We bought our home in the middle of of the pandemic and with haste due to the high demand within the market. In short we had limited time and made some costly decisions when it came to mortgage choices and institutions.

To say Maury & Avi saved us would be a huge understatement! Their level of attention to detail, care and consistency was very refreshing. We were introduced to them and the Clover team though a friend that had very similar sentiments. We met Maury first, who listened to our situation, guaranteed that he had viable solutions and reassured us that everything would work out in the end. He connected us to his business partner Avi his exact words were "Avi is great, he's a direct extension of myself and you'll love him as he's matriculas with his work".

Avi made everything easy. He didn't judge us based on our circumstances, he didn't put us down because of our past decisions, he displayed empathy and humility. He was professional and very clear with his instructions, respecting our time when he did so. He worked around our hours (it's not easy when both parents are working and three kids are back and forth to school and daycare). He outlined goals, possible situations and gave deadlines for us to meet. For people that require the extra hand holding (which we did) it was nice to see in a world where customer service really takes a backseat.

Where to begin! We came upon Clover in a panic after having two terrible experiences with other brokers. We were out of time and in a dire situation, but from our first conversation with Emmanuel we felt reassured. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement, he was empathetic, calm, professional and always so positive even through all our difficulties. Every time we faced a hurdle (and there were many!) he found a reasonable solution. What makes him stand out from others is he actually cares about his clients beyond the transaction, he made sure we would be in a better position then we started out in and helped us make a plan for the future so we keep improving. We can't even begin to thank him enough for everything, he saved our home.

Our friend referred a broker who got us into signing a purchase agreement after exceeding the days for the conditional financing and he stopped responding to our calls and messages. We tried other mortgage brokers and all failed.

We randomly met Tyler online and we started sending all documents.

He responds to Calls and Messages on time and also follows up to ensure things are in good shape. He won't promise you what he can't do, he is so FAITHFUL, very supportive, and exceptional. I feel some brokers still need to learn more from this humble guy.

At roadblocks, he brought invaluable suggestions and was able to even coordinate and communicate properly with everyone (Realtor and Lawyer) involved in the process.

My experience was not the best, several delays, lack of transparency and visibility during the whole process. It took 50+ emails in a 2+ month time span and I still had to take things into my own hands to get the purchase completed. My closing date was also moved several times which really added unecessary stress and cost.
