CML HealthCare Laboratory Services

The clinic is closed till further notice so I believe the hours should be adjusted to reflect this situation. I am not the only one who has come here thinking I will be seen.

Booked an appointment for bloodwork online the day before & I get there & wait outside then when I get in the building I ask how much longer will I have to wait since my appointment was 20 minutes ago & the staff says
"Well we are short staffed"
This isn't acceptable considering she should not share that with me as it made me even madder!
Also you should have enough staff to accommodate the appointments you book as it defeats the point of an appointment if you're not going to have enough staff!

Excellent service from ALL ladies working here. I had bloodwork done as well as my 2 yr old, 5 yr old and 7 yr old. They were all very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Had a great experience getting blood work done here- didn’t have to wait too long, staff were very caring and professional.

Horrible! The brown lady at the front desk was so rude, made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me they cannot do my test because it takes an hour. When I told her I was waiting in the office for 20 minutes until she called me up she said thats not my fault.it is her fault.she made me wait.not friendly at all!

I was shocked when I went there when three of the staff there couldn't do a blood test for me! I went to another lab and one of the staff did it very easy and successfully! Will never go to that place anymore.
