Took a chance on the 700 Tecumseh Rd. E branch of Clear Medical Imaging. Needed an x-ray (without an appointment.) From the time I was greeted by the receptionist, I was taken to a room, promptly had my x-ray and then was in and out within 15 minutes. Nice, compassionate care and A1 service from an upbeat staff.

Very unpleasant experience. Receptionist was excessively rude, and ignored me for a good five minutes before snapping at me 'what do you want? '

When I was called in for my ultrasound, I was told that I couldn't have my husband (the FATHER OF THE CHILD that we were there for) in the room with me. When asked why, we were told that it would make the tech 'uncomfortable'. This seems like a red flag to cover up any incompetence or malpractice, not to mention blatantly misanderist and pushing an anti-father agenda.

I do not trust this place and suspect that it is not a legitimate medical establishment.

I don't usually leave reviews. But my experience was in direct contrast to the negative reviews posted here, and i though it was important to provide some balance. I had an appointment here about a week ago. The receptionist that checked me in was professional and courteous, both to me and to the two people who walked in without appointments while I was waiting. The ultrasound technician, who saw me 15 minutes early, was kind, competent and professional. Thank you both for making this experience so seamless.

Very very very bad experience. The receptionist was very very rude. Not ready to listen to me at all. & just forcing her own words. There's should be some professional ethics & receptionist should also have some professional attitude & kindness. Very disappointed. I wish I could give minus starts.

I wish I never got my ultrasound here the lady with the auburn hair is very racist, as she told me my appointment was at 320 I arrived at 245 and waited and only to find out it was at 350 and I got to watch her work, all the foreign people who came in she had complete attitude and no patience for and people that were not foreign she was friendly with. The ultrasound tech was super nice but unfortunately my vist was ruined by the lady with auburn hair she makes the environment heck and everyone uncomfortable with her completely rude attitude

This place has a very disrespectful receptionist (caucasian with auburn hair just passed her shoulders in length). I had 2 experiences with her recently as she was rude and would talk about you while you waited in the waiting room. The first time she was complaining about people being late and their forms not being filled out by the doctor properly. The second time she seemed annoyed that I didn't have time to get my xray done along with my ultrasound. So she started rambling on about how people should get both done together and people make excuses like. I don't have time or have to work she stated. If I had time I obviously would as it is convenient since I'm already there. Also the changing rooms are not private and the curtains don't close well combined with the fact the room space is almost completely taken up by a chair leaving you standing right against chair and the curtain making changing difficult. The changing rooms are so bad that half of someone else's body was sticking out mid change while walking by. People are here because they don't feel well or have health issues so being rude and talking about me while I can hear them is unacceptable, at least wait until i'm gone. Kindness goes a long way. The ultrasound lady and xray man was very kind, that's why I gave 2 stars.

Front desk staff here are rude and patronizing. Visited a few months ago and was told they were not doing xrays that day, I told them I had already paid for parking and the receptionist literally said "oh well". On advice of a doctor in the same office block we tried again. Same receptionist same bad attitude. I had to wait this time because we had an appointment with our doctor in an hour. Patient after patient was treated with the same disrespect. I think she needs to find a different line of work.

My doctor ordered me an ultrasound. So I call and they ask me to come at 7am tomorrow in Windsor. I ask if I can bring my kids. She says, "you don't have anyone to come with you". I said at 7 am tomorrow.no.so then she proceeds to ask me how old my kids are. She puts the phone down and I hear from the another woman is "I'm not her babysitter". To which I explained to the woman on the phone that I wasn't looking for her to babysit my children. They tried to deny it but I heard their conversation. I bawled my eyes out after that phone call. People with medical issues are coming to your building and that's the rudest most horrible attitude you could have. I was extremely hurt and bothered by that comment. And for your information my kids are angels in wait rooms and Dr offices. Not that you will ever find out. I called another ultrasound place I love, crying, explained what's happened. The other ultrasound place was so kind and sweet and took my concern seriously. I'm so happy that when I go in to be checked for something that is important, it won't be at this building. I'll never let me doctor refer me again.

I am writing this review to let others know to call before they waste their time to double confirm their appointments.

I had called October 6 for an appointment. I have the call logs proving this. The next availability wasn't until October 31. Nearly a month wait. That's fine, I booked it and that was that.

On October 31 I go to the appointment and they tell me that they do not have my appointment in the system. They then tell me I have to wait another full month for a different appointment. They ended up setting a different appointment up at a different location for November 22.

It is now taking two months to get a single ultrasound for a lump in my throat. Very frustrating and upsetting.

I am writing this review because I had Ultrasound and X-Ray at CRM Health Care, at 700 TecumsehRd E.booked by my doctor's office. When I read the reviews at Google I almost cancelled my appointment, too many bad reviews.
Nonetheless I was surprised, I have got a great service from everyone, the front desk lady that was polite and helpful, the Ultrasound Technician, Ms Asyia and X-Ray Technician, Ms Athar, were very professional and nice to me.
Thank you for the staff that helped me.
My appointment was on August 3,2022.

You know how people say one bad apple can spoil the rest of the batch.this place is a perfect example. Front desk.blonde.skinny lady was so rude to everyone, there was a passive aggressive tone with anything she answers like she's doing us a favor, where else it's the other way around because we give business you have a job, and most funny thing everywhere inside it's written in bold letters please be kind and spread positive attitude.hypocrisy at its very best! Whenever my Doctor will refer to this place I will always ask for somewhere else. No point of giving business or recommending anyone to such rude and petty behavior! Kindness goes a long way, it really does!

I am furious. I needed a very important test done and had an appointment booked. They called me less than 24 hours before after I had arranged the day off work to let me know that my appointment was canceled. They set another date. That day came, I took the day off again only to be informed less than 5 hours before my appointment that it was canceled.the receptionist was able to book me somewhere else however had I known I would not have taken my day off. I know management reads this and I want more of an explanation. I will never go to your location ever again.

There should be someone looking after the staff who work at CMR branches and see how they treat their patients. I just called CMR 700 Tecumseh rd E and asked about my paper which my family doctor faxed to them, the lady who answered was in a hurry because she wants to leave as they are closing for the day. Its not the first time I see this rude treatment. I had another bad experience at CMR Front Road.

Is that because we “patients” are speaking in a polite way! I can see how those rude staff treats patients who shouts at them.
Please CMR management, monitor them.

First off, learn how to talk with your clients. I heard yout front desk has a tone for certain people, and i was like its a rumour, till we came and investigated it. You're not to talk with your clients in a rude, unprofessional manner. Literally one of your staff has a passive agressive tone the front desk. Other labs, we have seen satisfactory to good results but your front desk is below standards. Despite how busy you are, if you don't have the right tone set then more complaints will arise. Also stop being bigotry towards certain people type. We'll conduct more audits. Regards.
