time. This young guy needs some training in what's most important (a satisfied customer) and how to be a good server. On top of that, the washroom had no hand soap, no hand towels, and toilet paper in only the wheelchair stall. Disgusting. Management needs to monitor and refill these things on an hourly basis, or face health inspection violations. The best thing about this place was the FANTASTIC live band, "96k". WONDERFUL band-so talented and fun! Definitely worth the trip. The band and the food were SUPER. The other things-improvement needed!

Great selection and foods, especially for people like me that have dietary needs, love the outdoor patio and the heaters, the space is big enough to host, big gatherings, and the staff in Management are fabulous

Fantastic fish tacos. Good wings; wings come with fries. Excellent karaoke sessions held on Tuesdays.
