Cloud Realty has been a pleasure to deal with. Hassan Shokil has been my realtor since I moved from Vancouver nearly 6 years ago. He helped with the purchase of my house in 2020 right when the pandemic was about to take over. He orchestrated what seemed to be the impossible. Put me in touch with the right People at the right time to make sure my mortgage and paper work (lawyer) were done in a timely manner at a time when the world was shutting down.

He didn't treat me as a client. He treated me like family. And like Dom said "Without family, you've got nothing. "

Furthermore, working with me, he had to work in a tight box because I had many requests and requirements. He and his Cloud Team, came though with the house I needed and wanted.

Avoid using Jaber Zreik as an agent. This guy is very arrogant and has no morals. He took so many of his clients to court for not selling their houses. He barely know’s anything about the real estate market and won’t get you any decent offers! This brokerage should get rid of him liablity

Jaber Zreik is the most unethical real estate agent. No wonder he doesn't have any listings because will take you to court if you don't end up by selling your house

First time of my life to post a bad review but the amount of disrespect l feel pushed me to warn everybody not to repeat the same mistake. Totally unprofessional, especially Jaber Zerik he acts very suspiciously. Worst experience ever don't trust

I’ve been in Canada for many years and worked with a few brokerages before. Definitely this one is the worst!

I wouldn’t recommend this brokerage to anyone, especially wouldn’t recommend working with Jaber Zreik! He has no manners and acts very suspiciously! I didn’t trust him and you shouldn’t too! He was using arguments and loopholes, that I’m sure were borderline ilegal in order to convive me to close a deal. When I went to complain with the office, I was treated rudely by the staff. Just HORRIBLE customer service in general!
