Believe the bad reviews. Slow service; crabby staff; mediocre food; and overpriced relative to quality/portion.

I work for a major airline, in my 32 years flying around the world, this place and food got the Nobel prize in grusme ; it don’t worth one bite, bad, bad bad as it can be. I want my money back! I’m already feeling sick. Very expensive also

The food is flavourful enough. Ambience is a busy food court. Service was suitable; they look very busy. It’s overpriced in my opinion. $17 ish for the 2 sliders and fries. It’s suitable to grab a bite on the go.

First time getting food here and wasnt explained that I needed a receipt to know my order number. Once my food was ready I walked up and said I didn’t grab a receipt so i’m unsure the number. The original woman who took my order was incredibly condescending saying I ignored her and as I’m walking away with my food I overheard her talking about me to her coworker. Extremely unprofessional, I’d expect a little human decency as you don’t know when it’s someone first time somewhere. Do Better

The burgers were so good I don't know about these other reviews maybe the cook was bad but it was a middle aged African lady cooking this time and the burgers and fries they were so good. She was also really nice giving me an extra plate to put my ketchup in for dipping. (It's slightly expensive but all airport food is)

Horrible. Overpriced and small portions. I don't need duck confit on an unseasoned, overcooked burger, it drives up the cost.

Brutal service. Time them from when your order was paid to the time that they crack your eggs to fry them. Your coffee will get cold while your wait. Place by gate 12 isn't great but much better than this dump.

Calling this place trash would be an understatement. Service is stupidly slow. Food is mediocre and over-priced. Atmosphere was non-existent. Save your money people and eat literally anywhere else. Keep in mind, I only ordered from the burger/slider/poutine section. The other sections may be decent. I'll never know though.

Needs to be shut down. Terrible food, absurdly slow, insanely expensive for the junk you get. I don't understand how anyone with a bare minimum of pride could oversee this establishment.

Rubbish. Ultra limited menu. Poor service. Ugh, Still the best place in Pearson airport. The sliders do at least taste good. L

The staff here are slow and they make you wait on purpose to drive customers away. The burgers are burnt by the time we get them and they refuse to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money here.
