Very nice venue, great spot for a wedding. Great food, only complaint would have been the amount of bird droppings on the ground (isle the bride walked down) id think that would be cleaner but other than that wonderful spot

I was in one of the smaller reception halls. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was nice. 4 course meal, ate waaaay too much.

Attended for a funeral reception. The facility was clean, and the food was fantastic. The men's lavatory in the Galaxy room area was under repair. A closed sign and alternative facility would have been a benefit. Other than that, well done.

Great venue, great food, and great staff! Highly recommended for events that include dancing under the stars in the Starlight Ballroom.

One of the prestigious and gorgeous venues in st catharines. But I feel it lacks luster such as enhancing extra lighting, ceiling decorations, LCD monitors, surround sound amplifiers, mirrors, digital clocks, count down leisures. Over all I expect more from club Roma. Food was amazing. Drinks not so exciting.

Attended a wedding there. Appetizers were great. Food was good but not hot. Forgot to put out most of the food at midnight, so parents were stuck taking home all that food.

Went to a wedding here and oh my god was it stunning! The staff were so friendly and the location was set up beautifully!

Nice city that they have built Restaurant was very rich in taste, al.ost too rich. Wasn't a fan of the sambucca sauce.

Recently had our wedding in the Garden Pavillion, with Samantha as our coordinator.
Let me tell you how smooth of a process it was. I was expecting to become a bit stressed through the process, as a bride, but Samatha and the team made everything incredibly easy. The venue is stunning, the food was great and it all ran so smoothly!

My son got married there on July 9. This was the third date since 2020 due to covid. They were extremely fair and accommodating. Victoria was very helpful throughout and was available the day of the wedding to assist with any questions or needs. Food was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Great venue!

My sister along with many of my girl friends had their weddings here. It’s a really great place and space to have available in the Niagara region. They allow you to decorate and add all types of modifications that you want. Each time I visit on an occasion, the way the place transforms with each persons decor is incredible. I really appreciate club Roma for being versatile, and the fact that it’s quiet affordable too. Club Roma is most definitely the most affordable wedding halls in the Niagara region and GTA considering how spacious and how GREAT the food is!

We go for soccer. The layout is weird. You have to walk around the restaurant on a specific path regardless of which field your kid plays on, so you don't interrupt weddings. Which makes sense.

They did everything right for my son's wedding. Including having a back-up plan for the rain. The Umbrellas were an awesome touch. I would give five stars over and over.

Pleasantly surprised. They have a small outdoor restaurant. Also fields for sports and 2 fairly new apartment buildings. Great place and people!

Best friend got married here recently. Really beautiful venue. They opted for outdoor due to covid so it was cold at night. Wish their permanent heaters were working, we just had patio style heaters. And the bridal room is quite small. The staff is fast and efficient to serve dinner and they had a hot beverage station. Beautiful grounds as well. There are noise restrictions after 11pm but this didn't effect us, I don't think the noise carries, it's more of a warning that you COULD be asked to turn it down.

I wanted to start by thanking the team at Club Roma for all of the hard work that went in to the set up of our wedding. Our décor and details for placement were extensive, and Monika and the team did an incredible job. It looked truly SO beautiful and the attention to detail was so appreciated.
Club Roma was absolutely amazing to work with - especially through the craziness of covid postponements.
During the planning process Monika was absolutely amazing. The amount of emails, questions, phone calls and the patience she took to answer every single question was so appreciated. Her service and expertise to help us plan our day was 110%. Our wedding didn’t feel like another number, it felt special and unique all thanks to Monika’s help and guidance.
As our guests arrived and throughout the entire evening there were comments about how beautiful the venue was. Guests felt like they were transported to Italy - and coming from my Italian family you know it’s genuine. The lights, the atmosphere, the food and drinks were outstanding. The Aperol spritz at the cocktail hour were a huge hit and just added to the overall beautiful Italian atmosphere. The passed canapés and meal were fantastic. The food was hot, served at an appropriate time, and plentiful! The bar service was awesome - and especially patient with the amount of drinks being ordered in large groups.
The servers were amazing! They did such a great job taking care of our guests. Our server brought my husband and I a bottle of sparkling wine in its own ice bucket for us to have at our seats. She also covered our plates as we got busy during dinner with conversations and photos so that our meal was still warm when we returned to our seats. All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating.
The value for money at Club Roma is exceptional. Our wedding was in the pavilion. The grounds are meticulously upkept, with lots of areas for pictures, and there is ample parking for guests. No need to stress about a rain backup as the venue is completely covered.
Your guests will have a fabulous time, and you will be thrilled that you selected a venue that takes care of every detail for you and provides an all encompassing price for your convenience. Our family and friends left with memories that will last a lifetime and many amazing compliments about our wedding. Thank you so much Monika & the Club Roma team!

Had my wedding at Roma this past weekend. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my (now) husband booked the wedding 1 month out from the date we wanted. I cannot believe how accommodating, professional/kind Roma was throughout the whole process. Sean is amazing, and we had Samantha + Michele as our coordinator and she was truly awesome! Highly highly recommend.the wedding was gorgeous, tons of food and we've gotten endless amounts of positive feedback about the night! I don't have photos yet but heres a couple from the day. It poured all day, but Roma was quick to accommodate plan changes and make the whole night fun and seamless!

