He is not responsive. He is disorganized and changed the day multiple times. In the end, he no-shows and didn't even have the decency to call and text or pick up a call. Terrible experience.

Edit in response to the response: he cancelled once by text due to a family emergency and rescheduled to a time of his own choice. When the time came, he no-shows, didn't call, didn't text, didn't respond to my multiple attempts to contact him. But somehow he has the ability to respond to this review.

I contacted Eduard to come inspect our broken washing machine after another company charged us $90 to do a 5 minute inspection (not even taking anything apart), then quoted us a $600+ and 6 week lead time for the repair. Eduard took the time to disassemble the washer, identify the issue (which was different from what the first technician diagnosed), and repaired it on the spot! He also only charged us a fraction of what the first company quoted us. The washing machine works flawlessly now, and he even showed us how to remove and clean the second lint catcher of our dryer that we didn’t even know existed. Our kitchen range hood was not working; I contacted CN appliance repair via their website on a Tuesday late morning. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Eduard and he was able to come and assess the issue by early afternoon.
He diagnosed the problem to be a broken motor, and he immediately called to special order in the part.
He came in the Tuesday after to fix our range hood with no issues.
Eduard is very professional, answers all our questions, and is very trustworthy and reliable. We will for sure call him again should we ever need appliance repairs!

Edward quickly diagnosed the problem with our fridge, gave us a repair cost and helped us to weigh the pros and cons of a repair vs a new purchase. His advice was sound and knowledgeable - he was able to pick the part up the very next morning and we had a working fridge less than 24 hours after his diagnostic assessment. He was polite and friendly and worked very quickly. We were so impressed that he came out on a holiday weekend to diagnose and repair our fridge. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and highly recommend his services.

Edward showed up in 20 minutes, his prices were reasonable, he had parts already on hand and even found a secondary problem we weren't aware of and fixed that all within an hour! Would use and recommend again. Very fair, professional and well organized.

CN’s technician was very professional and punctual. From the moment he walked into my unit, he inspected my microwave and although we had bought a new one to replace, he fixed it with minimal costs. Others who came to inspect, told us that the microwave would need to get replaced - which was clearly wrong. The problem turned out to be a small plastic piece. He fixed it for us and saved us more than 300$. He prices his jobs fairly, and conducts the job in a professional manner. You won’t regret his service!
