I am returning client for CN Physiotherapy on Carling Avenue. As always, pleasure to see Ramon and his staff. Well laid plan for my therapy and each session was explained and options given with what suits me and hasten the recovery.

The CN Physiotherapy team does an excellent job. Raymon, Neha, Sejal and the rest of the team work hard to provide treatment every day. The new decor is peaceful and the atmosphere is pleasant. The expanded hours are helpful as well.

Amazing staff. They were able to narrow down the problems in my shoulder and chest and start treatment right away. Very clean, professional business. The staff really care about the progress of your treatment. Highly recommend.

Neha is amazing! She is one of the best PT I have ever met. She truly does the best work. I can’t thank her enough for all that she does for her clients. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Phenomenal therapist hands down!

Neha is truly a wonderful and professional physiotherapist. She is very smart and is able to treat many conditions. She listens to you and tests in order to diagnose the problem. I went in with a very painful QL muscle and sore sacroiliac joint. Neha was able to diagnose it accurately and she administered the proper treatment. Thank you very much Neha!

I was under treatment of Neha Marepally for severe lower back pain which deeply affected my mobility. She and her staff was immensely helpful and caring, and I have now recovered. Great place, staff is super friendly. Had an appointment on my birthday and 4 different staff members each took time to wish me happy birthday! Physio is well done and professional.

I visited this center for wrist pain. First day itself, Ramyon chalked out a treatment plan and set goals for upcoming weeks. We closely tried to follow it. He recommended some home exercises as well and I had lot of improvement in my wrist pain after end of ~8 weeks. Also, Raymon and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Environment was lit and welcoming.

I was in a minor MVC in Aug 2022 and it was the first that I had ever been in. I thought I felt fine, but within days I started feeling pain from my lower back to my neck. I saw that this clinic accepted MVC insurance cases and so I called them and the rest is history.

The front staff were so compassionate and explained the process to me and also booked me in within days for a consultation with the physiotherapist, Raymon. This was definitely not my experience calling a couple of other physiotherapy clinics who were just not accepting me because I was an MVC insurance case. Very disheartening.

I started treatment, which was initially intensive and gradually tapered off until I felt like I was myself pre MVC.

Raymon was professional, direct, reliable, knowledgeable and caring. During my assessment, I began to feel foolish thinking I was a minor case and that whatever injury I had wasn't worth physio treatment. I couldn't believe I was beginning to feel emotional and Raymon noticed and definitely made me feel at ease (and also explained that such events take their emotional and physical tolls on us).

All paperwork was processed through his clinic as were the payments. I never had to pay directly out of pocket either, which was very helpful. I would submit receipts to my insurance company and then transfer the funds to the clinic. That process is very helpful.

His staff are also incredibly kind and non-judgmental. It's a jovial atmosphere and that's what you want where you're undergoing treatment for pain. They are amazing and are doing great work alongside Raymon.

I highly recommend this location if you're looking for physiotherapy services. Raymon and his team will treat you well and will set you on your road to recovery.

Very pleased with my experience at CN Physiotherapy. Raymon and Ramneet were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my 2 month rehabilitation. Raymon was able to determine what the issue was with my knee and provided the necessary treatment and exercises to get me back to playing sports. I don’t have enough words to explain about CN Physiotherapy, they are perfect and Raymon the physiotherapist is wonderful once he know what your back problem is he work properly his job. For the last 2 years my back was worst but now after he gave me excellent 4 times treatment almost all my back pain is disappear now I am feeling well and I will go back after next week just for the last treatment. One day I fell down on my back, caused high muscles tension and very strong pain. I went to CN Physiotherapy where I was fully treated.

The best physiotherapy experience I have ever had. Neha is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand what is happening and clearly defines the treatment plan. Best place to do physiotherapy! After having years of pain in my back and knees, I feel much better. I started my therapy a couple of weeks ago and the pain is almost gone. Everyone is lovely and has a willingness to help and clarify any questions you have. I recommend it 100%

Our experience with Raymon Mikhail at CN physiotherapy goes back many years.
As we are now in our seventies and the physiotherapy treatment he has given us for sports injuries has kept us fit and able to participate in our love of dance and golf.
So important to keep fit in our senior years

Raymon is a very professional Physio. He would listen carefully to my back issue took his time in reading my MRI reports and explained them for me thoroughly. Did a very reasonable plan of treatment for my back issue. Love the plan sheet I got on my assessment day, explains my plan and treatment.an exercise program with videos to help me remember my homework!

Needed physio for some really painful back spasms. Raymon diagnosed my injury in a snap and began a course of treatment which provided immediate relief and continued improvement over the next several weeks. I am cured! And grateful!

I have visited this clinic for my lower back pain. I had a wonderful experience here. Their customer service at front desk is excellent. Dr Raymond is very professional and I received exceptional service by him. He tried new treatment on each session and helped me with some good exercises. Believe me he won't waste our time and money. This place is the best bet for any Physio related issues. I must recommend this place. This place is very clean and hygienic.

I found this to be a great experience. I was suffering for many years until i went there.
I am no longer in agony pain. I had a very hard time walking and now i walk like I don't even have a disability.
I had to leave the program due to a sudden death that took a
toll on me. Looking forward to returning once I have everything under control. The staff is great.

I fell on ice and broke my elbow in mid-April. After surgery it was at least 6 weeks before I was told my elbow could tolerate therapy and it was, by then, firmly fixed in a bent and painful position. I began regular therapy at CN Physiotherapy on Carling Ave.on June 1st, and while I could have switched over to some free therapy at the hospital when it became available, I chose to stay with Raymond and his associate, Esther for their friendly, punctual and effective service. Everyday I see my elbow returning to its full potential and I am grateful. I highly recommend this service.

I began treatment with Raymon after being hurt at work. I never had to worry about the billing process as it was directly sent to WSIB. Staff are friendly, courteous, compassionate, helpful and professional. Thank you Raymon and Esther for all your care during my treatment.

This is a wonderful clinic in the West End of Ottawa, right across from the Coliseum Theatre. I have osteoarthritis in both my right ankle and left knee. A few weeks ago we returned from a trip and my knee and ankle were really hurting. I made an appointment at the clinic and did not have to wait for an appointment. I was diagnosed, and started having work done. Now after a week I can really feel a difference. I have a brace for my knee if I need it, and one for my ankle as well. The staff are knowledgable, efficient and friendly and if you want a physiotherapist in the West End, I would highly recommend CN Physiotherapy.

I have received exceptional care From Raymon and his team at this clinic. I needed physiotherapy after an accident at work. They took me as a WSIB patient and they bill WSIB directly. Raymon is a very dedicated professional, and the atmosphere here is very caring and welcoming.

Everyone is very friendly and my treatment and exercises with them are going great so far. They deserve a high recommendation and I would definitely refer friends to their centre.

This is a great little clinic! The physiotherapist is very knowledgeable and always wants you to get better. Great prices compared to many other private physio clinics around. It offers acupuncture, custom orthotics along with the usual machines and techniques.

The CN Physiotherapy team does an excellent job. I do wish that they had more expanded hours available to patients at the Carling location.
