CN Brampton Yard

I’m a truck driver. Gate entry system doesn’t work. When I press the help button, no one answers. Wasted 3 hours just trying to enter and exit. Cn managers please get rid of your burnt out, old, parasitic employees.

Very busy area.not a fan of this area weekends it's not to bad to drive around the area

Truck bb479driver went to tims for emergency coffee. He stopped just after the intersection by blocking whole 3rd lane on Goreway drive and queen in Brampton. Cn should follow up some safety standards so other people can feel safe beside your trucks. Being a truck driver respect others who was driving behind you. Nov 30th 9: 45am

Service is awful here. Signage is awful. Usual wait time is 1-3 hours. Sit and wait until crane operator comes along. You are at their absolute mercy.

Sometimes it’s so ridiculous when waiting for a container. There is not enough Crane operators.
Generally it’s well run and maintained…

I have to admit for the past couple of months with some minor exceptions the staff there / everyone is exceptionally helpful! The men / lady’s who work there have nerves of steel. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

I have to pay almost $4,000 storage fees just because CN custom put a hold on my shipment for no reason even if custom Canada released my shipment, they had all the necessary documents with Custom Canada stamp on it and everything. Every staff member or manager I contacted they will come up with totally different reasons and excuses. The worst service on the planet!

There service even don't deserve 1 star. Horrible place in every sense.zero for service zero for there so called smart system.

Very disrespectful stackers. They don't have common sense also.also there is no option of call from own cellphone like in CP if because of covid I don't want to use their phone. CP is 100 times better than CN.

They don't care about others time very unprofessional people, other companies should charge money to CN for late service.

All cranes drivers and Shunting drivers are not Good people's Rude. Very sade. They keep Truck drivers so long there, and no Public Toilets.

Those guys driving Cranes, them are nusty People's, never friendly at all.always attitudes against truck drivers. Never go there you will be disappointed, yes I said the true!

What a %@$#show! Spend the day, and pack a lunch. The computer entry systems for logging in with the mobile app needs some work too

This whole place is a mess! Starting from the entrance there is a extremely long line and the systems are extremely slow every day and every single time you come and about 15 minutes are spent on the booth while it says "WAIT PLEASE, OPERATOR WATCHING YOU. " Then if your going to any booth area there is no heating, cooling in place during the summer or winter. In the booths there is also no COVID safety measures being taken and even if it's raining we have to wait outside. There are also no washrooms except the couple portable ones which are in no way sufficient with the amount of drivers that come in and out of CN every day and along with that they are also very extremely dirty. Now onto the machine/crane operators they are very ignorant and there is no help line to contact them. Even the exit gate has a extremely long line for no reason and they don't respect drivers values and time even though we are the ones keeping the company up and running and the employees in job. CN's administration should provide a direct line of communication between the drivers them in order to contact them about complaints to tell them what is going in their yards. This goes the same for all CN terminals such as Malport and Misc.

All out of town racists work for this organisation. No respect for fellow humans whatsoever, crane operators and supervisors are extremely rude and disrespectful and often team up to harass drivers. If you’re the kind of person who speaks up when not at fault, these guys will immediately try to ban your access to cn terminals.supervisors often go on power trips and tell ppl they run the show and what not.and it gets worse for individuals with language barrier
very toxic place for independent contractors/third-party carrier drivers.
I’ve been working in container industry for a year now and i can not recall one pleasant experience I had at CN terminals especially at CN MISC. If there’s a choice I ignore coming here.

Always bad experience with CN Brampton Yard. Crane or lift driver don’t know ‘how to behave’. Always aggressive.

Pretty Big yard in CN. Mostly work on Computer for entering. Sometimes takes time for authentication

How is it that a company as large as CN can't tell you more than a day before your container will be arriving? Purolator, UPS and FedEx handle hundreds of thousands of packages daily and can almost tell you to the hour when it's going to arrive. A container arriving at my business takes 6 guys to unload and every time they wait until the container is released from the CN yard. CN's monopoly and terrible customer service is beyond belief in today's age of communications and technology. I'd give them zero stars but there isn't a choice for that.

Dec29,10 pm, 10 line, top lift CN017032 a mature man around 55 age with black cap was giving very bad service with very bad attitude doing bad behaviour with drivers. He always doing bad behave with drivers. I know many victim drivers of that man. He don’t deserve CN job I don’t know how’s he working in CN. Bad service, I wish I could give minus start

All brampton truck driver should get together.every yard is now 3 to 4 hrs per move waiting income drop down due to cn service not by covid 19. Nothing is done by mr Ford and mr PM.

Absolutely zero care for peoples time here Service was good a short time.now don't even bother wasting your time in here at night especially 8-12 unless you feel like sitting for hours with no service. Especially track 3 been sitting 3-4 hours a night every night for weeks, well it was good for a bit when the 'terminal supervisor' was around. Now no service cranes just constantly drive by leaving trucks so they then pile up 2-3 wide and deep and no one can go anywhere including cranes and shunt trucks!
Cranes literally come to track 3/0 sit on the track for 15 ish minutes and take off back where they came from for no reason.or cruise north and south on the track doing absolutely nothing. If you dont get paid hourly or wait time stay away from this place.