I was here for my cousin's wedding and Club Roma did an excellent job with the ceremony which was in their beautiful garden area outside. The reception was in the Starlight room, the ceiling is amazing in there. The MC was pretty awesome too!

Our wedding took place at Club Roma on October 8,2021. Our ceremony was in the Tuscan Garden and our reception was in the Garden Pavilion. This was our 2nd date at Club Roma after having to postpone in May 2021 due to covid. They were very understanding of the postponement and we were not charged any fees for moving the date and our original pricing was honoured which we really appreciated. Our coordinator Michele was very helpful, friendly, and efficient at our tasting, meetings, and on the day of the wedding. The serving staff and night manager on the day of were also great! Club Roma was flexible and helpful in regards to many aspects of the wedding, including outside decor deliveries, setup, and etc. So many guests remarked about how beautiful the space was and how they loved the option to stand out by the fire tables instead of being stuck in a traditional hall. The package was a great value and guests also raved about the food! We would definitely recommend this wedding venue!

Beautiful place. Their gazebo is big and great to have a wedding in. The staff is also very accommodating ensuring their customers are comfortable.

Very nice setting for a wedding! Food was great! Service was great! The large fan in the pavilion was great! It was such a hot day but with lots of shade and that fan it made it not too bad!

This venue was absolutely gorgeous. I recently attended a wedding reception at Club Roma. The garden and outdoor atmosphere was charming, elegant with all the right touches. The indoor/outdoor gazebo was the perfect place to host a reception during the summer. The fire pits along the patio were perfect for the evening.

Great food. Servers are very knowledgeable and know there stuff. Wonderful surroundings with a garden you can walk through. This is a must try!

This place is a one of a kind, one stop shop for everything wedding. They've made our wedding planning the most enjoyable experience and easier than I could have ever imagined. Absolutely recommend this venue to anyone considering this as their wedding spot.

We were here for the Denim Diamonds and Diplomas event. Beautiful place and great service. Food was fantastic!

Not like it once was. Starlight room. Bubble wall broken, and things floating in the tubes. Ceiling water stained, especially over bar. Food was not great, cold and not enough for the group.

I was there for a wildlife dinner on February 7th. 2020 the food was not very good at all. The service is very slow. Would not recommend going back.

Should been more check in people and I was bumped from my table because the people on the table added people to there party not happy

Attended an office Christmas party and thought everything was amazing. The gemeni room is a great choice for large groups.

Their customer service is the best I've seen in a banquet facility, in the Niagara region. They were very kind, patient and accomodating! The service was just as great, and food was delicious! Having opted for sit-down-service, I assumed it meant individual plated dinners. (Thats what it was at every other place)
I was wrong. It was to be served family style. My next concern was there may not be enough food. Was I ever wrong! There was plenty of food!
We hosted a party of 55, in the Anziani room. Our experience was 5+ and will hold future events here! Thank u Sean, and Victoria! (& all the wonderful staff who helped out at our event!)

It's a great place to hold an event. Lots of parking, good food, good bar, and room for lots of people. The service was very good.

Attended a workplace planning session I the Starlight Room. Quite a lovely space with an interactive mural with shooting stars. It would be very lovely for a wedding or other social event. However the low ambient lighting was a bit difficult for a workplace planning session.
As for the food, it was excellent.

Nice place to host things at like picnics, family gatherings and weddings. Or just to go enjoy the park.

An easy rival to many upscale Niagara on the lake conference centres. Meticulously arranged foyer and immunities makes club Roma an unknown treasure in st. Catharine's.

Club Roma is a beautiful venue for any event, large or small. I have been to business events, weddings and even small meetings at the venue and it is fantastic. The staff and food are great and the facilities are absolutely beautiful, clean and modern.

So, I've lived in St. Catharines my whole life, and I've never been to Club Roma.: -P Go figure. Nice place, we were in the Starlight Ballroom, and I found the room to be particularly neat. Lunch was quite good, we were there for a Chamber of Commerce event, so we had speakers that were also very interesting. I'll have to try to attend other functions here.)

Attended a wedding ceremony in the hall. Staff was amazing, food was fantastic, and the hall was beautiful inside and out. Definitely give this place your consideration.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Club Roma this past September. We booked almost 2 years ahead of time! The second we walked into the Starlight Ballroom we knew that was where we wanted to hold our reception! It is such a beautiful facility. The general manager Sean was fantastic. He made sure we knew all of our options when it came to pricing, and budgeting. Juliana was our coordinator and she was fantastic! The food was great, and we got no complaints about ANYTHING. I have been to my share of weddings, and usually the food is good but the reception sucked. Or the reception was amazing but the food was ok. Everything was PERFECT. There were a few bumps in the road the day of but they were corrected immediately. The price is right for everything that is included and they are always willing to work with you! I would highly recommend Club Roma for future brides and grooms, or anyone just looking for an event space.
