My son is really enjoying his classes here. It’s not just about martial arts, they teach the kids lots of life values. The instructors are very patient and very good at what they do.

After 7 years of training at the dojo I can’t begin to explain what this dojo means to me. The CMAC Dapo Dojo isn’t only a place to train and learn, it's a place to find yourself. The staff helps you on this journey in any way they can. The staff is amiable and they feel like family which makes the dojo feel like a second home. I’ve come here multiple times when I felt low, and I always come back home feeling better and stronger both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this dojo if you are looking to develop a stronger work ethic, realize your potential, learn more about the world around you and how you can best contribute as a citizen, while also reaching your health and fitness goals!

Adult Karate lessons.so glad I joined. I wanted to get fit and learn something new. The instructors are very experienced and are excellent teachers. The self defense knowledge is so valuable at any age. It's a friendly environment and well worth it.

Just recently enrolled my 5 year old son here, so far a great experience. The instructors are great with the children and the dojo itself is clean and organized. Prices are good and being able to pay by the month without being locked in for a whole year is fantastic. The fact that they have Sunday classes was a huge reason we enrolled our son here even though it's a bit of a drive from where we live. My only gripe would be that the viewing area is quite small for parents to watch their children. You have to look through a medium sized window that peeks into the private office and again though glass doors to see a portion of the training area, and if there are a lot of children in the class, you may not be able to see your child depending where they are situated in class. It's also difficult to watch should there be other parents watching too as there isn't much space. As a parent of a new student, I don't need to watch every class however I would like to watch his first few classes just to get a sense how he's enjoying it. Just a small gripe, otherwise a fantastic experience overall so far.

The instructors are all very knowledgeable & passionate. Both their Karate & Arnis programs are amazing & highly recommended.

Brought my son for a trial session and was impressed with the Karate instructor. Now I am regularly bring my kid here to learn self defence. Very professional instructor.

Trained here for years as a child. The staff and atmosphere were absolutely incredible, and helped shape me into who I am today.

My three children have been attending CMAC dojo for over 4 years and they have learned in addition to their karate skills valuable morals. Got two kids enrolled with Sensei Bassel for years now. I can't say enough good things about his establishment. He has great integrity and he's made it his mission to instill discipline in his students. His anecdotes are effective in reaching and touching the core of the students. Martial arts is a way of life and not just about racking up trophies or belt levels. That's the central message delivered by Sensei Bassel and the team and I completely agree with him. Sensei Bassel and team: you make the world a much brighter place. Thanks for all you hard work over the years.

As a young Kinesiology graduate, I can vouche for the benefits of children, youth, adults, and even our Elders training here at CMAC. Physical, neurological, psychological and the list goes on.

Being apart of this school is a journey worth all struggles. The beauty is that we struggle and work through things together. Especially the girls here, we got us a sistahood built on Respect and Love. We train hard, we hold it together, and we have each other's back. No woman gets left behind at CMAC. Ohana.

After all of these years, It's an inspiring feeling being able to train under someone like Sensei and Ms. Samson.
